i joined IF in 2007 , the period from 2007-2010 was good after that 🤢

I joined IPK forum just because of Barun, I watched his previous shows too. the only reason I had to join that forum was to support him with his new show . everything was going fine just until people started bashing him for no reason. and kids joined forum . yes there are bunch of 8 years old who lie to IF and hide their age . they turned the forum into mess along with other members who think they barun's biggest fan . (actually they are not ) there were so many unnecessary fights on the forum .just some immature kids having their social life on IF

they say it takes two hands to clap, Barun was bashed at the beginning and his genuine fans always responded in mature way .we never disclosed his personal information in BHPH forum.

as he always wanted to keep it personal. but when ipk started people stalked his wife disclosed her name family information and pictures. and they still consider themselves his fans when they not and always wanting Sanaya and Barun to be a couple in real life . I mean Really ? they are just co workers they are already committed to someone else leave them alone ,

and MOD of that forum created a misunderstanding between me and other member, i don't want to write it here it might offense her .

thank god I quitted that forum long time ago.

i suggest they close that forum cant take it any longer

I don't mind sane fans, its the ones who can't take criticisms against Barun and retort to personal attacks, that bothers me.

You're right about the forum being flooded with kids who fake their age...their posts reflect their maturity rather well.

@bold - couldn't have said it better. I don't understand why the forum is open when the show is long over and the actors have moved on to other projects.

When I returned as Omnipotence back in late October, I was amazed to see how a friend of mine, Zee-News was being cyber bullied. A false assurance was provided to her each time she tried to draw Dev team's attention, which quite frankly is still the case.

One day, I finally decided to make a topic on that forum and this is how the fangirls pounced at me. Is this civilised? Funny how such threads are never passed on to Vijay but only the ones where some XYZ celeb name is being misspelled.

I had gone through ur post...At that time Ipk forum was a terrible zone...Bashing name calling were everywhere when someone don't agree with ur views...I will never forget how Gul the producer of the show got bashed name called just because her show's hero was planning for a quit to fulfill his dreams...That conspiracy theories still scare me...

Bold - Really now? These are the fans who stalk other members CCs to this day and abuse the report button for no reason. They are also known to stalk other forums such as QH, Madhubala, and ChhanChhan now ( they are not Sanaya fans). They also stalk Bollywood forum and had stalked the Viraf Patel Fan Club. They would go on simply to put down other actors to bring up their favourite actor. I am a regular on a few forums and can attest to the fact that they only came into spread their own brand of negativity because I knew they were not regular members.

Red - The term "Soaptea" was coined much after members had started calling Viraf as "Giraffe" which happened the minute news broke out of him joining the show. He referred to himself as Giraffe only after people harassed him on Twitter for no reason and called him such names so he named himself that in jest. He is a man who can handle such negativity towards him because he knows he is a celebrity and being a celebrity entails these things. I know all this because I had been following his twitter for the past 3 years.

Blue - I won't say much here but these "seniors" are the pack leaders. They are the ones who spread false rumours about "Sanaya quitting," "Gul treating Barun badly" or "Barun and Sanaya are in a relationship" etc. etc. etc. and just leading other people astray through their conspiracy theories. It is these same "seniors" who engaged in more name calling, cussing, and cyber bullying than anyone else.

If someone name calls or criticizes my favourite celebrity I could care less because I know that everyone has a right to their opinion. However, calling Barun "Soaptea" or just generally criticizing him is nothing compared to the harassment these members received, for example, these members were wished death upon as well as their family members, their dead family was made fun of and if these members are mothers their children were made fun of, on top of that members sexual orientation and sexuality was questioned, these fans also passed sexist and ageist comments. Members were cussed at and were in general made derogatory remarks at. Compare this list to the short list of calling a celebrity by a harmless name.
