I don't know about the recent spoiler so I can't really comment on that. But I do want to talk about some things.
Although Laksh's actions at the wedding were insane, at the same time I can see why he though Swara ditched him. Contrary to popular believe, Swara RARELY ever said she loved him. It was ALWAYS Laksh professing her love for her and making her his first priority. For Swara, her first priority was always her family and Ragini. And I don't think he was too easily manipulated ( at least not initially). When Sanskaar-Ragini tried to sabotage SwarYa relationship by making Swara look crazy, Laksh stood by her. He refused to believe allegations and only listened to her. It was only after she "ditched" him and he saw a manipulated video that he finally turned. To me, it seemed like a human response.Even his rude behaviour to Swara (I must confess I haven't been watching the show religiously since Laksh-Ragini wedding so perhaps I could be wrong) makes sense to me. He's hurt. He feels betrayed by Swara. He wants to hate her and forget her. He wants her to feel the pain he feels. That's why he's acting like an ass to her. It makes sense imo.And finally, regarding your title, yes, Laksh is fickle minded at times and foolish. He definitely does not always think about the consequences of his decisions. Like it was his damn actions that resulted in a huge fight between the families (some video I think he revealed, can't remember the details). The whole him marrying Ragini was another example. He didn't consider the fact that he'd have to live with Ragini forever as a wife. That's why even Ragini is frustrated with him. Because he doesn't seem to realize what he's done. He still thinks of Ragini as a friend. On a similar vein, he's also fickle. He has problems making decisions and is often un-focused. But for me, those two things are exactly what make SwarYa work together.Swara adds focus and maturity to Laksh. She gets him to get his feet on the ground and stay on a single path. She balances out his fickle-mindedness. Similarly, she also looks more towards consequences than he does. She focuses more on future than he does. Again, balancing him out. And it's not just Laksh who benefits from the SwarYa relationship. Swara too benefits. Swara has the tendency of getting overwhelmed by things and panicking. She has the tendency to overthink. And that's where Laksh steps in, Laksh is able to make her relax and smile. Laksh is able to calm her down and regain her footing and confidence. As a team, SwarYa function together wonderfully (as was displayed in initial episodes to get Shekher-Shomi together). And finally, to add to your last point, honestly, I don't think she even needs time to get over Laksh. She never felt for him as deeply as he felt for her. Even right now, she's not willing to fight for him because she wants to preserve her family/ Ragini happiness. Again putting her family infront of Laksh. She herself said that she doesn't want Laksh back so her respecting Laksh or whatever doesn't even matter anymore because SwarYa most probably will not be end game LOL.
