Hello guys. ..I am going to update another chapter. ..Thanks for your comments. ..will reply as soon as I am done with this chapter. ..Thanks to all of you. ..One more part without Sanskaar. ...next chapter will be his entry.

Chapter 4

The Gadodia mansion was filled with the aroma of Malai kofta being prepared in the kitchen by the daughters of the house. Ragini looked eagerly at the dish she was preparing while Swara leaned against the slab smiling at her beloved sister. Ragini was a great cook and Swara couldn't understand her nervousness. But then these days Ragini was always nervous. The engagement was to take place three weeks later and the wedding two weeks after that. Ragini was practising cooking and other stuff to impress her new family.

"Di how is it? Have I missed something? "Ragini asked.

Ragini was better cook than Swara. But malai kofta was her special dish .

"Hmm. Its good. "Swara replied.

"Not as good as you make. You told me its your favourite and jeeju's too. So you used to make it all the time when you were in Ahmedabad but you never told me about the friend who taught you to make it
"Ragini asked.

Swara looked away and Ragini knowing she had touched a sensitive issue went back to her cooking.

"Speaking of your jeeju. ...I talked to him. He is coming for your engagement party. "Swara said changing the subject.

"I know. He called me to congratulate me. "Ragini replied.

"Great . He didn't even tell me. "Swara replied pretending to be angry.

"Di there is something I want to tell you "Ragini said

That very moment Dadi called them for dinner . As they were having food Raging said "Di Annapurna Ma called today. She said that Lakshji wants to meet me tomorrow. Chachiji insisted that someone should accompany both of us. One of them with come with Lakshji. ".

"I will accompany you Lado if your sister is busy. "Dadi interjected.

Swara who knew her dadi too well came to her sister 'so rescue. "I'll go. Pick me up tomorrow at noon from the office. "

Ragini was happy to hear this.

The next day Ragini picked up Swara from the office and the duo reached the restaurant where Laksh was waiting for them. He had brought Uttara with him. Leaving the couple alone Swara and Uttara sat at a table a little away. Laksh and Ragini looked rather comfortable and happy with each other. Uttara started her bantering and Swara discoveredthat both Laksh and his little sister were loquacious and jovial. Just what Ragini needed .

"Uttara tell me about Laksh. "She said.

"Laksh bhai is the best. He is my best friend. Adarsh bhaiyya is much older than me and treats me too much like a kid. My bhai on the other hand pampers me and gives me advice whenever I need. But he has been away from home a long time. So Laksh bhai is the one I am closest to in the family. He is a bit impulsive but good at heart and hard working

Swara liked the girl a lot .

"He often gets into trouble but bhai helps him out. We both always look up to bhai. He always protects and guides us" she said a note of admiration in her voice similar to Laksh's when he spoke of his cousin.

"I would like to meet your bro. You and Laksh love him so much. "Swara said.

"You will. He is coming back on the day of the engagement. Laksh bhai wouldn't let him make excuses. " Uttara said.

"By the way Swara di it seems bhai and bhabhi will take time. So tell me about your fiance na. "Uttara suggested.

Swara smiled at the adorable girl and nodded. Then she said "well. He was my college friend and we fell in love. His name is Rishi. He is a singer and lives in Mumbai. "

Uttara stared at her gaping "Rishi. You don't mean Rishi Base, right? "

"Yes. Thats him. "Swara said smiling.

"No way. He is my favourite. OMG. Swara di you are engaged to a celebrity. Wow. Can you get me a autograph?"the girl asked jumping. At that instant RagLak came to them and Uttara happily told her brother what she just heard.

Swara had seen this reaction many times when she told people about her relationship with Rishi. His fan base was very good. So many girls loved her charming fiance except for the girl he loved. His fiance. Great. That hurt her whenever she thought of it.
Looking at the jumping Uttara she said "You can get autographs or selfies or whatever you want when you meet him. He is coming over for the engagement party. "

The girl hugged her tightly and went off happily with her brother saying "Di you can meet my brother and I will meet your fiance. "

Swara smiled not realising what was waiting for her.
