Yes...its true...For now..ppl having Invalid UN only can make changes in their UN ..Mine have 3 dots in the start and end...it is invalid and so i am allowed to change it now....

But am wondering whether they will continue to apply "one year limit rule to change UNs or will make changes in that rule from here on...So was just asking ...lets see what vijay sir will say..
