It would have made so much more sense if Sanskaar was the one who chose to give Swara divorce. Let me explain..

Firstly, Sanskaar needed to seriously put an end to her " you wanted this marriage" jaap. It would have made it clear once and for all to his mahaan patni that he definitely did not want to marry her that way nor does he want to keep the whole marriage charade up now that they don't have any reason to.It would in a way, fulfill his promise to her and free her from the forced marriage. I can totally see him doing it.Sanskaar like I have mentioned time and again is definitely cool like that!😎

Secondly, like everyone in the forum are of the opinion, it's hypocrisy at its best. One one hand, you give a lecture about how sacred the institution is, how you a want someone else to give a chance to it, while on the other hand you yourself don't even want to think about that option.😲 The marriage was definitely forced on you but the guy is in love with you. And your sasural loves you too. I can't think of one reason as to why she wont even think about giving that marriage a chance.

Which is why I believe Sanskaar taking the decision can make this track much more logical and believable without people going all raar on Swara for having double standards.

EDIT: This post was more about why I think and wish Sanskaar should take the decision ( I really want him to) than it being about the inconsistencies within Swara's character. Honestly, I have too many bones to pick with her character than just this one. So I really could not care less( Honest opinion folks! I can take the bashing 😆) I'm not complaining about the track. Infact I think it's a really good way to take SwaSan's love story forward. It's just I think Sanskaar should have a say in"his" marriage! Okay I'm done explaining. 😛

I agree. I think Swara needs some time to process (she's already started doing so), how much this forced marriage and the attendant tension has cost Sanskaar. Neither of them wanted this marriage, and the fact that he was already in love with her, would have made it harder for him, not easier.

There were so many moments when he wanted to call off the whole thing, confess to DP, but Swara held him back because of fear for Shomi's life. What makes it worse for Sanskaar, is the doubt in Swara's mind (maybe its not really doubt, but she does throw it in his face when she's frustrated), that perhaps he was not too unhappy about this wedding. Imagine having to encounter that repeatedly: not only does he have to give up all his dreams of the way he would have wanted this marriage to happen, his love and commitment to come to fruition; but he also has to deal with the doubt from the person he loves so much.

I would like it too, if Sanskaar now just follows what Swara said : after their mission, they go their separate ways. Its possibly then, that Swara will realize that she misses him, values his presence in her life.

I really don't want a track that makes Swara decide on divorce, and then reconsider, based on a new mission!! Imagine if they show her wanting to go back to Sanskaar saying "Lets be together for now, that's the only way Lakshya will stay with Ragini". If Sanskaar agrees to that, that would be absolutely killing the essence of both their characters. Just hope they won't go down that road...

EVEN WE SAY SWARA IS SAINT NO SHE WAS NOT. BECAUSE SHE LOVED LAKSH BUT DIDNT STEP FORWARD BECAUSE SHE LOVED HER SISTER MORE TILL RAG PERSUADE. SHE IGNORED WHY RAG PERSUADE ? ACCEPT SHE IS A GIRL TOO. SO SHE FELL FOR LAKSH EVEN HIGH DRAMEBAZZI DIALOGUE SHE GAVE ABOUT SISTERSHIP LET MENTALLY SICK AND CLEVERLY OBSESSED RAGS OUT OF THIS CONVERSATION.

SHE SAID SO MANY TIME SHE DONT SEE NOW LAK AND HER TOGATHER. SHE CRIED WHEN SHE GAVE HER ENGAGGEMENT RING TO RAG EVEN THOUGHT ABOUT LAK AND HER TOO. WHICH IS NORMAL.

ALL I WANNA SAY SWARA WANTED TO BE IDEALISTIC BUT SHE IS NOT. SHE GAVE SANSKAAR DIVORCE THAT WILL BE BEST THING. SANSKAAR DID WRONG BUT BHE DONT DESERVE GIRL WHO DESIRE OTHER MAN WHEN SHE'S HIS WIFE.

SWARA STILL LOVE AND DESIRE LAKSH AS NORMAL. ON HER WEDDING DAY SHE REMEMBERED ALL MOMENT SHE SPENT WITH HIM . WHATEVER HE DID AGAIN AND AGAIN SHE TOLD HIM TRUTH. SHE TRUSTED HE WILL STOP THIS MARRIAGE.

SANSKAAR IS FOCUSED AND SMART GUY. HE WILL GET ANY WOMEN WHO LOVE HIM . HE DID HIS REDEMPTION. NO NEED TO BE TORTURED ALIVE.

SO WHOEVER GIVE DIVORCE DIVORCE MUST HAPPEN. SNAKAAR WILL BE FREE OF SWARA LAKSH MESS. SWARA ONLY KNOW HOW TO GIVE LECTURE. SHE EVERYTIME LEAN ON GUY. BEFORE KNOWING AFTER KNOWING WHAT HE FELT. HE IS HUMAN MAM AND GENTLEMEN SO LET HIM BE THAT. IF NOT FELT KUCH KUCH HOTA HAI AS SANSKAAR.

U LOVE AN D LIKE WEEL GUY BUT WE LOVE TO SEE STRONG GUY WIN.

very very true ...

the thing is that sansakaar cannot even say now that let's give this marriage a chance ... not after swara's gazillion allegations .. he can't go and talk to her like an adult and say - we are friends and I do love you , at least give this a shot ... you can walk away whenever you want but at least let's try ... she will go mental on him ...

... if he says he wants a divorce - his family is going to accuse him on making a mockery out of marriage and ruining a girls life with his crazy plans ... though the plan was hers !

he is damned either way ... so he leaves it to swara ... who coolly announces her decision and my guess is WITHOUT ever asking sanskaar for his opinion

Agree 100%. Swara needs to come down from her high horse asap. She would get a real shock if Sanskar ask for a divorce as she has been taking him too much for granted. Also, she would realise how much she actually needs him in her life.

If they do decide on a divorce I do see both of them deciding together..coming to this decision together with the other knowing...

I dont see Her doing it without his knowledge neither do I see him do it without hers...I see it being Mutual...

They both know they were not ready for and wanted such a marriage...

They both know they both were forced into this..

They both realise how much trouble they are in...

Thus if they decide to stay married ...and they may for some other mission but it will be a mutual decision..

I dont see Sanskar just doing what she says or quietly accept her accusations just like he gave back as good as he got from her stating or putting all his feelings , points on the table for her to make a decision...

Now that I actually think about it, I have this teeny tiny suspicion,that this might actually be to make all the aunties root for Sanskaar. Everyone would feel bad for him. Imagine suju going, "haayye! Mara chora ka jeevan barbaad hogaya!" 🤣
