But you have not answered my question at all... 😕 honey they wont ...so let me answer this on my own way with the experiene we had with some dev team member recently....
What im asking is not very difficult at all. Looking like my going to have to break this down for everyone
1. If a normal IF member see a post made by a Dev team member ...which is against the if rules. How does one complain about it and to whom?
if u dare to complain u will be banned....how dare u to complain u a normal IF MEMBER.....
2. If a normal IF member see a group of members favoured by a dev team member who get away with braking the codes of coducted set out by Dev team... so if we see we will be on PM spree to all DEV TEAM MEMBERS and some say comeon leave it,some wont respond,and some members asks us to explain why we think they r wrong....,,it wont be wrong if some dev team member makes innocent people names on sticky posts becausce some her friends or adies think some members went to press.......they wont see the bashing spree of certain members wrong but they will make the innocent members name sticky as they think r some one think they had went to press....and if we ask thet particular dev member she will make funny rudely comment ,,,,disgusting....very very disgusting .........and even this particular dev team member dint even give the scope to the members to clear the things closed the topic with noi comments and made sticky .....i ask all the dev team members is it justice ....why r u people like that.......we want some rules to be followed as normal IF members r crushed like anything........
How does one complain about it and to whom?

3. Does the Dev team have a group of Dev team members who are looking just complaints regarding dev team members? If so names and document should be made available.
kat u still think they have such document they wont.....as they have to so favour to some again making some innocent members name on sticky posts if anyartile about IF comes.....see some want some sapegoats to proove themselves as innocnet.
4. PM when not responded to it can feel dishearting to members... we all are human and can not get round to looking into each and every pm me recieve...But a simple ...hi thanks for your pm i will get back to you is not difficult. 😕 hopfully prejudices will not arise.
u know responding to all pms means their dignity will go to drains so less response to pms means their level of dignity is that much high.
Naina knows i get my share of PM regarding assistance in matter like how to create topic and where can i find this on the Kaa section.. and many senior members assist where possib
btw... since you are expanding this is a good time for you all to review your process.... hence this post! want yo highlight a concern.... 😛
