"Some people come in your life as blessings, and some people come in your life as lessons."Its about 2 A.M. she is looking out of window continously. I feel something else is there which bothering to her now. She is silently comes towards me to check weather I am sleeping or not. She is lying on bed weeping and muttering something to herself. I feel I should not disturb her. She must be cursing herself for all this. I don't understand what should I do now. It's now 3 A.M. in morning she is sleeping covering herself totally with quilt. I guess she is uncomfortable with A.C. that's why she is shievringSun is spreading it's light everywhere but the sun doesn't know that some people's life is more darker which can be uplifted by him. Both were disturbed by sun when somebody knocked on the door.Sa- swara utho koi darwaje pee hai...
(Swara wake up someone's outside the door)
S- haaa... ab kya kare sanskaar
(Now... what sanskaar)
Sa- swara mai waahroom me jata hu tum darwaza kholo
(Swara...you open the door I am going inside the bathroom)
S- okay
she peeped outside the door and cursed herself for she knew what was nextSu- hey mahra bhagwan... abhi tak soo rahi thi key sanskaar kathe hai
(OMG... you were sleeping at this time. Where is sanskaar.)
S- aunty...sanskaar washroom me hai
(Aunty...sanskaar is inside the bathroom)
Su- accha thik hai jab wo bahar aa jaye to usse keh dio maine necche bulaya hai usse ragini ki pehli rasoi hai na
(It's ok... when he is out tell him I have called him downstairs. It's ragini first day at kitchen)
S- jee aunty
(Ok aunty)
Sa- swara...mom gai kya
(Swara...mom has gone kya)
S- haa sanskaar ab tum bahar aa jao
(Yes sanskaar now you can come outside)
Sa- swara jao jaldi se fresh ho jao...tumhari bhi to pehli rasoi hai
(Swara go get ready... its your first day at kitchen also)
S- pr sanskaar...iski kya jarrorat hai
(But sanskaar there's no need of it)
Sa- swara mai bol raha hu na...meri baat sun lo
(Swara... I am saying na listen to me)
S- ok
Sa- swara you ready
S- hmmm...sanskaar chalo
Sa- swara... aaine me dekho...tumhari shadi ho chuki hai ruko mai thik karta hu
(Swara...look at the mirror... you are married now wait I will do that)
When she looked at the mirror she realised that she was swara bose not swara maheswari. She forgot to put vermilion and scared thread. Sanskaar adorned her neck with sacred thread and filled the partition with the vermilion. She was in shock at first then she accepted the truthSa- ab tum thik ho...chalo haum pehle hi late hai
(Now you are ready...let's go we are already late)
Sw- hmmm...
Sa- mom ye kya chaal raha hai...
(Mom what's happening here)
Su- kya chaal raha hai...key matlab hai thara thare ko dikahai nai de raha ragini ki rasoi ki tayari chal rahi hai
(What's happening... what do you mean son...can't you see everyone is busy in ragini rasoi rasam)
Sa- haa mom wo to mujhe dikh raha hai...aapko nai lagta aap kuch bhool rahi hai
(Yes mom I got it...but don't you think you are forgetting something here)
Su- key chore key bhool rahi hu mai
(What am I forgetting son)
Sa- mom aaj swara ki bhi pehli rasoi hai na
(Mom it's swara first day at kitchen also)
Su- kya...tu ye chahta hai ki mai iss chori ko mahre kitchen me jane du...naa mahre jeete jee mai iss bwngalan ko andar na jane dungi
(What do you want to say... that I should let her in. No way... until I am alive I will not let her in)
Sa- kya bakwaas kar rahi hai aap mom matlab wo bangali hai to aap usse andar nai jane dengi
(What rubbish you are talking mom...if she is bengali you will not let her in)
Su- no
Sa- mom swara bengali thi pr aab wo marwadi hai hatiye raaste se
(Mom she is no more bengali... she is marwari now...take a side)
Ap- sujata kya bachpana hai ye...sanskaar mana ye iss ghar ki bahu hai ab leki isse aapnane me hume time lagega
(Sujata...what kind of childishness is this... let them go. Sanskaar we know she is our DIL but it will take time to accept her)
Su- thik hai jijji...aap kehti hai to mai haat jati hu
(It's okay I will not disobey my elder sister you go)
Ra- swara...tum aa gai...ye dekho humne aapna khana almost ready kar lia hai
(Swara...you came see...my food is almost ready)
Swara passed a fake smile to her and started doing her work just when she was encountered with questions
Pa- ye kya batamizzi hai swara...koi tumse baat kare to usse jawab dena chahiye
(What kind of behaviour is this... you should talk when someone is talking to you)
Sw- bhabhi...aisa kuch nai hai...wo mai baas kuch ar sooch rahi thi
(Bhabhi it's not like that...I was thinking something else)
Ra- koi baat nai bhabhi ... swara tum aapna kaam karo
(It's alright bhabhi...swara you do your work)
Sw- hmmm...
Pa- ragini hum abhi aate hai
(Ragini I am coming in a second)
Ra- jee bhabhi
(Yes bhabhi)
Ra- swara hume pyaas lagi hai jaara ek glass pani dedo plss...
(Swara...I m thirsty please paaa me a glass of water)
S- hmmm
Ra- thank you swara...
S- it's ok
Ra- swara hamara kaam ho gaya hum chalte hai maa ne bola hai hum dono ko saath me kaha parosna hai jab tumhara ho jaye tab hula lena hume waise kheer ki khusboo acchi hai
(Swara my work us done I am going maa has said that we both have to sereve together. Plss call me when you are done. Kheer is smelling great)
Sw- thik hai ragini
(Ok ragini)
At the dinning table...ragini was serving gajar ka halwa...when swara comes with kheer
Utt- swara bahut acchi khusboo hai
(Swara...it's smelling great)
She is serving kheer to everyone with a week smile. I just hope all the things go well. She is looking at me with a worried face I am assuring her everything will go well.Edited by elsanna - 8 years ago
