Lovely post, you have brought out the essence of this pair so well. The song really fits them perfectly, too.

Another song which I keep thinking of as fitting SwaSan, is OP Nayyar saab & Shewan Rizvi saab's gem "Haath Aaya Hai Jab Se Tera Haath Mein". Wonderfully rendered by Rafi saab and Asha Ji. I am not very good at making english translations of Hindi lyrics 😕, sorry.

But some of these lines are so beautiful, they keep reminding me of this amazing couple...Just putting some of the lines of this amazing song here.

Hath aaya hai jab se teraa hath me
