Lakshya, for all his brains and understanding of Ragini, is completely oblivious to his own feelings for her - why the mere thought of her leaving him is causing such feelings of dread and panic in him.
He's so used to focusing on figuring out and "managing"the problems at Ragini's end, that he's not looking on the inside, which is precisely where Ragini's issues are stemming from this time.
And bless her heart...how can she even articulate that Lakshya not loving her is the reason...after all, that was never part of the "deal", and she's already imposed on him far too much, or so she feels.
What a pretty, pretty bind these two are in - she can't articulate her real problem, and therefore he can't look inside to address it. Abhi bhi what he's doing, the re-marriage, I have a feeling he's not spoken to her about it. She'll resist and think this is yet another attempt on his part not to upset the apple-cart, so to speak.
I really can't wait to see how Lakshya figures out his own feelings, and Ragini's real problem...Bubble, you're driving me insane with anticipation !!

You are exactly right - he is so used to focusing on the other end, he hasn't paid attention to what's happening within HIM.
And she, who was content with the situation, now has become nuanced enough to know that his feelings matter... but he can't see what has suddenly changed...
"Love" is a label... and he already checks quite a few of the conditions that people usually consider important.
She is high priority to him
She is 'His'
He has affection, respect for her
He is attracted to her
He is passionate in all dealings with her
He is committed to her
It ought to be enough. 😲
But is it? What's missing? Serious question! 🤓😳

But to go back to a point you made... you're right, he's not consulting her, or convincing her... because he doesn't know what to say himself, and if it will be enough to hold her... so he's going to actions - which do speak very very loud. Will she hear it, though?
