Suhani was sitting in a room and silently crying she stood up and went to her wedding picture and touched it gently and then took it from its stand and smiled holding it to her chest. She closed her eyes and couldn't help but relive each moment that she had spent in this house with him. She walked around as she done on the 1st day remembering the 1st time he had brought her to see the house she had been just about to utter that she loved it when he said that he knew it was a little small. But after their marriage he would get something bigger as soon as he could afford it but for now he just wanted them to have something that they could call their own. She smiled at him sadly totally understanding and looked into his eyes and told him I am not her and turned and said this is perfect I love it and if I ever thought of how I wanted my home to be this would be how it looked. She was in their bedroom and turned as she felt his hand on her shoulder they smiled at each another and he lead her to their bed and put his head on her nap like he always did and she caressed his hair. She asked him what am I gona do without u, u left me but at least I had this house and our memories and now I wouldn't have even that. He got up of her lap and looked at her and then placed his hand on her heart and said I am always with wherever u go, Suhani smiled at him and placed her heart on top of his.
He smiled back and said u know what I love the most about u and she said my beautiful face and he smiled and said off course but what I love is that u always do the right thing. U need to go back home and be with your family and my family as well they will look after u, Suhani got up and went to the window and said no one can take better care of me than u. He came and hugged her from behind and she closed her eyes and leaned back into him and said when I had lost everything before u came into my life and gave me a new beginning. Yuvraj had broke my heart but souyma had shredded it into pieces with her lies about me and u being together. I had lost trust in every one from my family to them but u helped me to become the person I was before again but this time though I dnt have any hope and he stopped her and turned her around and told her she does have hope. Just then she felt some1 tagging at her hand saying Ma and she looked down and saw her hope, Ada her beautiful 4 year old baby girl and she smiled down at her and then looked at him and smiled. She took her in her arms and carried her and kissed her and said she was sorry she took so long and Ada smiled and kissed her and said it was ok baby and they both smiled and kissed each another. Ada than said lets go now ma, dadi and dada must be waiting for us and Suhani smiled seeing her excitement and said ok and got the frame and went with her. But at the door she stopped and turned back he was leaning against the door frame and smiling at her and just like any other day he kissed her on the forehead, she smile and then throw him a kiss and said I Iove u Krishna.
At the exact same time Yuvraj wakeup screaming Suhani's name he looked around disorientated looking for her and then realization hit him and closed his eyes and he put his head in his hands and said same dream as always. He said out loud I hate this, it's been 5 years now why does she still affect me like this I hate her she moved on without me, she had the perfect life without me so why is she still with me why can't she just leave me alone. He got up in disgust from bed and went to get a glass of water but then stopped and went to his secret place in his wardrobe and got the bottle of brandy that he had hid there so that his mom and sharad wouldn't find it. He got a glass and filled it up and went to his window and looked out sadly as always he had the best of everything he lived in the most beautiful apartment in New York, he had the most amazing view. But unlike before when he was proud of those things he didn't care now none of these things mattered to him coz he could never get the things he really wanted happiness, love eluded him and was never in his reach.
His thoughts went back to the dream he had it was a dream about the last time he had an actual conversation with her she was so angry, so cold and so detached and so unlike the girl he had known who tried to smile even in her toughest moment. He would never forget the way she had told him to leave her he could clearly see the pain he had caused in her eyes and in her words and for months after that conversation he had felt haunted by the look she had given him but didn't know why. He remembered how he had almost begged her to come back to him saying they were still married and that he had brought the divorce papers that she had sent and he hadn't signed them and that he wouldn't coz they should give their relationship a chance. He remembered her asking what relationship he was talking about they had no relationship all they had was distrust between them and lies and hurt. The Suhani he knew would have listened to him but this 1 was a stranger to him and he didn't know how to handle her. And in that moment he was scared of losing something he didn't know that he could lose and so he tried to be calm hoping that she would see reason but she took the papers from his hands and told him to sign it. I want my freedom I don't want to be tied to u or to anyone else that is close to u, I want u gone from my life forever.
He had signed the papers thinking she just needed time to deal with everything and had told her that him signing those papers meant nothing and that as soon as she dealt with everything he would be waiting for her. But a few months later he had been shocked when he had heard she was going to get married again he had rushed to delhi hoping to stop the wedding but had gotten the shock of his life as he saw who she was getting married to, Krishna his worse enemy. He couldn't believe that out of all the people in the world she had chosen to marry him but what killed him the most was the way she looked at him. He had never realized why her coldness affected him before until that moment she looked at Krishna the way she should look at him with utter adoration and devotion. Her words of love had stabbed him in his heart and he felt like he was suffocating as he watched her touch him and hug him he wanted to grab her away from him but didn't. He wanted to scream for her to stop but knew for her to come back to him she had to stop herself and so waited thinking she wouldn't really do it. And he sat there unnoticed and waited for her but she never came to him, she never looked at him not once and he had never felt as invisible as he did in that moment. As he saw them perform their last pheras he touched his face and was shocked to find that it was wet from tears and then he looked at her and he was consumed with hate for simply her. He wiped his tears than and got up and left with the only words in his heart was cheater.
