2. If a normal IF member see a group of members favoured by a dev team member who get away with braking the codes of coducted set out by Dev team... so if we see we will be on PM spree to all DEV TEAM MEMBERS and some say comeon leave it,some wont respond,and some members asks us to explain why we think they r wrong....,,it wont be wrong if some dev team member makes innocent people names on sticky posts becausce some her friends or adies think some members went to press.......they wont see the bashing spree of certain members wrong but they will make the innocent members name sticky as they think r some one think they had went to press....and if we ask thet particular dev member she will make funny rudely comment ,,,,disgusting....very very disgusting .........and even this particular dev team member dint even give the scope to the members to clear the things closed the topic with noi comments and made sticky .....i ask all the dev team members is it justice ....why r u people like that.......we want some rules to be followed as normal IF members r crushed like anything........
I thought that problem was solved. Everyone was happy and team apologized to everyone for bringing in that matter in the KAA forum (if thats is what u are talking about.....if it is about another forum, do let me know and i can talk abt it)

really so the particular devteam member apolozied to everyone and what about the thing she made my name a mocakery quotung who ever it is.... ok let it be

and what about the insults she made in pms ...as soon as she made my anme and kat name sticky i pm her and asked why is she dragging us and that particular dev member replied with funny signs who r u.....then i pm her i am the person whom u made the name stiky and she tells where did i drag u....what is this the behaviour a GM have to behave with an ordinary IF member who is not involved in this matter ,,,yes it hurt me and like culprits she made our names on sticky for whole weekend what playing dirty games to please some members,,,and then saying aplogy agter some days....what type of rules is this please DEV team explain me......please show us the proof and then u can made the names sticky,but a coolbie posts the topic that too copied from anather forum where some thaught we may have send to the press and this dev member will make that sticky.....cant that dev member pm us and ask what the real thung is cant nope that member is busy in insulting us ......i never known that member but with this post and her comments in pms relly fell so low . and u people tell that case was sloved what did we wrote that dev team apology was accepted nope ...i dint wrote that ......and the particular members of the otherforum also pm her telling me and kat have nothing to do but hwr reply "i dont care".

is this a way a dev team member behave with the innoicnet people yes with that attitude we were like sapegoats on sticky posts for 2 to 3 days and after that u people write apology note what type of dirty rules r these .....explain us please.......

kat u still think they have such document they wont.....as they have to so favour to some again making some innocent members name on sticky posts if anyartile about IF comes.....see some want some sapegoats to proove themselves as innocnet. Again as i said, the matter was closed long time back. KAA members were said sorry to for bring it in the forum and the involved members were said sorry too and they accepted the apology too.

really ......yes they did but how much they accepted u must have opened that post for comments then u all dev team might know ,,,,but dev team dint dso that why they know as we will show their faults....so wrote apology on the post then thaught urselves that we all r happy and accepted the apology...good go on like this......

*sigh* poor gm's - i agree with there answers...😳

You can PM a GM with the link of that post, it will be attended as soon as they can.

Do the same as above, first let us know what is it..come to the point directly then we know it more clearly what we can do and what we are talking about.

No we dont have. For example, Indian Idol section complaints/suggestions/comments will be looked after by that sections dev team.

We have almost in all sections where you can leave your comments.

4. PM when not responded to it can feel dishearting to members... we all are human and can not get round to looking into each and every pm me recieve...But a simple ...hi thanks for your pm i will get back to you is not difficult. 😕 hopfully prejudices will not arise.

I reply to all my Pms asking for help so thats what i can say for this .

Naina knows i get my share of PM regarding assistance in matter like how to create topic and where can i find this on the Kaa section.. and many senior members assist where possible..

btw... since you are expanding this is a good time for you all to review your process.... hence this post! want yo highlight a concern.... 😛
