Although Laksh's actions at the wedding were insane, at the same time I can see why he though Swara ditched him. Contrary to popular believe, Swara RARELY ever said she loved him. It was ALWAYS Laksh professing her love for her and making her his first priority. For Swara, her first priority was always her family and Ragini. And I don't think he was too easily manipulated ( at least not initially). When Sanskaar-Ragini tried to sabotage SwarYa relationship by making Swara look crazy, Laksh stood by her. He refused to believe allegations and only listened to her. It was only after she "ditched" him and he saw a manipulated video that he finally turned. To me, it seemed like a human response.

Even his rude behaviour to Swara (I must confess I haven't been watching the show religiously since Laksh-Ragini wedding so perhaps I could be wrong) makes sense to me. He's hurt. He feels betrayed by Swara. He wants to hate her and forget her. He wants her to feel the pain he feels. That's why he's acting like an ass to her. It makes sense imo.

And finally, regarding your title, yes, Laksh is fickle minded at times and foolish. He definitely does not always think about the consequences of his decisions. Like it was his damn actions that resulted in a huge fight between the families (some video I think he revealed, can't remember the details). The whole him marrying Ragini was another example. He didn't consider the fact that he'd have to live with Ragini forever as a wife. That's why even Ragini is frustrated with him. Because he doesn't seem to realize what he's done. He still thinks of Ragini as a friend. On a similar vein, he's also fickle. He has problems making decisions and is often un-focused. But for me, those two things are exactly what make SwarYa work together.

Swara adds focus and maturity to Laksh. She gets him to get his feet on the ground and stay on a single path. She balances out his fickle-mindedness. Similarly, she also looks more towards consequences than he does. She focuses more on future than he does. Again, balancing him out. And it's not just Laksh who benefits from the SwarYa relationship. Swara too benefits. Swara has the tendency of getting overwhelmed by things and panicking. She has the tendency to overthink. And that's where Laksh steps in, Laksh is able to make her relax and smile. Laksh is able to calm her down and regain her footing and confidence. As a team, SwarYa function together wonderfully (as was displayed in initial episodes to get Shekher-Shomi together).

And finally, to add to your last point, honestly, I don't think she even needs time to get over Laksh. She never felt for him as deeply as he felt for her. Even right now, she's not willing to fight for him because she wants to preserve her family/ Ragini happiness. Again putting her family infront of Laksh. She herself said that she doesn't want Laksh back so her respecting Laksh or whatever doesn't even matter anymore because SwarYa most probably will not be end game LOL.

I haven't followed Swara and Lakshya's love story so I might not fully understand their love story. But I think If you truly love someone, whether or not the other person loves you as much as you them, doesn't matter. It's having trust in your love that matters. The fact that Lakshya believed Ragini when Swara begged him to believe her and also that he actually decided to marry Ragini out of spite makes him undeserving of Swara. Whether or not he truly loved her is not the question here. It is his actions and their consequences. He has gone and done something that can never be undone. Ragini is Swara's sister. I being a sister myself can understand why Swara doesnt want him back. He not only abandoned her and refused to trust her. He married her own sister. Why and how can she forgive him and take him back after that? I cannot imagine fighting for a guy who time and again professed his love for me and then went and married my own sister. From Swara's POV I can completely understand her stand on Lakshya and not wanting him back!

LOL thanks for taking the time to reply to my long comment. And unfortunately as you haven't followed SwarYa lovestory, then we'll probably not be able to come to a consensus LOL. That said, let's try anyway.

Again, I actually don't fault Laksh for believing in Ragini. Before the marriage, there had been tons of hurdles coming in SwarYa's way (sanskaar drugging swara to make it look like she was taking drugs, ragini editing vidoe where swara said she doesn't want to marry laksh, etc.) and despite all that, Laksh stood by Swara like a rock. He only faltered when all the proofs were against her. Think of it from Laksh's POV, the woman you love, who coincidentally hasn't really said ilu back to you yet, says she wants to marry you but her actions continually say otherwise, and then ends up ditching you on your wedding day. I think ANYONE would've had their trust broken, regardless of the amount of love you share. It's a HUGE betrayal. Remember, Laksh didn't know that SwarYa had conspiracies against them. All he saw was his fears coming true and he faltered.

And I absolutely agree with you that his decision to marry Ragini was foolish and stupid. But see, that's where the entire last post I wrote comes into play LOL. The entire reason SwarYa worked so well for me, was because of the way they worked together. Swara grounded Laksh. Laksh doesn't always look at the consequences of his decision, Swara does. It works the other way around too. Swara always gets overwhelmed and her confidence falters, Laksh remains determined and boosts her up as well. They fit perfectly, their flaws are filled in by the other.

And actually, I think the whole Ragini-Laksh marriage can be undone. It can be annulled, which means it wouldn't even be considered a marriage. They haven't consummated so they can have an annullment ratehr than a divorce (divorce can happen too).

And regarding Swara not wanting Laksh. Again, it's not about Laksh at all for her. She just doesn't want to break Ragini's marriage. Swara has NEVER cared for Laksh's feelings as much as she has cared for Ragini. Ragini wants her marriage to last so Swara won't endanger it by going after Laksh. That's it. The end. No Laksh involved at all in her mind. She knows Laksh doesn't love Ragini and would still want her if she can prove herself right and that's he's suffering the consequences of his actions, but she doesn't care. She just wants to show Ragini's face and then somehow have Ragini-Laksh marriage continue. Laksh has always sort of been a toy for the two sisters. A little less of a toy for Swara but still a toy whom she can have and give.

Not just Lakshya, that entire family is fickle minded & foolish, except Ragini ofc (and swasan). Ragini can control people, situations, weather...practically everything. The rest of them cant even control their own brains & mouths🤢 permanent verbal diarrhea is common in the family when its time to spew rubbish about swara & her mom
