This is simply amazing, a brilliant spin on the serial canon, the events happen almost eerily like in the serial but the intentions are so different. And no I do not hate Sanskaar here, I do not justify his revenge or his actions, but I do not hate him.

Swara hating him, I think that is the trigger for him to go back to change his past, towards the end when he acknowledges how an intense desire for revenge can ruin a person, he is slightly afraid that Swara is now embarking on that road.

Your tale reminds me of this quote (by Euripides)

"Stronger than a lover's love is a lover's hate

Incurable, in each, the wounds they make"

And here Swara's love turns into a blazing hatred, which could destroy them. But then it is almost three years later that he decides to hunt for the time machine. What happened that he decides to wipe out their entire future and change his past.? I am dizzy trying to guess.

PS - I should not be saying so will word it differently. I know I have to comment on quite a few of the earlier ones, but I somehow keep slipping up. And wanting to do it in chronological order means that I am always lagging behind.😭 so I will comment on the current updates and hopefully get to around to the pending ones soon But I wanted to let you know that I almost immediately read the updates, though I keep the pm marked as unread, so that it is a reminder that I have a comment pending. And I love you for updating despite such a sluggish response in IF (unlike the tantrum throwing me😭)

I have a doubt, why did he go back to past, he had completed his revenge i guess, n was married to swara for 3 yrs, had he not fallen in love with her?

Coming to the update, somehow in this whole story, it seems that Kavita (so far) is the true hero - she is clear in her emotions, thoughts and feelings. Sanskaar is still clouded with anger and Swara is confused and both seem to unaware and /or unwilling to admit that they love each other and that in their case, holding on to each other was and is the solution, not letting them do what they want.

It was heartbreaking, for Kavita and me as a reader, when she breaks down and cries, for the love she lost, the father she would never have and the heart which might never heal. And for you as a writer who can make such an universally hater character win so much👏👏👏

I loved your Kavita and it is pleasure to read such a mature and well developed character. I would love it if she continued to be this way and the second time round, Swara and Sanskaar get married and live a life of love and laughter. But as the writer, it is your tale to tell.
