How do I rename a hyperlink?

I wanted to know how to rename a hyperlink while sending it out to people or as for that matter adding it to a post.

For example if my link is http://www.india-forums.com/new_topic_form.asp?FID=10 I can add the [URL] tag and make it workable. But then I wish to change it to the-name-I-gave-to-my-post.
How to make that happen??

You have to use this code without any spaces:

Where it says "My Link" you enter the name you want the link to display.
