Hibernation mode really? - Page 2

Agree with the wahiyat part. Website is not at all user friendly.

How you are activating your account?

If you are trying to activate directly through settings, after login, it won't work.

When you log in, you must be seeing a yellow box at the top with "re-activate your account" written in Red ( if you can't see that box, switch to desktop mode, you will see it clearly)

Click on 'red' "re-activate your account" part, it will direct you to the settings, there update the 'active' status. And then, log out and log in again.

You will again be active.

This reminds me of a Twitter feature where after 1 month account stops working

This happened to me in 2020. I had to come back as an MID but I finally figured out how to get my old account back when I suddenly remembered my password.

Anyway, I don’t know the solution to your problem?
