Are "replied in your topic" notifications working as intended?

HalleNJ quoted me in my topic 8 hours ago and also replied to iluvusakshi in my topic 7 hours ago. iluvusakshi replied to HalleNJ 5 hours ago. HalleNJ replied to iluvusakshi 2 hours ago. iluvusakshi replied to HalleNJ 15 minutes ago. I got notifications that "HalleNJ quoted your post" 8 hours ago, and "iluvusakshi, HalleNJ replied in your topic" 8 hours ago, and "iluvusakshi replied in your topic" 15 minutes ago.

I understand that it's convenient to get just one notification that my topic was active some hours ago, and one notification that it was active a few minutes ago. However, if I'm told "8 hours ago," I may not realize that the latest reply was 2 hours ago. If I had clicked the notification 6 hours ago (and read the posts from 8 hours and 7 hours ago), would the same notification be marked unread again as soon as replies were added 5 hours ago and 2 hours ago, but still time-stamped as "8 hours ago?"

At my end it is working fine. Anyone else also facing similar issues.

Quotes also sends email notifications.

In the current system we have Post Quick Jump but it just shows 2 tab.

Topic Creators and My Posts in the current Topic. Instead of this we want to make it like Who Posted in This Topic.

Basically it provides the whole list of users who have participated along with their post count.

On clicking the Number of posts it would show all the post links and I can easily jump to that user's particular post instead of scrolling through multiple pages.

UPDATE:

This feature is LIVE. We have updated the Post Quick Jump. Now instead of Topic Starter we have a button which first lists Users who have posted on that topic and when you click on them you can see all the times the selected user have posted and you can jump directly to that post. Please let us know what you think about it.

Great improvement I must say .

The idea of reaching a particular member's post in the thread makes things so much easier . .. (makes DT's job also easier🤣).

Loving all the improvements dear Vijay

I like this feature. I am not sure why, but the other day, I was looking for someone in a thread and like you said, I had to go through 20 or 30 pages to find that member.

Thank you for the feature.👏

Cheers..
