But I did not understand why Pandavas thought that by knowing the truth, Karna will be stripped off his royal title. Anga was a vassal kingdom of Hastinapur and Karna was a strong ruler ruling and protecting his kingdom from strong contending neighbour kingdoms like Magadha. I do not think so it will be a politically sound step for Hastinapur...atleast in my opinion. Maybe Mamashree Shakuni will try to sow the seed of distrust between the friends. But lets see what you have in mind 😳

Now lets see what will Karna say when Dury will tell him about his strategy to go for military conquests.

Episode 9:

Karna, now has a lot of dilemmas in his mind. He is indebted to Duryodhan, as Duryodhan supported him when everyone was against him, always considered him a true friend, whatever might have been his actual intentions. And Karna, can't be against Pandavas now, that he knows he is their elder brother. Karna, goes to visit Duryodhan & Shakuni. Duryodhan, tells Karna that he is going to be crowned as Yuvraj tomorroe morning and in few days, they will start their conquest to defeat various kings and he will need Karna's help for that. Karna, agrees to that demand. Duryodhan, notices some strange behaviour in Karna, but does not ask anything for now

Bhishma, now gets to know from Ved Vyasa, that the secret about Karna has been told to the Pandavas. He now thinks that the secret of Karna will be out soon. He organises for the rajya abhishek of Duryodhan & Yudhisthir to crown Duryodhan as the Yuvraj of Hastinapur and Yudhisthir as king of Khandavprastha, so that the Pandavas can leave

The Rajya abhishek happens the next day with Duryodhan being crowned as Yuvraj and Yudhisthir being crowned as the king of Khandavprastha. The Pandavas, get ready to leave for Khandavprastha. After the Rajya abhishek ends, Arjun asks if they can take Karna along with them, but Yudhisthir says that Karna is tied to his oaths and until he gets freed by Duryodhan, he can't join us. Yudhisthir, assures Arjun, that Karna will join them soon

Pandavas, reach Khandavprastha, where there is a huge forest where Takshak and a tribe of Nagas live. They take help of Lord Krishna, who invites Vishwakarma to build a huge city in the forest region. In the process of clearing the forest and building the city, Takshak arrives and Pandavas defeat him. Takshak, curses the Pandavas that he will come back later to avenge this insult. Khandavprastha area was cursed by Lord Indra as the city they built, resembled Indra's own city, the Pandavas name the city as Indraprastha

Meanwhile, Duryodhan starts his conquest alongwith Karna and they begin to defeat some kings to expand the Hastinapura territory

Episode 10:

Karna, after the conquests feels something missing inside him. The Pandavas, are now happy in Indraprastha and Karna decides to go to meet his younger brothers. Karna, reaches there and the Pandavas give him a grand welcome. Arjun, is very happy to see his elder brother Karna. Karna, tells the Pandavas, that he hasn't told the secret to Duryodhan and still helped Duryodhan in the best way possible

Not only Arjun, but even Karna was dying to meet and have a conversation with his favourite younger brother Arjun. The 2 brothers, now have a lengthy discussion about their lives and their education. Karna, tells Arjun about the divine weapons he learnt from Lord Parshuram and they discuss about the Brahmastra and many other such weapons too. Karna, challenges Arjun to a friendly battle where they will have to hit a impossible looking target to which Arjun happily agrees. Both of them are able to hit the targets they decide and it is not possible to find out who is better

Both brothers, are equally impressed by each others prowess. Arjun, has some questions still running in his mind. Karna, tells Arjun that he has got 3 curses - 1. He will forget about all the knowledge when he really needs it, 2. He will feel helpless in front of his greatest enemy and 3. His chariot will be trapped in earth in the time he needs it. Arjun is scared after knowing this and tells Karna - "Bhrata Karna, u should not worry about the curses. I will always be there to protect u when the curses will work. And I will save u from ur enemies"

Karna, tells Arjun that he always used to consider Arjun as his enemy, whereas his actual enemy was the Kshatriya clan which used to abuse him for his supposedly low caste birth and this is why he was rejected from many places and had to become a Brahmin to learn about the divine weapons from Lord Parshuram, after being rejected by Dronacharya. Also, Karna tells Arjun that when Duryodhan offered him "Angraj" crown, he could not refuse as it was the 1st time, someone gave him the respect he deserved. Arjun, could feel for Karna

Even Arjun says that he considered Karna as his enemy, whereas his actual enemy were Duryodhan & Shakuni. He saw how Duryodhan always used to bring Karna in front of him and turn all Kaurav v Pandav battles into Karna v Arjun battle and how Shakuni used to poison Duryodhan's mind. Karna, tells him that the actual enemy is Shakuni and he needs to be removed. Karna, tried telling this many times to Duryodhan, but he never listened

Meanwhile, the news that Karna is in Indraprastha, reaches Hastinapur
