No, he doesn't know her family. It was Mr. Singh who recommended the case for him and after his initial digging he went to meet Shekar and Shermishta. Those were the meetings he was talking about.

and in previous update, due to melodious singing and isolation, I thought it was Sharmistha and Swara.. thanks to serial, can't imagine Sujaataa singing in melodious voice 😆 😛 but appreciate that Sanskaar has soft heart, capable of loving.. ❤️
