Hibernation mode really?

I am moodyblue on off member of bwf. I hibernated more than 10 days ago and now i cannot login into my account. Wahiyat website. I also tried to activate my account but i was logged out. 😔

Click that yellow line on top of the website after logging in. Don't click on your profile. Keep clicking the yellow line until you see the option to reactivate your account. Press the button. It will turn red. Then save that setting. Green means hibernation. Red means hibernation is off.

Mai expert ho gaya hu isme

Apko settings mein nahi jana hai agar chrome mein open Kiya hai to desktop mode hoga usko on karke login Karo

Login karne ke baad header pe ek option ayega ki reactive your account usko click karoge to Hibernation wala page pe le jayega

Fir usko hibernate to activate karke ok kar do

Account open ho jayega

How you are activating your account?

If you are trying to activate directly through settings, after login, it won't work.

When you log in, you must be seeing a yellow box at the top with "re-activate your account" written in Red ( if you can't see that box, switch to desktop mode, you will see it clearly)

Click on 'red' "re-activate your account" part, it will direct you to the settings, there update the 'active' status. And then, log out and log in again.

You will again be active.
