Anyway.. I was looking forward to the Lucifer- baby-Kelly-Cass storyline more than the BMoL storyline and ended up liking the BMoL hour more..
Loved Jared, Jensen's acting... 👏 loved that both had many scenes to vent their emotions, and come through that amazing family hug scene at the end of the 1st hour.. 😃 the BMoL frankly didnt deserve this much focus on them, and i was relieved to see that all the main villains were quickly taken care of and put at rest.
Sam was amazing in that motivational speech, he gave to the American hunters, while Dean was more than amazing in the heart breaking scenes with his mom.. Mary well.. we knew all would be forgiven and everyone would come together..but i was sort of hoping, she was faking the brain-washing and wouldnt intentionally leave her sons trapped in the Bunker, but.. unfortunately, it wasnt so..
Lovely kick ass scenes of Jody-Alex.. loved that Jody was the one to put a bullet through Hess and Mary through Ketchs'... will miss David-Hadyn Jones though.. but it would have been pointless for any BMoL character to survive when their story-arc came to its logical conclusion though..
As for the 2nd hour.. it was cool to see Cass discover that 2nd earth sort of world... how cool was it to see Bobby again... ⭐️😃 Now hopefully, in the next season.. we get to see certain characters by way of this 2nd earth platform..
Lucifer crispy-fried Rowena to prevent her from shoving him back into the cage.. and makes his way straight to getting to meet his son.. while Mary, Sam and Dean make a trip to Kelly and Cass's picturesque hideout 🤓 the entire episode save for the last 10 minutes is interspersed with trips by the Team Free Will trip to the alternate world while Mary sits back with Kelly to prepare her for the impending birth..
Oh.. i forgot about Crowley... He surprisingly says that he is tired of being King of Hell and is willing to sacrifice himself for a spell to trap Lucifer into the alternate world..
The next part.. i found silly.. why in the world does Cass stab Lucifer in Earth 2 and comes back to Earth 1 and gets stabbed himself..?? there was a significant gap between the time, Cass was thrown away by Lucifer and him coming to Earth 2 to stab L when Crowley had already sacrificed himself... this part, i found was totally unnecessary and just done for the shock-value.. maybe to get people to start watching season 13 for whether Crowley, Cass and Rowena would make their appearence again..
And as for the Nephilim which was named Jack by Kelly, he gives a creepy evil smile at the end signalling whatever future Cass saw.. was entirely false.. (but of course, they have the entire next season to have the spot light on the next big bad..so that wasnt a surprise)
