Actress Ayesha Khan marked a major milestone as her song Shararat from the film Dhurandhar crossed 100 million views on YouTube. The actor shared the update on Sunday, January 4, posting a video of the song playing inside a packed theatre. The achievement places Shararat among the most watched tracks associated with the film and has drawn strong reactions from fans online.

Taking to Instagram, Ayesha attached the clip with a detailed and emotional note. She wrote, “100 million views!!! Watching myself on the big screen in a theatre fully packed with audience was a surreal experience indeed. The amount of love I have received for Shararat has been overwhelming.” She went on to thank casting director Mukesh Chhabra and filmmaker Aditya Dhar for backing her, calling the opportunity life changing.

In the same post, Ayesha addressed her audience directly. “I promise my audience I am here to rule, and nothing can stop me, and this doesn’t come out of arrogance but purely out of the hard work I put into things I love,” she wrote. She added that her belief in her craft and faith keeps her grounded, and credited her family for being her constant support system through every phase.

The story follows an Indian spy who infiltrates Karachi’s criminal and political networks, drawing from real events like the 1999 IC 814 hijacking, the 2001 Parliament attack, the 2008 Mumbai attacks, and Operation Lyari. The film stars Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, and Sanjay Dutt. The sequel, Dhurandhar 2, is scheduled for a theatrical release on March 19, 2026, where it will clash with Yash starrer Toxic.
