Sandiab...I think Suhani said she's ready to wait for him all her life...I don't think she promised not to leave him. But now like you have mentioned...she knows Yuvraj is not just doing his duty...but also trying to get close to her, her happiness matters..from initial days of khadoos...she knows he's come a long way. Once he said that he despises coming home, go his room...but gradually he gre comfortable with her, opened up, looses his uptight behaviour and also stood by her quite a few times. He started liking her as a person, got used to her presence and now he is at a stage where her absence scares the hell out of him. After seeing the devil dadi n snaky Soumya...am sure they will do everything to separate Yuvani. Suhani's trust in Yuvraj n somu is unconditional...hate to think what'll happen when truth comes out.

She loves this man madly though even if the truth comes out she will love him madly and I think he will fight for her like anything because he looks like in all sorts of unrealized love with her , he actually is trying to use his brains and THINK through his feelings and to me he looks like he could have made love to her in tonight's episode but he didn't do it because he wants to make sure that freak Soumya and the sword she's got hanging on their backs esp his has been dealt with and they dont consummate under these murky circumstances...she will be shattered but she will also never forget the way he did slowly change with her and these attemps hes making wont leave her mind easily...they lived and slept in one bed together for all these months , that bond will grow stronger with any separation
