I have found both MullahAkbar and Hellraiser hilarious many times so have others because not all of us have the same tolerance level when it comes to humor. And there is nothing wrong with finding trolls funny if they are indeed funny, there is something called dark humor after all. However, that does not mean any of us support privacy violations, picture stealing/posting etc.

Since I have indeed had fun in some of hellraiser's topics and found him funny many times, what I say from here on might sound extremely contradictory but I DO support this cause. I have been a victim of vicious attack by many MIDs last year. My pictures were posted as well, I was called all sorts of nasty names on the forum. I believe it lasted for at least 4-5 days. Why just me? Even Desigal90 and Ramborajkumar (pretty sure) have had their pictures posted if memory serves me right. Therefore, undoubtedly, I can sympathize with whoever is on the receiving end right now even if that person is someone I dislike. I also agree with the OP's suggestion, posts from newbies should go through moderator approval before they show up on the forum for all to see. This is actually a great idea and would nip all of the harassment in the bud. I have heard of such forums where this screening method is followed. Suffice it to say, they don't suffer from privacy violation of members by newbies. The moderators may have to use extra time/effort to carry this out but in the end, it reduces their work load and it keeps the forum clean as well.

Lastly, let me use this opportunity to reiterate - please do not allow newbies to send PMs/scraps/testimonials to people not in their friends' list. They have no business PMing anyone but the moderators to begin with. Also, why are members still allowed to scrap you even when you block them? We cried hoarse saying this last year but nothing was done. The only thing that was done last year was newbies' posting privileges were reduced and they weren't allowed to send links. Clearly though, that isn't enough. Many people on Bollywood section still receive hate PMs whenever Aishwarya or Bacchan family is criticized. Those hate PMs are highly unpleasant to read. Why this is still going on for the last 6-7 years is mind boggling to say the least.

Firstly talking about moderators checking first ten posts of newbies, yes moderators keep an eye on newbies post. In case the ID is made to advertise is banned directly and the one's made for bashing or attacking is gone through IP check . But sadly even checking through posts doesn't help us find MIDs because most of the MIDs are operated through proxy sites.In case the first 10 posts need to be approved by a moderator the newbies will not be able to participate in any discussion as moderators may not be able to approve the post as soon as it's made .

Coming to second part , Newbies have limit of posts PM is the only way of communication for them . Even they have a PM limit . I feel it's better to reduce the PMing limit rather than taking the rights away.
