Sanskaar told her that she always listens to both her head and heart. Sallu clarifying that with love head takes second place to heart. The "sense" option everyone is giving her is go back to Lakshya as you don't love Sanskaar and why shouldn't you blah blah (serial logic) so now she needs to listen to her heart. Which is clearly guiding her to Sanskaar but she doesn't want to listen to it. Confusion between what she wants from her heart and what head tells her. So eventually heart will win but madam will take time to see all that
