Fine I'll reply to all your query in a single post. Yes what you say is true. A warning to all the members, a notice to them could have been given. But that was not given. Upto a point I agree maybe that was wrong too. But the fact is the Dev Team had also reached the saturation point.

Last many weeks even the Dev Team has been discussing this. What to do with the section. And the final decision by all was to archive it. So we went for it immediately. Reason, maybe we too wanted to be over with it.

Come now... even we are humans. We too have our own life. IF is not everything for all. The Dev team members who were helping out there were so stressed out that none maybe thought about it. The only thing maybe then came to everyones mind was lets get over with it. Thats a fact. Just for locking the forum and causing trauma to the good members you are asking for appology from the Dev team, well what about the trauma the Dev team of KYPH faced in these last few months!!! Any appology to them? Don't they deserve it too?? Why such a biased conditions being made??

Still if you feel we need to send appology just send me a PM with the ID's of all the good members. I will go by your choice and send them all PM's explaning the whole issue. And ask them their view point too in the matter. Already many are in contact with me and we are going through a dialogue process. Rest also I have no problem in sending out PM's and have dialogue. Hope thats okay with you all.

Here's the deal. The KYPH fourm wasnt an active forum. Its was an active chat club, bash forum, and fan club. There's only one topic open to discussion about AK, and it only has three comments. While separate topics about Iqbal and Neha, and besh threads go up to its 50th page.

MODS tried their best. They cant be around 24/7 you know. They have lives too. They gave us warnign after warning. IF we wanted to really stop the bashing, we would have donw so after our final warnig in Jan, but we didnt. Some like me left, other could it as an advantage and became a part of the bashing, most fo the ppl remained silent, and a few still tried to keep the KYPH part of the forum alive.

Its all our fault. One group started it, then stop, then another group started. And the rest of the memebrs didnt do anythign about it. The bashers opened a bash thread instead of fight, or laughing, we could have opened 3 discussion topics to overshadow the bash post, bu we didnt. If every1 here is so passionate about the forum why didnt you try harder when you had the chance?

Blame yourselve, not the MODS, they did more than enough.

My MSG to the MODS, as you can see amny memebrs are really upset about this. As a final plead, if we can get the Iqbal extremists and Neha extremists to come together and declare that they wont bash, can we get the forum back? Just one chance...if even one rude comment is made, close the forum and there will be no further discussions, but just one final chance for hte sake of the innocent members. I promise, I'll bring the two sides together,I'll make them promise. But just one chance not for me, I dont deserve it, but for the memebers liek Yeah, Ana, Cheri and many more who tried to keep the forum alive. We owe it to them.

If you guys are sick of the fourm,whihc is understandable, then appoint new MODS, im sure there are un-biased memeber in the KYPH forum who will volunteer themselves.

Here are a few suggestions:

1. Either get members who are unbiased to be appointed as Mods (As mentioned by Karishma). But, the prob for this you will need a lot of Mods!

OR

2. Create two sections Kyph 1 - (Iqbal) & Kyph 2 - (Neha) if any member from Iqbal side ventures into Neha group, then it's an outright ban for them, and same is the case w/ Neha side. No exceptions.

OR

3. Wait till Iqbal's new show comes out, once the show is on air most Iqbal-ians won't visit the section!

I loved the old kyph forum... that forum feel our own forum/home...the new one i don't like at all but still better than nothing... i hope somehow old kyph re-opens... i can't live without kyph....plzzzzzzzzz guys open it back...that's a requst... OLD KYPH FORUM ROCKEDDDDDDDDDDDDD

I didn't start a blame game, please stop accusing me of this or "blaming" me or blaming me for playing the blame game. WhooooA cuz im not, if you hadn't noticed i was actually really calm/considerate and appropriate... but when you are ignored over and over again what would you do thaakur saab.? clearly being sensible and reasonable wasn't getting your attention...so i did something to get your attention... it worked but not the kind of attention i was hoping for... right away buttercup comes in and tells me that i have no right to be doing this(that was the bottom line of her spiel) and then you come and start blaming me for blaming the DEV team, ignoring the under lieing issue. wow. im sorry it feels that way to u that im blaming the DEV team im not. Its the bashers actually that i blame and if u read my posts ud realize it.The only Mod willing to listen is Minnie, and you guys and your huge egos are too much for me.

So you want me to look through the forum and find all the good members, heres an idea, whoever made the mistake should fix it. Why am i supposed to go around finding members who are good... you guys are the ones who wronged them and im suppose to sit here for hours making a list of them? When its supposed to be the ones who made the mistake... Ok i understand it was stressful ive made that clear but still yaar... its a harsh harsh thing to do. and it doesn't look like anyones a bit remorseful or cares. Yea i want to forget everything that has happened and MOVE ON... what is done is done!... so lets stop bickering stop agreeing and mods its okay im lettting this go, i will still try and get KYPH back but im letting go of the fact that you too made mistakes just like the rest of us... i should of tried to stop the bashing earlier before letting it get so far, i apologize for ignoring the KYPH forum i didn't not appreciate it and took it for granted and realized that when it was taken away... Anywho lets start a fresh... a new beginning when you are ready to give us a second chance, we'll be waiting.

Crosby dear, you just said that you had been ignoring the section, took it for granted. Getting sarcastic in some posts is of no use, really.

And many more members did the same - took the section for granted and ignored all warnings and requests. The section would have never got archived if members would have listened. And at the end of the day, we are human beings aswell.

The section can't be re-opened when members tell us they'll change when the section gets re-opened, but at the same time post sarcastic comments, attack members, the Dev.Team and actors.

Crosby we are ready to listen to you all. From the very begining we are saying give us a guarantee that all will not be repeated and we will open the section... but none is listening to that. You saw what happened in the other topic. If they can't stop for even one day and start again how do you expect them to change if we open the section now.

Please don't be sarcastic to the Dev Team of the section. Please don't blame Butter for everything. She is already stressed out. She with others have worked really hard to control it. If you all start finding faults with their working now, will it help in any way to solve the issue? NO!! I took help of some of these very good members to make the bashers realise their mistakes and see if they can be changed. But sorry to say crossby they are not ready to listen to it. So what do we do here? The guarantee, the assurance all these need to come from them not good members like you all.

You know what crosby.... I wish if only you had fought the same way with them when they went on bashing rampage in the section. Then maybe this day would not have come. How about doing that now. Some are already helping me in this why don't you too join us.

I'll wait for your PM. And I promise I WILL talk to those members. They deserve an explanation from us and I am ready to do it.
