Part 11

Swara opened her eyes and found herself curdled in Sanskaar's arms. She smiled at him at first then got up in a jerk realising they shared the room whole night and Ragini didn't come. She looked at the door which was still locked. She shakes Sanskaar.

"Sanskaar, get up!" She tried to wake him.

His sleep got disturbed and he opened her eyes. He looked at swara and got up.

She tells him to go out through the window and she will look for Ragini.

...

Lakshya comes out of the washroom with a towel around his neck. Not wanting to make a sound, he closed the door slowly. He turned towards the bed and found his attempt becoming a failure. The noise disturbed Ragini's sleep. She looked at Lakshya and got up from the bed. Then she realised, it wasn't her room, she slept the whole night in Lakshya and Sanskaar's room.

"Ragini..!" Lakshya began guessing that she would feel uncomfortable very soon.

But before he could continued she rushed out of the room.

Swara came out if the room and bumped to Ragini.

"Ragini! Take a breath!" She said seeing her panting.

"All ok?" Swara asked as she sensed her sister in tension.

"Ah.. Its nothing!" Ragini replied and went inside the room.

Days passed and Ragini's marriage date came nearer. Swara and Sanskaar tried their best to bring RagLak close but Ragini was as stubborn as an ass. She anyhow took out an excuse every time. She had also indirectly warned Swara to stop doing the childish things. Lakshya didn't made any effort because he was confident of his love.

"Think about it once again, Ragini" swara said as she put the bridal veil on Ragini's head.

Yes. It was Ragini's marriage. She was going to marry someone else. Someone other than Lakshya. She was playing a dirty game with her life and she knew it. She had realised in past days that she is still madly in love with Lakshya, his closeness had drove her crazy. She had lost control in front of him many times. But she had no choice. She talked about her past with Rohan, her fianc and to her surprise, he had no problem.

"Ragini!" Swara brought her out of the thoughts.

"I don't wanna discuss about this." She went inside the washroom.

She looked herself in the mirror. Was she really wrong? She needs to think again? Was really Rohan a right choice for her.

She felt dizzy. She puked again. It happens frequently now a days. Her head feels heavy and she pukes. She washes her face.

"Should I tell to Swara? No, no. Let the report come then I will discuss it with her." She said to herself.

Suddenly she heard the washroom door open and Swara running inside. She reached the basin and puked as well. Ragini was confused. She offered her towel after she washed her face.

"You are fine?" Ragini asked concerned.

"Yeah..!" Swara replied. "May be just food poisoning."

Ragini nodded and left the washroom.

"How would she react if I tell her? But my reports are yet to be come. Let's see." Swara sighed.

...

"I don't think its a nice idea." Sanskaar said it for the sixteenth time to Lakshya who was packing his bag.

"Listen Bro, you know its not easy for me." He said still packing his stuffs.

Lakshya was going to stay in a hotel. He was avoiding Ragini's marriage rituals. But he had asked Sanskaar to stay and observe her happiness. Beside, there is still a chance for winning Swara. Lakshya had decided to go with the flow. But one part of his had a confident on his love. He didn't leave the hope. But it was best to stay away. He gave a manly hug to Sanskaar and left the house.

Sanskaar opened his cupboard and took out his clothes. He went near his table to keep it on chair. Just then his room door slammed open and a crying Swara jumped into his arms.

She leapt onto him causing him to be pushed against the table. He placed his hand against it quickly to prevent himself from falling backwards. He kept the cloth on the table and hugged Swara back.

"What happened, baby?" He asked caressing her back.

"She isn't listening to me." She hiccupped. "Even when she knows she is wrong."

Sanskaar broke the hug and cupped her face.

"Did YOU listened to anyone until your heart forced you to accept me?" He said calmly.

She looked into his eyes.

"Listen, Swara. I know you aren't feeling nice of all this. But we did our best. What will happen, its on fate. So the best thing is to let it be."

"Whatever it may be, Sanskaar." She said removing her hand from her cheek. She turned and moved forward.

"I feel bad for them. Whatever happened in past, it was with all if us. We suffered equally. And today, we are together but our siblings..."

She was not yet finished when Sanskaar slid his hand around her stomach and dragged her towards him from behind. Her back clashed on his chest. A hot breath escaped Swara's mouth when he slide her hair on one shoulder and kissed her neck. She turned to face him and he smiled. He planted a soft kiss of her forehead which made her close her eyes.

"Trust the God, sweetheart. Because I did." He said with a smile.

Swara nodded and pulled him into a hug.

...

Rohan sat on the podium and guest started increasing. Sanskaar stood in a corner and Swara got busy in welcoming guests. After a while, everyone saw Ragini coming and standing on the podium.

"May I have everyone attention please!" Ragini's voice made everyone turn to her.

"All knows, my dad has only two daughters. All his property has been divided in between we two equally. But I have taken a decision. I am donating my part of the property to the orphanage, on my marriage day itself."

"What the hell are you blabbering, Ragini?" Ronan yelled at her.

Ragini said nothing but just stood in his front and gave him a tight slap.

"What the..." Rohan began.

"Don't you dare!" Ragini warned stopping him. "I heard what you were telling on phone."

*Flashback*

Ragini gets out of her room and hears Rohan talking on phone.

"Really dude, I have no interest in marrying this girl. But she will give me 50 crores! 6 months, not more than that. After six month of marriage I will kick her out of my life blaming of cheating on me. And guess what? Now I know about her past boyfriend. I will use that tool! Ok, talk to you later. Bye!"

*Flashback ends*

"You wanted to play with our reputations. You wanted to join my name with Lakshya? You know what? Now I will do it myself. I am going to marry HIM! He is going to win me. And you stay out of our lives got it, you loser!" Ragini yelled in single breath.

There was a pin drop silence for some time. No one said anything. Just then everyone hear a mingling sound of anklets and turned to find a more than happy Swara running towards her sister. She hugged her.

"I am proud of you!" Swara whispered audibly.

"Ragini, hotel blue lagoon, room no. 17!" Sanskaar shouted throwing his car keys to her.

She catch it and ran out of the hall after giving both swara and Sanskaar a friendly hug.

Lakshya was working on his laptop with a mug of coffee in hand when he had a knock on the door. He opened and was shocked to see Ragini in her bridal attire. He was speechless as he never expected her to be here. She was breathing heavily because of running 16 floor. She was so curious to meet Lakshya that she didn't even care to take the lift.

Before Lakshya could say anything, she pushed him inside and locked the door.

"Ragini..."

Before he could complete, she pressed her lips to his.
