Ragini's POV::
We broke the hug as soon as we saw her but the damage was done. She was looking at me. I bid good bye to laksh and left the room.
What would she ask laksh?How will he handle her?
All these thoughts were spinning in my head.
Laksh's POV::
I was seeing maa after a long time. Ever since i was shot this is the first time. I asked her to sit with me. When she was close enough i hugged her.
Ap-"Kya hua laksh. Tum theek to ho na beta"
Laksh-"Haan maa bas apko itne dino baad dekha to khud ko rok nahi paaya"
Ap-"Laksh tumne aisa kyu kiya?"
Laksh-"Kya maa?"
Ap-"Tumne kisi aur ke liye apni life ko risk me kyu daala?"
I definitely could not tell her the real reason so i came up with a lie.
Laksh-"Aap ne hi to sikhaya hai maa kisi ki help karna achha kaam hai to mai bhi ek ladki ki help hi kar raha tha"
Ap-"kisi ki help ka ye matlab to nahi ke tum khud ko khatre me daal do. Aur wo ladki tumhe itna tightly hug kyu kar rahi thi"
Laksh-"Wo sirf mujhe thanks keh rahi thi maa. Aap kuch aur na samjhe"
I could not tell maa that i love Ragini atleast not like this in a hospital. She seemed convinced. She told me dad was talking to the doctor about my discharge. Finally i was so tired of lying on this hospital bed.
Ragini's POV::
The day seemed really boring. I wanted to run to the hospital and meet laksh.
Dadi was cutting vegetables. I was searching for a reason to go out.
Ragini-"Arre dadi pyaaz(onion)nahi hai mai market se le aati hu"
She looked at me.
Dadi-"laado umar to mhari zyada hai par lage hai bhulne ki bimari tanne ho gayi hai. Kal hi to laayi thi pyaaz."
Why did i brought it yesterday?
Ragini-"To aaloo?"
Dadi-"na"
Ragini-"tamatar"
She rotated her head in a no.
Ragini-"gobhi,matar,daal,cheese kuch to chahiye hoga?"
I was getting desperate how come she wanted nothing.
I got up and started to leave when she said-"hey maare khattu shyaam ji ghar me dhaniya(coriander)na hai"
I ran backward.
Ragini-"dadi... mai le aau?"
I think she got scared seeing my enthusiasm so without uttering a single word she handed me the money and the bag.
I reached the hospital. What if his mom is here?
I had not thought about that. What will i tell her if she asked me what i was doing there again.
I pushed the door slightly open and peeped inside. Laksh was alone. I entered the room.
Ragini-"Laksh"
He opened his eyes. A big smile spread on his face.
Laksh-" Hii sweetheart"
I went near him and sat on the edge of the bed.
Ragini-"Laksh ab kaise hai aap?"
He had a naughty smile on his face.
Laksh-"Ab tak to theek nahi tha par ab perfect hu"
He asked me to help him in sitting down.
We looked at each other and finally he took my hands into his.
Laksh-"Ragini ab hamari life me koi problem nahi hai. Hum ek dusre se pyaar karte hai mai ye baat sabko btana chahta hu"
Ragini-"Laksh aap theek hokar ghar aa jaye ye baatein baad me bhi ho sakti hai"
Laksh-"I love you Ragini"
I love hearing these 3 words.
Ragini-"I love you too laksh"
I hugged him. He is the love of my life. I could not imagine my life without him.
I heard some voices on the door and came back. I looked at laksh. I did not understand what to do?
In another second i lied down under the bed.
It was Laksh's mother.
What would she think about me if she saw me under the bed.
Ap-"Laksh beta change kar lo doctor ne kaha hai tum ghar ja sakte ho"
Laksh-"maa aap bahar jaye mai change karke aata hu"
Ap-"Laksh mai yaha hu tum washroom me jaake change karo"
Laksh-"nahi maa washroom nahi aap bahar jaaiye"
Ap-"Laksh kitne ziddi ho tum jaa rahi hu mai"
Ap left the room. I came out.
Ragini-"laksh ab hum bahar kaise jayenge"
Laksh-"aww meri Ragini pareshan mat ho tum hamare peeche bahar aana aur hamari car ke jaane ke baad hospital se nikalna. Achha ab jaldi se ek kiss do.
Ragini-"Laksh ye koi time hai kiss karne ka? Koi aa gaya to?"
He pushed me closer."Koi nahi ayega aur waise bhi tum bahar nahi ja sakti"
Ragini-"Achha to aap fayda utha rahe hai hamari majboori ka"
Laksh-"Ji future Mrs. Maheshwari"
He kissed me. His one hand was on my waist and othe one in my hair. He totally ruined my hairstyle but i loved it.
I was outpacing him in the speed. So surprised i could kiss someone so passionately.
We heard a knock on the door.
Ap-"Laksh change kar liya?"
Laksh-"Bas 2 minute maa"
He picked up his clothes.
Laksh-"Dekho Ragini wall ki taraf face karke khadi ho jao ya phir keep your hands on your eyes.
I busted in laughter.
"kya hua Mr. Maheshwari aapko sharm aa rahi hai."
Laksh-"Achha to tumhe ye mazak lag raha hai mai yahi change kar sakta hu"
He took off the hospital shirt and threw at me. I was laughing. But i knew where it was going. He slowly reached for his pajama. I closed my eyes.
He whispered in my ear"kya hua sharm aa gayi?"
I dare not open my eyes. I was frozen.
Ragini-"laksh aapne change kar liya ya nahi?"
Laksh-"Tumne ek baar bhi cheating karke dekha nahi"
He kissed my cheek. I opened my eyes and saw him. He looked devilishly handsome with a smirk on his face.
His mother knocked again.
Ap-"tum kapde pehen rahe ho ya bana rahe ho?"
Laksh-"Ragini mai ja raha hu mere jaane ke baad hi nikalna"
He left the room. I decided to count upto three.
Finally I peeped outside. There was no one.
I reached home. Dadi was really angry.
I kissed her cheek-"meri pyari dadi kaisi ho?"
Dadi-"kaha thi tu laado aur bag kaha hai?"
I handed her the bag.
Dadi-"pyaaz ye ke le aayi. Dhaniya kaha hai?"
-"Oh dhaniya tha nahi to mai pyaaz le aayi"
I ran to my room. I had totally forgotten what she asked.
But it isn't my fault. Who could remember dhaniya over Laksh?
