Hello my dear readers...Sorry for the delay..😊
I have come up with the PART 1 update.😃
I am really thankful to all of you for the likes and the wonderful comments which you posted for the Prologue.🤗

Sa:Maa, why aren't these kids in their uniforms?
An :(smiling) Their vacation starts today, Sanskaar..
Ay :(excitedly) Yes Papa..we are going to have lots of fun, isn't it Navya?
Na :(chuckles) Hmm..Yes..
Sanskaar smiled widely seeing their happiness.
Sa:Have fun my dears..But don't trouble your Daadima much..Promise me..
Ay&Na: Promise, Papa..
Just then Sanskaar's cell phone rang. He picked up the phone and answered the call. After speaking with the caller for some time, he disconnected the call.
Sa:Maa..I am going to Mumbai in the evening..Business trip..
"Mumbai!!", thought the kids..They looked at each other. Both of them clearly remembered the place's name. One month ago, Sanskaar had told them that their 'Mumma' lived in Mumbai.
An: Today evening, beta..?
Sa:Yes Maa..Please do the packing for me..It is for two weeks..I am having a lot of work to finish.
An: Oh..Ok beta..I will do it..
Na: Papa, can we also come with you..?
Sanskaar was clearly surprised..
Sa:Why beta..?
Na:Because, we want to..
But Ayaan knew that she was going to blurt out the truth and decided to stop her. He too wanted to visit the place where his mother lived. But he knew that his Papa won't be very much happy to hear that they wanted to meet their Mumma.
Ay :(immediately) We want to visit Mumbai..We have never been to Mumbai..
Sa:But I will be in the office beta..How can I take you both to the office?
Na: But you won't be staying always in the office. In the evening you will be coming back to us..
An: Sanskaar..If they are insisting so much, take them with you..
Sa:But Maa..I will be staying in a hotel..How can I leave these two kids alone in a hotel room till I come back in the evening..?
An: Well I have a plan..You all can stay at our Villa in Mumbai..Kumar will be there to take care of these two..I will telephone him and ask him to arrange everything in the villa..
Kumar was the care taker in their villa..Sanskaar thought about it..He liked Kumar very much. He knew that he would take well care of his kids.
Sa:Ok then..(turning to the kids)You both be ready in the evening, when Papa comes home..
Ay&Na: Okay Papa..

Next day morning, Ayaan and Navya woke up from their sleep and gazed around the unfamiliar bedroom. Sanskaar walked inside their room just then..
Sa:Good morning...Welcome to Mumbai..(spreading his arms wide in a pompous manner)
Ay :(rubbing his eyes with his hands sleepily) When did we reach here Papa?
Sanskaar went and sat on their bed and smiled.
Sa:Yesterday night..But you both had fallen asleep by then..
Na: Papa..Are you going to the office now..?You have already dressed up..
Sa:Yes beta..(bends and kisses her cheek)I will be back in the evening..I will introduce you both to one uncle..(looks towards the door and calls aloud)Kumar, come in..
Kumar walked inside with a smiling face..
Ku: Hello Ayaan ..Hello Navya..
Ay&Na: Hello uncle..(smiles)
Sa:Anything you need, ask this uncle..He will take care of everything..
Sanskaar hugged the children and left for his Mumbai office.

It was 5 pm and Sanskaar got a phone call from Kumar. He picked up the call and immediately left for the villa. After reaching there, he got out of the car and rushed inside the house..
Sa:Kumaaar...Kumaaarrr
Kumar rushed to his master's side.
Sa:What happened to the kids..?
Ku: (nervously)Sir,in the afternoon, they said that they were getting bored..So I took them out for having lunch. After that we got into the car again. On our way back, suddenly they noticed a cake shop and asked me to stop the car. I took them to that shop .While I was paying for the cake they had chosen, the kids were right behind me...(then feeling tensed) But sir, after that when I looked again..They were not there..
Sa:(enraged) What do you mean by "they were not there.."?
Ku: (helplessly )Sir, I scanned the entire area..But they were not to be seen.
Sanskaar slumped into a couch, his head in his hands..
Sa:God..!! What am I going to do now..?!!
Suddenly his mobile phone rang..It was an unknown number..Frantically, he picked up the call..
Sa:Hello..
Ay: Hello Papa..
Sa:(deliriously) Hello..Hello Ayaan..Beta, where are you..?
Na: Papa..
Sa:(smiling happily) Yes, Navya beta..Tell me..where are you beta..?Are you ok?
Na: Papa we are with our Mumma right now..
Sa:Mumma??!!(shocked)
Ay:Yes..If you want to meet us, you should come here..
Sa :(unbelievably) What..?!Are you serious..?
Ayaan told him the address and disconnected the call immediately.
Sanskaar got into the car and started from there immediately. It took a while for him to reach the right house. It was a beautiful bungalow in the suburbs of Mumbai. He drove inside through the gates, got down from the car and walked uncertainly towards the entrance of the house.
He walked inside and saw that there was no one around in the drawing room.
Sa:Excuse me..Is anyone home..?
He could hear the kids' noise from inside. He walked in that direction..He reached the kitchen and was astonished by what he saw..Ayaan and Navya were jumping playfully around a woman, whose back was turned towards him. She was wearing a beautiful red color saree and navy blue blouse. She seemed to be cooking something for them.
Woman: Wait..Wait..I am coming..No masti haan..
Sa :(shouts) AYAAN..NAVYA..
Hearing Sanskaar's voice, all of them turned abruptly..The kids came running to him and hugged him from both sides.
Na: Papa..Did you see our Mumma...?
Ay: We are sooo happy Papa..!!
But he had his eyes only for that woman. He was rooted to the spot and was staring at her unbelievably. She walked towards him and stood facing him. She had a victorious smile on her face.
Woman: Finally..!! You have got time to come to me..
Sanskaar contorted his face in fury and was about to say something, but she held out a hand to stop him..
Woman: Wait..wait..wait..Let me finish..You are such a great liar..!!What a great story to tell these kids about their mother..!!Poor things..!!(looks down at the kids)
Sa:(angrily raising his finger at her)YOU..!!
The children were listening intently..Ignoring Sanskaar, she bent down, knelt before the kids and touched their cheeks with her both hands..
Woman :(smiling sweetly at the kids) But I have assured them that I have always loved them and that I always wanted to be with them..The kids happily hugged her..
Ay :(innocently) Papa..Why didn't you let Mumma to live with us..
Na: Yes Papa..She loves us sooo dearly..She loves you too, Papa..
Ay:(defiantly)You should say sorry to our Mumma..
Sanskaar didn't know what to say as he stood there, clenching his fists. Uncertainty and fury were bubbling inside him. He took a deep breath and answered..
Sa:(looking at her) I am really sorry...Now Ayaan, Navya..I want both of you to leave us alone for sometime..I need to talk with your Mumma for sometime..
The kids obediently went out into the drawing room and began to play there.
Sanskaar turned towards her with a dangerous look on his face and asked the very question that was troubling him.
Sa:Who are you..?
The woman smiled mischievously and replied..
"Swara.."
Sa :(angrily) I am not asking your name..I am asking "who- are- you?"
Swara was looking quite confident.
Sw :(coolly) I am Swara..that is my name..What else can I answer..?!
This was too much for Sanskaar..He moved towards her and caught hold of her shoulders. He hissed angrily..
Sa:What do you want..?!! Why did you take my kids here..Why are you acting as if you are my wife..?
His eyes dangerously bored into her doe-like eyes..For a moment, it looked like she was taken aback by his aggressive demeanor..But then she regained her determined face and tried to shake off his grip. Sanskaar understood that he was manhandling a woman and took off his hands..
Sw: Listen, Mr. whoever you are..
Sa: (arrogantly)Sanskaar Maheshwari..
Sw: Alright..Mr.Sanskaar..I didn't deliberately bring your kids here..They were following me..
Sa:What rubbish..?!
Sw: Today afternoon these kids came after me and they were insisting that I was their Mumma..
Sa:What..?!!
She ignored him and continued..
Sw: (serious tone)They were telling that their Papa had told them that their Mom had long hair, bindi on her head, wore only saris and had doe-like eyes. Just like me..They found all those qualities in me..What could I do then?(shrugs her shoulder)
Sa:(pointing his finger at her) You must have told them that you are not their mother..
Sw: (sighs impatiently...then regains her composure) I told them..!! But they didn't believe me. They were telling that I am lying to them because I didn't love them and their Papa..
Sa:(rolls his eyes) God!!These kids..(sighs and places his hands on his hips)
Swara frowned and regarded him with interest.
Sa :(cools down taking deep breaths)Ok..Fine..But why did you take them here..?You could have just left them..
Sw: Woww..Mr Sanskaar..!! Are you kidding..?!!They were alone in that place..How could I leave them. You must be thankful to me, that I took them home safely and informed you..
Sa :(scoffing at her) Oh..Right Miss.Swara..I should be thankful to you..You have made everything easy for me..Isn't it..?...(then, angrily)What were you telling me when I came here..?? (tries to remember her words)...That you were waiting for me all along; that you have always loved my kids and wanted to be with them; that I am the one who was telling lies to my kids..By the way, what do you know about my life..?
Sw: I am sorry..The kids were asking me all kinds of questions..Why did I leave them for running my own business..?Why didn't I contact you all after that? etc etc..I became fed up of these questions and told them another story..That Papa didn't want me to come back and he was angry with me..Whereas I always wanted to be with you all..And you know what Sanskaar, they were really happy after that..
Sanskaar was staring at her unbelievably..
Sa:(folds his hands in a Namaste mockingly)Thank You Miss Swara..!!Thanks for everything..
And then walked off from the kitchen towards the drawing room where the kids were playing.
Sa:Ayaan, Navya..Come ..Let's go to our villa..
Ayaan and Navya stopped playing and turned to Sanskaar..
Ay: (smiling)Papa..Is Mumma coming with us..?
Na: (happily) Yippie..!! The fight between you both is over?
Sanskaar angrily looked at Swara who had come out of the kitchen.
Sa:No..She is not coming..(looks again at the kids)Only we three are going..
Ayaan and Navya looked at Sanskaar helplessly..
Ay: We won't come with you Papa..You go..
He ran towards Swara and hugged her. Navya also followed her brother and did the same..Sanskaar was really shocked..He walked towards Ayaan and Navya and tried to pull them off from Swara..
Sa:(angrily) AYAAN..!!What is this..Why are you behaving like this..You don't love your Papa?
Ay:(struggling to hold on) We love Mumma too..Ask her to come with us..
Sanskaar knelt down beside Navya and tried to pull her arm off Swara..
Sa:(pleads)Navya beta..You are Papa's little princess right..?Please come baby..
Na:(holding Swara tightly) No Papa..!! Why are you not asking her to come with us..?We want her too..
Sanskaar was helpless now..He just didn't know how to tackle the situation..
Just then another phone call came..He stood up, picked up the call and talked over the phone. After disconnecting the call he looked at Swara and his kids..
Sa:(seriously) Listen, I am going to the office now. I will be back in the night at 8 o' clock..(then to the kids)You both stay with her for some more time and then you must come with me when I come to take you..Alright..?
He didn't wait for their reply and walked off from there fuming furiously..
