feedback from someone who uses it for around 2-3 hours a day.

1. given that the usp of this forum is discussing television serials, it doesn't seem to make sense to do anything that takes away from that focus.

there are enough forum (fora?) out there for Bollywood poop. can't figure out why we want to share that space, when we can have all of the tele-vision space.

2. liked having icons for channels and having the entire list of shows fill a screen once we click on the icon.

but it is extremely distracting to show a list of five (designated "top five"? by what criteria? whose choice? basically, why bother??!). stick with simple and not put a ilst of shows. it's easier to figure out functionality without such kind of distraction, donchya think?

3. haven't really explored the new discussion format. but one thing immediately stood out as missing:

"last 10 topics where i'd participated and where members had replied after me"

i visit only one site -- which is extremely active! the above feature was one way that i could find my own posts! 😆 please bring it back!!!

4. it's difficult enough to get enough content on the screen at one shot. there is way too much wastage of space in the present screens of the discussion format. tonnes of blue space wasted on the sides. tonnes of ads (which is inevitable, i suppose. but so much more boring compared to the earlier format).

5. totally detest the little black icon which are the quick links into videos, etc, on the right hand side.

basically, discussion of television shows is how this site started, and how this site won mind-share in the internet space.

i think it's rather ... um ... silly? to do anything to take away from that, no? i'm all for embracing change (even though i hate it personally - but then who doesn't right? 😆). but it'd be nice if the change was focussed on value-added without value-reduction.

just my (ya, i know, very loud) two bits.

The only good thing is the logo. Otherwise this format does not look/feel/work right in any way - not one single way. It is not at all user friendly.

Half the space on the screen is wasted. Its like we have to test our eyesight to find things around. It does not look appealing; I don't feel like coming to the IF anymore.

please change it back to the old format.. this is too confusing...😭

oh, and ha. can we please have the rofl emoticon and the day-dreaming emoticons back??

we do a lot of that at the kis-desh-mei-hain... forum and we are missing it desperately! 😆

i dont like it its annoying iv tried it but there are so mnay things that i cant find now. where is the link to pakistani serials ect

i think u need 2 increase da print size ... its 2 tiny !!!!! everyone's gonna end up wit en eye strain !!!! i was on da forum for like an hour n had a spilting head ache !!!!!!! plz modify da format .... otherwise everyone cuming on da forum wud end up wit glasses !!!!!!
