Boxer looked at Ajay from the corner of his eye. Ajay had been trying Neha's cell several times since they started from SS office but no luck. Ajay was getting frustrated.

They were nearing the building where Ajay & neha stayed when Ajay pointed towards his car in the parking lot. "Boxer dekho meri gaadi yehi par hai to Neha ko ghar pe hi hona chahiye. Lekin woh phone answer kyon nahin kar rahi?"

Before Boxer could answer and park the SS vehicle they had borrowed Ajay opened the door and went running into the building. Boxer parked the Vehicle entered the building and took the lift to the second floor. He stepped out of the lift and saw Ajay standing in front of his home with a frightened expression. Boxer started running towards Ajay.

just a question...is this story assumin tht ajay and neha are into a live-in relationship???

Reshma I have mentioned it before starting the fanfic that Neha & Ajay are married. Whenever I think abt Ajay & Neha married I always feel that they will be like SK & Rani Mukherjee in Chalte Chalte ,fighting over trivial things but deeply in love.

Boxer noticed that the door had been opened with a lock pic. Someone had broken into the house! Suddenly images of Priya lying dead flashed in his mind and he was sure that the same was going through Ajay's mind. He slightly pushed opened the door.

Ajay closed his eyes to block out the images flashing in his mind on seeing the door opened with force. He was seeing Priya's dead body being replaced with Neha's. If anything happened to Neha he.....His thoughts were cut when he heard Boxer pushing open the door.

Both of them stepped into the living room and saw signs of struggle all over the room. Both of them called out for Neha but no answer. They rushed to check out the rest of the house for Neha. Ajay took the master bedroom, the bathroom and the kitchen while Boxer cheked out the other bedroom and the balcony. Both of them met in the livingroom and confirmed that Neha was not there anywhere and the signs of struggle were only in the living room.

The side table on which the phone was placed had overturned and the phone had come off the hook. An image of Neha trying to escape someone and tripping over the table flashed throught Ajay's mind. Tears started pooling in his eyes at the thought that someone had been here , in his house,with a thougth of harming Neha. Their wedding pictures which had been kept on one of the cupboards were thrown on the floor. The flower vase which had to be on the centre table had been thrown to the other side of the room.

Ajay was going to checkout the crime scene when Boxer stopped him.

"Ruko Ajay meri baat suno. Itne saalon mein tumne bahut baar dekha hai ki crime scene ko proper procedure ke hisab se na secure karne se bahut baar criminals saaza se bach jaate hain. Please tum bahar jao mein sab kuch organize kata hoon. Ajay Neha ko kuch nahin hua hai. We will get her back. Ajay looked at Boxer and hugged him and started crying.
