No. It has totally vanished after 2012 rape case of late Nirbhaya. Laws are made in favor of women. They wanted to take out a law where a woman can kills the person who tries to molest her and they wont be charged. But later someone made the point that what if any woman kill a man to take out personal frustration and make it look like he tried to rape. That's why that law was cancelled. Even earlier when such things used to happen, police would make sure that no one could enter in (if everyone is involved) which can be rarest of rare case. But here sanskar and ragini easily entered in and none of the staff look like involved. A person who passed an IPS exam cant be so dumb.

And swara is from well known family. Police can never try to harm someone who is from influential family.

obsession can never be classified. There is no perticularity. People who have not harmful obsession like washing hands (talking about OCD people), they consult psychiatrist as well. I have seen. No kind of obsession is healthy. It's a worst kind of mental disease.

As I have this opportunity, let me ask. Why didnt you preach the person who made a post to make it look like Ragini touched sanskar with sexual intention. Morally it's not right either. If you look it generally it means if a woman touching someone, it means for only sexual purpose. And then there was comments like chop the finger. Where was this preaching this time.

My comment was on general flow of the show. In every track wthere is someone obsessed with Swara. That's it. Coming to lover, in darr even SRK claimed himself as lover of juhi, even Raginin claimed herself as lover. But when obsession comes, love become irrelevant and non existing.

Rapes have not vanished after Nirbhaya pls check newspapers. Do you know that after Nirbhaya an exact case was reported in haryana and this happened with a mentally challenged girl and this after the court verdict of Nirbhaya.

@bold any person who has passed any exam can be dumb. Education is not a certification of intelligence or morals. Anyone can enter a police station any time but still rapes happen there. Swara is from a influential family and a person who is rapist can rape any one. They don't consider family background before raping. No one asks a woman before raping her which family do u belong to?

Don't equate obsession with rape. A person can rape a women he is not obsessed with.

I have been silent reader of the forum posts and I was trying to avoid getting into this topic or discussion between you guys. But your argument that because Swara is from influential family, she will never get molested and this is just another obsessive lover track just cracked me up. LOL LOL 🤣🤣🤣

So you mean any molester, before molesting any girl, would first do the check back ground and then decide whether they should molest or not? Like "Areyy Ambani ki beti hai,isko kuch nai kar sakte." "Areyy ye koi nahi hai, lets molest her"? Do you really thinks this happens ? I Know you were talking about the police officers. And because they are so educated and all, they would never do that? I wish you would have done some research before you say stuff like that. So many reports of molestation at the police station gets registered not only by female prisoners but by female constables as well because they get molested by police officers themselves. Yes, the drama in ANY tv serial is exaggregated but still it happens. And because i really cracked up on that statement and I do not agree to that at all but i wanted to add few more things just to state that this wasn't some obsessive lover issue of a highly influenced family: MM people are not that influence anymore. The police officer himself know that they have no money left. And if they were that influential, the boys could have easily contacted the SP to get Swara released. When Sahil turned obsessive lover over Swara, forget him, Swara herself wasn't aware of the fact that she was a daughter in law of a highly influenced family. But he was from influenced family, very educated one. So according to your theory Sahil would have easily molested Swara, Right? Why is it so hard to decipher simple English? No where I have said rapes have been vanished. After Nirbhaya, a female journalist was brutually raped in mumbai. It means such open rape case have been vanished.

Is it so hard to uunderstand police wont dare to mess up with influence people becoz of their contracts, not becoz they care about beautiful background, they don't need to ask 'ma'am tell me your background, so that I can decide whether to rape you or not'. Just an example- if tomorrow daughter of ambanis have to visit jail, entire police station would lick her ass.

So anyone can come and go in police station while police man can continue with his rape process, and let me say people who are coming inside are dumb enough to watch this rape as some movie is playing in theatre? *roll eyes*

And how hard is it to understand no normal person would attempt rape.

@bold when a rapist rape he sees a girl as a girl, he never considers her background. Even police men don't, because a rape happens with a sickening desire of Lust which can develop any time for anyone. And still to contradict ur point swara currently is not from an influential family, her own dadi sent her to jail. The police men knows that she is vulnerable and an easy target.

@blue yes darling that's the reality, people come hear screams n leave the police station, people are still not sensitive and strong enough to protest and raise voice against police. Obviously this is shown in Kolkata which is a metropolitan although cases like these are rare in cities but they still happen. This situation exist in rural areas.

No normal person would attempt rape, but then how do u differentiate? A boss rapes his colleagues sometimes in the office, a father rapes her daughter in the house, brothers rape their sisters, friends rape friends, who else is left? A father is an obsessive lover of her daughter or what?

They might be bankrupt but it doesnt mean they are no longer influential. Vijay malya might end up in jail, he's bankrupt too, but it doesn't mean he'll get treatment like common people in jail.

I have seen a traffic police getting beaten up misbehaving with a middle aged woman. Public is blind-total misconception. So a government officer would lose control over his boner at public place doesnt sound real when everyone coming and going, staff is present. If he was drunk then it's possible, but not when he has sense.

Everything happens. Boss sleeps with employees, director sleeps with struggling actress. But that's casting couch where people sell their body for better opportunities. It's a compromise, not rape. If there's a rape, even a maid can ruin the career of someone like shiney ahuja with one FIR.
