I lost my faith in this promotion business the day I saw a very lovely forum getting ruined by negativity because of lack of a DT to control and discipline the 'rotten apples' from spoiling the atmosphere of the entire forum. In the 14 months of that show, the forum was without a DT (not even a CM) for 6-7 months, almost half of it's run. This was despite the members begging for a DT to save any future deterioration and increasing bitterness of members against each other.

I have myself seen members never seen in the forums getting promoted to the DT positions more than just once so I have to agree on that fact. I have nothing against the people being promoted but seeing deserving people lose out does make me question the criteria and the basis.

On a personal level, it's stopped bothering me but seeing the people sad and hurt when their hardwork isn't recognised upsets me and it's only for their sake that I even bothered posting here otherwise I would've liked to stay away from all this like I have till now.

I have nothing at all against members currently a part of the higher DT. In fact I think it consists of a lot of hardworking, fair and genuine people who I admire and respect to no end but yes, I cannot negate the fact that a lot of deserving people are left behind. The fault isn't with the people recruited but with the recruiting system itself which thinks that it is okay to leave sections DTless or give too many sections to the same set of people. Talking from experience in the forum I mentioned above, even for the most peaceful and less-active sections, their own DT is a MUST.

I admire how everyone is willing to fight for justice and fairness but can be honest here? I think it isn't worth it. This is just a website after all, not the end of the world. But of course, if it really means a lot to you guys, you're free go ahead but please do not involve the celebs. They have their lives and they needn't be a part of this. Firstly, I don't think they'll even agree and even if they do, I don't think it's a good idea. Just saying.

@ Supriya: I still haven't received the answers I'm looking for, however, what you're doing is something that is taking this to a level way beyond the one many of us had ever planned. I don't know about the others, but this is where I draw my line. I hope you get what you're looking for and I finally receive the answers I'm looking for, but what you're doing is way beyond me.

@ BlackBeauty: I had a similar situation. A very lovely forum started at the beginning of this year. We had a CM, but then she resigned a few days after promotions happened. Ever since then the forum has been on a decline. Nowadays there are maybe two or three posts in the two ATs of that forum. And another lovely forum also deteriorated in a similar manner. That is the main reason I opened this thread to know why we were told these forums don't need DT, when in fact they did until they deteriorated.

i like the show..i miss my forum n my friends n they miss me

its all empty

n being openly insulted

n celebs just asking them to voice it out so we get answers otherwise we will not get answers n it will b ignored...by just asking celebs to state in their interview IF should reply complaints of their members wht is wrong? its not like giving them stress!!!! its jst way of spreading our voice n seeking justice

otherwise no justice

its not like asking big favour or asking celebs to devote time to us

it jst matter of few seconds

no harm is trying...we hvnt got anything to lose!

well np if i wont get answers atleast we will show ppl we the GUTS TO FIGHT

n i can providly say I TRIED

we are not going to stop this, not dng anything wrong n lol not like im wasting my time on it...or stressing ourselves...from our lives 15mins to i can spare for all this...i had time to visit if for hours...now im not active to from tht hours of time i spnt on IF now atleast 15mins i can give to get justice

if dts answer good...or else we hve decided the path we gng to take n no one can stop us

im not in pkdh forum coz of this discrimination

n nor other members

no offence to the current dt but she was NEVER ACTIVE and even now NOT ACTIVE

she rarely noes ppl in forum...she jst cant rule us!!!!!

n she is not even active fully...3 forums to handle stickies r not taken care of properly...y so much burden put on her? whn others members r thr...give jst one forum to each dt

my friends miss me in the forum...n im gng to fight coz they need me in forum n i can only b active if i get justice
