patakha guddi is a phrase used in one hindi song which goes by the same name.. Patakha as u know means cracker.. 'guddi' has 2 meanings.. it means a doll.. and in punjabi it means a kite..here i m referring 2 kite
so it means..you r fun and fiery like a firecracker.. and free like a kite.
