Suhana Symbolism today- New Year wishes!

I think CVs gave us a very symbolic scene today which clinches the YuvAni debate. It came when Dadi and Yuvraj were wishing each other a happy new year.

When Dadi said that may Yuvraj get everything he wishes for in 2015, Suhani walks in. At that exact moment. This obviously means that it is Suhani he wants and needs, and Suhani si ek ladki is what he will get. ❤️😳 That means, she is his new year gift.

Dadi's delusions- When Yuvraj says that the year didn't start off too well but has ended well, Yuvraj was looking at Suhani while Dadi was looking at Soumya 🤢. It obviously means Dadi thinks Soumya is the new year gift while Yuvraj thinks it's Suhani.

Well it fell short of being the solitary introspection we crave BUT it definitely revealed what he REALLY THINKS. He is happy, he is content and thinks things are getting better. For him, 2014 had it's ups and downs and what kept it from being a total downer was his little wifey, who came down the steps with an air of nonchalance and had no clue that he was thinking of her. Even his words hinted at her and he looked at her and smiled in the most content way...so placid. Soumya just came and ruined that scene though...she ruined a lot of nice moments today. It looked like Yuvraj wanted to be alone with Suhani when she walked up to him...he'd been searching for her and the bros teased him for it but you know who ruined it.

I agree there was a lot of symbolism in today's epi scattered through bits and pieces of certain sequences.. one specific scene I absolutely loved was the bit of banter between Yuvani on their importance in one another's lives.. there were several layers to their interaction it was so much more then Suhani's obsession with fried foods..

They teased one another Yuvraj's wholehearted acceptance of Suhani the way she is.. his understanding of her personality yet that yearning to be the most important in her life.. when the family mentioned his importance in her eyes he was neither awkward nor embarrassed there was a slight smile and eager acceptance.. Suhani replacing the food back on the platter symbolizes the fact that she will continue to stand by him forsaking all else when the time comes.. irrespective of the circumstances as long as she can see that he cares.. I loved how Yuvraj closed the distance between him and Suhani to portray he will not mind if she gives into her cravings emphasizing the fact that the past may create distances between the two.. yet he will continue to mend her heart until she accepts his affections.. Soumya's according to me is the catalyst that will force them to face their growing feelings for one another.. her attempt to create differences will only evoke stronger emotions and a need to fight for their love as a team..!!

Another thing was they only had eyes for one another beautifully portrayed it was as if no one else was present..!!

That was a very beautiful scene especially the way it was done. Both of them coming from either side and the 1 he saw being suhani and if u think about it she was the 1 he had seen 1st in the very beginning bt hadn't know it than. And as he is talking about the year he is mesmerized by her and says it ended of well which was so beautiful he is really happy with life which dadi and all her goons dnt get. More so the colours they choose for the girls souyma in white and suhani in black was also very symbolic as well. I actually loved that scene whilst dadi was there and even after when they both spoke to him they where like the love twins after him lol.

I even loved the way they were positioned in that sequence that was symbolic in itself.. Yuvraj was facing Suhani his future the women that taught him how to live freely.. to enjoy himself and the true meaning of love.. Soumya his past was behind him.. attempting to catch up to what was never hers to begin with and will eventually have to face defeat.. at the hands of destiny..because Yuvraj has most definitely moved on..lol

And as expected the obstacle Dadi was in the middle along with the misunderstandings of the past being brought to the forefront with Soumya's misconceptions of what love is.. let;s see how the two overcome these hurdles..!!

Binny I loved all your points and ya his back was turned away from his past bt he was facing his future. And the real obstacle and the real woman who is important to him was there in the middle dadi

loved yuvi wen he said that that too wid the sweetest peaceful n happy smile...even wen anuj n saurabh teased him he had the cutest half smile

Yes, it seems like Yuvraj thought that the light ahead was actually an incoming truck, while it was actually a Mercedes. 😆😆 He was looking at her with contentment, you are right. He has accepted Suhani and is looking forward to a life with her. Of course, Somu and Dadi have to be up to something, right?

@your other post- You are right about the Samosa Symbolism, too! Who could have thought samosas could be used so poignantly? 😆😆 It showed that Yuvi is numero uno for Suhani, and she is willing to go to any length for him. Just wish Yuvraj is also shown the same way.

Yeah, the positioning of the two women was vital too- Soumya was rushing at Yuvraj from behind while Yuvraj was looking at Suhani who was gliding to him from the front. 😳

Dadi annoys me a lot. She is a very bigoted woman, how can she not notice Yuvraj's disinterest in Soumya now?

Remember the way Soumya said that she is in Yuvraj's favourite colour? Well, I thought, that has changed Somu darling. She has become too oblivious to reality in her delusions. I think it's impossible for her to accept thay Yuvi loves Suhani and not her.
