I am writing the fan fic assuming that the last episode with Anna Kartoos didnot end with Aryan's death but they were successful in that mission. After that Neha agrees to start afresh with Ajay. Within 2 months they both get married. My fanfic takes place 4 months after the Anna kartoos mission.

Morning:10 a.m.
Ajay entered the special squad office. On his way to Aryan's office he glanced towards Neha's workstation but she was not there. In the previous case that they had a couple was murdered right in front of their child. The case was solved and the child had to be handed over to his grandparents who were living in Pune. Aryan had requested him to accompany the social worker responsible for the child to Pune and leave the child with his grandparents.Since it was late at night by the time they completed all the formalities Ajay decided to stay back in Pune and come back in the morning.
Ajay: "Aryan maine bache ko uske nana aur naani ke paas chod diya. Raat ko late ho gaya tha isliye mein aaj subhe nikla Pune se."
Deepika comes into the room from behind.
Deepika:"Ajay tum yeh baat phone karke bhi bata sakte the. Rules ke mutabik if u r going to be late you have to call and inform before hand.."
Ajay:"Lekin Ne.."
Deepika cuts him off ,"Lagta hai tumhare saat rehkar Neha ko bhi tumhari aadatein lag rahi hain. Abhi tak nahin aayee hain office mein. Ek phone bhi nahin kiya usne."
Ajay was shocked. "Kya? Neha office abhi tak nahin aayee?"
Boxer comes into the room .
Boxer:"Haan Ajay. Infact hum soch rahe the ki tum aur Neha second honey moon ke liye chal gaye."
Ajay immediately picked up the phone on Aryan's table and tried Neha's cell. It was ringing but no one was answering. He tried their home number and heard the recorded message that the phone was not working. he got a really bad feeling about this. Seeing his expression everyone in the room got worried.
Aryan:"Ajay tumne Neha se baat aaj subhe baat kiya?"
Ajay: "Nahin. Mere mobile mein charge nahin tha isliye meine Neha ko phone nahin kiya.Kal raat humari baat hui thi. She was perfectly fine."
Aryan's gut feeling told him that something was wrong but didnot voice his thoughts so as not to worry Ajay.He got up from his seat walked around the table and patted Ajay on his shoulders.
Aryan:"Don't worry shayad raat ko tumse baat karne ke baad uski tabiyat kharab ho gayi." This reason sounded solame to his own ears and the look that Ajay gave him said that he too didnot believe it."Tum aur boxer apne ghar jao aur check karo."
