I forgot to say thanks to the mention.. Seeing it again today made me feel so happy.. Also I am already getting several ideas about Sanskaar and his connection to the family.. But I am just thinking you purposefully gave those red herring so not sure if my guess are right yet..

Major Sanskaar AKA SK's age---He will be 29 years and 3 months old, as of November 28 2016. 😉 He joined his regiment as Lieutenant, when he was a 22 year old graduate (3 years in NDA, 1 year in IMA). He was promoted to Captain when he was 24 (2 years of service), and then to Major, when he was 28 (6 years of service). He served as Major for just about a year, when this battle injury occurred.

Swara is very committed to seeing the investigation through, and on apprehending the perpetrator. She wouldn't let herself be swayed from that goal, but she in unable to help the immense attraction, the warmth she feels for SK. She can't but help notice his supremely impressive features. 😉 😳 Aakhir munda hai hi itna changa. 😉 😃 Or as the lyrics of that song go, Munda Kukkad kamal da. 😉 😆

True, Sanskaar has had to face a lot of challenges in his young life. But he is such a formidable, resolute character, he has fought his way through. His iron will and steely determination make him what he is---a very capable man with an intricate, compelling depth to his character.

Sahil is indeed an irritating dude, isn't he? 😆 Swara is quite fed up of him in this SS. 😉

I hope to have Chapter 2 up on Saturday 26/11. Chapter 3, all going well, by Wednesday 30/11, and Chapter 4 by Saturday 03/12.

& u said it right that those incidents make sanskar strong and tough & intelligent & mentally strong.he also once in military he knows how to calm himself in this situation & I like his attitude toward sahil how he ignore him & at last swara bump with him he intently caught something fishy is she trying to some evidence & I like his farm & strong reply & swara was like I know what I was think that time that miss swara the detective app jis school main tuition lete ho woh waha ka principle hai I mean sanskar aise hi major nehi ban geya. lol.

Yup, that certainly is Sanskaar in a nutshell---very intelligent, and physically as well as mentally formidable and resilient. His military background has certainly added a sheen of calm courage and resoluteness, to his already determined nature.

I loved the way you phrased that sentence " aap jis school main tuition lete ho, woh waha ka principle hai. I mean sanskar aise hi major nehi ban geya." 😆 😉 Very true, very true. 😆

I am thrilled to know that you love the portrayal of Sanskaar in my fics. 😳 😊 I truly find him the most compelling, layered and intricate character in the SR universe----so many facets and shades to his nature. Its a lovely compliment to be told I did justice to his portrayal, in a way you loved to read. 😳 🤗🤗 X1000,000 for that lovely remark.

Yes, Sanskaar has gone through some very tough times in his life, but he has managed to overcome whatever challenges and hurdles have come in his path, with his resolute will and formidable determination. He does have a secret or two which he is keeping to himself at this stage in the story----we shall soon see what those are. 😉

Your guesses about the photo and the possibility of Sanskaar's connection to the Maheshwaris---are very analytical and insightful. I can't say, just yet, whether they are correct or not, though. 😉 😆

Sahil is a pompous ass, Sanskaar certainly is very irritated with him, as was the Commissioner of Police, and indeed, Swara herself. Adarsh---Oh yes, he is a rather ill natured character here. I'm not too fond of the Adarsh in this fic, myself. 😉

Swara certainly has loads of analytical and intuitive skills here---she is one of the most talented officers in the CBI. She has certainly met her match, intellect wise, in Major Sanskaar AKA SK. 😉

I am so very happy to know you loved this, Sanya dear. Have started work on the final proof of Chapter 2 (rough draft ready), and should be able to post (all going well, touch wood!), on Saturday 26/11.

Now coming to the chapter, some of the highlights r :-
1. I don't know why, but like DP, I too feel that Sanskar is having some past connections with the Maheshwaris. Otherwise why would DP always asked SK the same question again and again?? 😕 But loved their bonding. 😃 Also loved SK's bonding with RagLak and Uttara. 😳
2. Megha Kaki was terrified of SK! Why?? Did she know SK or anything relating to SK?? 😕 This could have been answered only by Kaki herself, but alas! She's no more now! So u r only the ray of hope for knowing about Kaki's fear towards SK. 😉 So reveal soon about that. 😛 But its really very surprising that both DP and Kaki behaved in such a way as if they knew SK! 😕
3. Dark blue color fiber under Megha Kaki's fingernails! 😲 But dark blue T shirt was worn by SK right?? 😕 Nooo it can't be SK!! Plzz!!
4. What's there in the pic?? Why do SK always become pale whenever he sees the pic?? 😕
5. Uttara is suspecting someone? Who? Sanskar?? 😕
6. I think Adarsh lied about him being with Pari during the murder night coz Pari was shocked with his answer! 😕 I feel Adarsh is not at all 'Adarsh' and he's not trustworthy! I don't know why?? 😕
7. Did someone murdered Swara's Malu didi?? Is that murder having any connection with this murder?? 😕
8. Swara is already feeling 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai' in her heart for Sanskar?? 😆
9. Swara fell on Sanskar intentionally? 😲 I thought that it was an accidental fall. 😆 But I must say that both SwaSan r very intelligent and clever in this story. 😉
10. And this Sahil is getting on my nerves! Seriously! 🤢 🤢
I know my today's style of replying is not my usual style, but I thought to focus on the highlights for the chapter instead of detailing coz they r much important for this chapter rather than detailed reply. 😳

Your comment is really so very analytical and insightful on many levels. I won't be able to answer all your astute questions right away though. Suspense, suspense, you see. 😉 And since you love thrillers and mysteries, I want to give you more of that. 😆

Sunny certainly seems to have a secret or two up his sleeve no? As to whether he has a past connection with the Maheshwaris or not---and if so, what that could be----we shall see as the story goes on. 😉

Megha Kaki seemed to be fearful when she saw SK...but he certainly didn't know her. Did she mistake him for someone else, as he thought? Or is there some other explanation? 😉

About the dark blue fiber---this I can say safely, SK was not the killer of Megha Kaki. 😆 Though whether the blue fibers came from his sweater or not---that we shall have to see. 😉

The photo---aaah, good question. 😉 Again, can't answer this right now. It does seem, though, that SK indeed recognizes someone from Megha Kaki's family, no? 😊

Adarsh is absolutely not very 'Adarsh' in this Fic. 😉 But as to his alibi--whether true or false, whether he lied or not, and if so for what reason---we shall see soon. 😉 But you are right, he certainly is not trustworthy. One thing though---the alibi pertains to the morning of the murder, not the night before. Megha Kaki was last seen in the early morning, giving instructions to the junior cook and then stepping out---perhaps for a walk? Perhaps to meet someone? 😉 The night before, she did safely return home na----SK saw her entering the mansion, from the outhouse porch.

Swara is not precisely feeling the full force of 'kuch kuch hota hai' for Sanskaar----not yet, at least. But she certainly feels a lot of attraction towards him, flutters and tingles and an intense awareness which she cannot deny. She is, however, determined not to let that affect her objectivity.

Yes dear, Swara's Malati Didi was tragically killed when she was just in her mid to late teens. But that murder is not connected to this case; just that it spurred Swara's determination to join the CBI, to bring criminals to justice.

Swara's fall on Sanskaar was indeed intentional---she wanted to get some fibers from his woolen sweater. 😉 She certainly is a smart cookie---but then SK is no less. He figured out straightaway, what she was upto. 😉 😆

Uttara is tense about something, that much is certain. Whether she knows something, or whether it is just a niggling suspicion, we shall have to see. No, I don't think she suspects Sanskaar. 😉

I hope (all going well, touch wood! 😊) to be able to update on Saturday 26/11.
