Sanskar seriously didn't notice this part right?
Ek woh hai jo kabhi mera peecha hi ni chod tha aur ek tum, jo kabhi bhi mere peeche parna hi ni chahte."
He might've slept well if he realized she does want him to pay attention to her😆
I really loved this😊 do continue writing dear😊

Hahah! Hilarious drabble!
With those looks he's beein giving to her in yesterday's epi, I can totally imagine this happening in the show! Sanskaar might as well end up doing daily pooja to shut Swara up. 😆😆

LOLL, he did but didn't comment on it because of the way Swara was ranting on. If he had touched upon it, she would have turned it around even more and start attacking him instead. 😆

More like he would have had a restless night. Biwi uske attention ke liye dheek ri hai aur yeh ab tak signal ko dhoond ra tha. 🤣

Thank you so much. 😳

Thank you! 🤗

I loved that scene! It really showed the comfort level between them not only as friends but as husband and wife. Swara can go to him at any given time and rant to him while he'll listen and give her sane advice. It was such a natural scene and I'm still mesmerized by it.

LOLL, he might have to think up of something a little more unique than daily pooja to shut her up. 😉

Glum

Firecrackers were bursting. The night sky was illuminated with mesmerizing colors and sparks. A faint hint of smoke was lingering around the entire Maheshwari household from the scattered clay lamps.

Sanskaar didn't enjoy them one bit.

They were all a nuisance to him. He was angered at the fact that he was not able to fully participate in the events that his mother had so lovingly set up for him. She had noticed him looking glum lately and had decided to make use of this festive occasion to cheer him up. He appreciated the sentiment, he truly did. But the forced participation only made him more gloomy.

What was the point of donning a mask of fake contentment when he was truly upset?

He misses her.

They all know but haven't bothered telling him to get Swara back. Most likely they want to see him suffer a little more for making such a foolish mistake in the first place. Along with him, they're suffering too. They want her back as well but they won't say anything. It was his decision to send her away and it should be his decision to get her back. If Sanskaar was willing to wallow in his self-loathing then so be it. They will too.

Deep down he had hoped that they would have invited the Gadodia's over to celebrate. But they had found it best not to. Sanskaar agreed with them to some extent. If Swara had come over surely Laksh would have tried to force himself onto her once more. It's best if Swara stayed away. For her sake.

So what if he can't meet with her, be happy with her, speak to her, hug her, hold her, or love her. At least he could wish her. It was an act of civility that all friends do right?

He picked up his phone and pulled up Swara's chat box.

Swara is typing... displayed on the bottom just as he typed in Happy.

The display stopped and then vanished.

He erased his letters.

Hey Leen,
Better he did not send it, judging by the #4 Swara would have his head if he dared to wish her Happy Diwali with a Message like she was some long lost collage friend.
I'm seriously enjoying this sachets of SwaSan you're coming up with😊

Hey Sakura! 🤗

LOLL, although the two Drabbles weren't connected, I can see the hesitation Sanskaar would have had in speaking with Swara. 😆 There is no way that Swara would have let him go that easily without letting him hear an earful. :P

Thank you so much! 😳

Btw, I have started reading Snow Queen, but I haven't caught up yet. I'm still on Chapter 3 so I'm reserving my comments until I'm all caught up. 😳 You're just too fast of an updater for me. 😆

Aw man. 💔

I have a feeling this is exactly how the upcoming scenes are going to be. Sanskaar will always think of Swara and give her distance and friendship. Swara won't acknowledge her changing feelings for her hubby out loud, probably think it is for the best.

Loved how you portrayed the painful tragedy in the most simplest fashion. 👏
