Newbies shouldn't be allowed to PM! Check pg 16 - Page 8

There should be a few more active GM's over here. I only see Shruti around and nobody else. And they should start paying the GM's as well.

All of these are extremely good suggestions.
However, certain members would do well to remember a couple of time-tested precious lines:

'What goes around, does come around'.

And:

"Do unto others what you'd like them to do unto you."

There should be no PM permitted to the newbies at all and yes their posts shpuld be moderated over and if only they make sense should be approved..

That is exactly what I suggested in my first post here, moderated posting. Until the newbie has spent a minimum amount of time here and made a specific number of posts, all of their posts would go to a moderation queue and would have to be approved by forum mods. Half our problems would be solved with this one step.

To the moderators:
In my opinion, urgent stress should be given upon installation of proxy detectors in the forums, so that people who have been IP banned can't resurface.

I've seen the suggestions, and added to them. Check the posts where I talk about the need for a proxy detector. That one is quite important, doncha think?
