It's morning. In maheshwari house everyone is sitting at the table having breakfast. Sanskar comes and sits.
"Bade papa aaj mein aapka office join karna chahta hoon." he says very briefly. Everyone looks at him shocked. "Kya hua? Mein sach bol raha hoon, no jokes." he says in a very serious way. They smile.
"Yeh to bohut hi acchi baat hai beta, lekin aaj mein tumhe tumhara kam btaunga, join kal se karna, theek hai?" DPM replies.
He nods.
Scene change. Gadodia house.
"Maa mein ja rahi hoon, okay bye." says Swara.
Shekhar looks at her "kaha ja rahi ho beta?"
"Baba wo music classes hai aaj"
"Ek kam karte hai mein bhi vahi se ja raha hoon, mein tumhe drop kardeta hoon" shekhar adds.
"Nahi baba, mein chali jayungi.." but before she could complete the sentence Shekhar took her out of the house and made her sit in the car. She smiles looking at his dad.
They are about to leave when he receives a call. "Hello sir, ji haan, kaha ? Okay sir." and disconnects the call.
"Kya hua Baba, kya kaha sir ne?" Swara asks a bit worried.
"Aaj ek important meeting hai, wo office se files le kar mujhe meeting ke liye jana hoga."
They reach the office. Shekhar comes out of the car "tum mera intezaar karo mein abhi files le kar aata hoon" he says to her.
Swara: okay baba
She is looking around when she notices a chaat stall. "Chaat? Bhuk bohut lagi hai, jab tak baba aate hai mein waha ja kar kha leti hoon" she says to herself. She gets out of the car and walks towards the stall.
DPM, Sanskar and Ram reaches the office. They are about to enter when Sanskar notices Swara. An idea comes up in his mind. "Mein abhi aaye aa papa, aap chaliye" he says, "kaha sanskar?" replies Ram, but Sanskar has already gone away.
Swara is eating the chaat at the stall, when Sanskar comes behind her and scares her. "Bhooot!"
She screams and let her plate fell on the ground. She notice Sanskar laughing. She gets angry. "Kya maazak hai yeh?"
Sanskar: darr gayi nah? I knew it, darrpok.
"Oye, mein kisi se nahi darrti, okay?" she says angrily.
He looks at her and after a pause says "okay, darr nahi lagta to raat ko milte hai 11pm. Wo purani factory ke paas, suna hai waha bhoot hote hai. Theek hai?"
Swara remains silente. After a while "Theek hai, raat ko milte hai" and goes away from him.
Meanwhile Shekhar comes with the file, but Swara is already sitting in the car. He drops her at her music classes and goes for the meeting. At the music classes Swara is lost in her thoughts. After 2 hours the teacher notices that Swara isn't following her.
"Swara, kaha khoyi hui ho?" a voice asks her.
"Hm?" replies Swara. And adds "kuch nahi, wo bas yuhin.." She lies to her" wo aaj thoda fever hai"
The madam allowes her to go home as she is not feeling well.
"Sorry bhagwan ji" she says in her heart.
She comes home and Shomi is shocked to see her there so early. "Tum to baad mein aane wali thi nah, to itni jaldi kese?"
"Wo sorry maa, i was not feeling well, so ghar aa gayi"
Shomi takes her inside worried. She takes some medecine to give her, but Swara refuses.
"Medecine kyun nahi leni?" asks Shomi.
Swara fears that her lie could come out so "maa wo zyada kuch nahi hai, theek ho jayungi, bas mein thodi rest karna chahti hoon."
Shomi comes out of the room and let her rest.
It was the first time she lied to her mom and was feeling very guilty. She is worried, she doesn't know what will happen at night. "Bhoot hote hai kya? Aree nahi impossible" talking to herself. She looks at the time (3 pm). "I should take some rest and sleep." She sleeps very deeply and without realising it is night. Shekhar comes home and asks about Swara. Dida says that she wasn't feeling well so she is sleeping in her room since afternoon.
A voice comes out of the room: shona? Uth ja, abhi time dekho. Raat hone ko aayi hai. Kitna soyegi? Abhi kesa feel ho raha hai?. It's Sharmishta.
She wakes up: looks at the time. "10 pm?" "Mujhe to 11 baje waha jana hai." "Maa apne uthaye aa kyun nahi?" she says coming out of her bed.
"Shona, afternoon se le kar ab ja kar uthi ho, kesa feel ho raha hai abhi?"
"Jee maa, abhi ek dum fine hoon, aur maa mujhe abhi jana hai"
"Kaha ? Tum theek nahi ho aur tum..
Swara: aree maa nahi i'm fine, meri friend ki b'day party hai so..
Shomi: swara pagal ho gayi? Nahi kahi nahi jayogi tum.
Swara with a cute expression : please maa, aaj ke liye phir i promise kabhi kisi party mein nahi jayungi. And goes to hug her.
"Rehne de, theek hai ja lekin sirf aa ke liye" Sharmishta says.
"Lekin baba aur dida?" asks a worried Swara. "Unko kya kahenge aap?". Swara knows that her baba wont allow her to go out at night, specially for a party, and Dida is also against it.
"Kuch na kuch bahana la dungi" says shomi to her.
Scene changes: Swara reaches the factory where Sanskar is already waiting for her. He is smiling.
Swara thinks why is he smiling.
Sanskar has something in his mind.
