But Annapurna as fire...now that was a bit bewildering for me at first.
However once I read the whole thing and thought on that perspective, things clicked to place too well.
I think you may have actually started a new interpretation of the character's psychology.
Congratulations!!!!!!
Coming to the story, u r a really wonderful writer. You managed to grab the undivided attention right up to the end.
I liked the apparent wariness of Annapurna towards Swara. Fire and water, the opposites.
Annapurna and Sanskar's relationship reminded me of Maharana Pratap and his third mother, Rani Dheerbai Bhatiyani. She too used to wish that her child was like Pratap and envious, she used to present a facade of altruism to all.
Waiting for the next.

Hi Niki. Thanks so much for your comment. 😊 Glad you liked my portrayal of AP. I found your reference of the Maharana Pratap--Dheerbhai Bhatiyani very interesting. I wasn't aware of this historical tale, it seems to carry some of the undertones I was attempting to give for AP's emotions towards Sanskaar. Thanks for giving me this nugget of info. 😊
I hope to have Earth up by this coming weekend, will do it earlier if I can.
