Nk an abusive father or a good one - Page 2

In my honest opinion, NK is a horrible father. I understand Sandhya is to be blamed but as a parent myself, nobody could tell me my child isn't trying and me believing it blindly!!
This is what bothers me. Yes, Sandy influenced him but he obviously had those qualities that Sandy could use to her advantage.
To me he is a total failure!!
The fact that he blames Nirmala for Karan's issues pisses me off. He has no respect for anyone. Heck he doesn't respect Dadu.
He wants recognition and praise for things that he knows Dadu is against. What a moron, is what comes to mind.
Until I see something different, to me he is a failure as a son, a husband and a father!!!

👏after today's episode I couldn't have said better nami lov😆 he is a total ass🤬 and looser as a father son and husband 🤢

NK isn't a bad father, he just don't know anything about Karan and a few things he does know are misconceptions created by Sandy... from yesterday's episode its clear that he too is happy that Karan has started taking baby steps by participating in the competition finally just like all other family members but he also thinks like any other normal father that his son should look after his business. He's not wrong on his part but parents have to somehow compromise for their child's happiness.

I beg to differ. Until I see NK making an effort for Karan, I am going to stick to my point of view that he sucks as a father!!!

Every parent wants their kids to succeed but if one fails, you don't taunt them. You help them understand. This is what bothers me. So, where was he all these years??? Has he ever spoken to Karan nicely??

This is my issue...NK's actions don't jive with him being happy for his son. He doesn't encourage him but discourages him all the time.

Firstly, you don't compare kids and NK does that all the time. What bother's me is that the Chauhaan's let an outsider be in charge of their kids. It's not something I can get over easily!!

Family is everything and NK and Nirmala are equally responsible for the chaos that is their family!!!

agree completely nami even thaugh I don't have kids I saw few cases of child favouritism 😆 i have a friend who works for child protection agency and she agreed that this is a form of a child abuse favouring one child over another and can leave very deep psychological scars on a long term😡

Agreed Prasa!! What NK does is abuse Karan verbally and emotionally!!

A good parent doesn't abuse their kid!!

My nephew who was 4 at the time, saw me put some older kids in their place when they were being a bit rough around my son and nephew, both 4 at the time. He came to me and told me, his auntie, to come to school with him so I can take care of other kids who bother him.

This is what a child should feel. That they would be safe with their parents or loved one. Karan went to his Dad as a kid but NK pushed him away or taunted him or yelled at him. No hugs no calling him my son...that is not a father!!!

Sorry guys, I feel very strongly about this!!

me too yaar I have one of the best parents in the world who always supported us three siblings in all whatever we took on even now that we are married and moved on and always felt what ever mistakes we made we'll get over easily cause their constant support and emotional backup was there knew we can count on them and they are proud of us no matter what was the most beautiful thing our parents gave us😆 so I feel kids like Karan and feel sad for them and could never understand a parent doing things like these to their own flesh and blood much less a kid of another 🤢

I don't think he has a good heart either Raj...he is the same guy who defamed a woman!!!
