Smiling Dipika tried to free her hand from his…. But he held on tight and strong…..

She became a little stunned when she saw him smile back… Not passionately…. But cheekily…. Shaking her head lightly she tried pulling her hands from his… But uh hunh… He didn't seem to even losen the grip for a milli second….

Dipika: (Blushing😳) Aryan… P… Please haath chodo… Er… Der ho gayi… Neeche chalna hai!

Smiling the same way he only shook his head as he raised her hands and kissed them… Blushing, she finally relieved her hands from his and said….

Dipika: (Looking away smiling a little) Aryan…. Hume chalna chahiye… Neeche sab dhoondh rahe….

She stopped abruptly as she sensed him near her…. Stuttered, fluttered she looked at him… As he slowly advanced towards her she took steps back, slowly shaking her head….

Dipika: (Softly) Aryan… P…..

She stopped not able to continue seeing the look he gave her…. It was so over powering, able to capture any woman… She knew he was not going to stay put thus but she couldn't handle those mischievous eyes and smile….☺️

Dipika: (Lightly shaking her head) Aryan… Please… (Stammering) P.. Pa… Paas mat aana!

Aryan: (Mischievously innocent) Kyun?😉

She knew he knew why? But he just kept advancing on her…. Before she could reply or try evading him she had backed against the wall and he had reached her…. She was cornered backed against the wall, with the parapet wall on her right side… If she wanted to escape left he was standing there blocking her way…😃

She looked away smiling and he looked only at her not smiling…. Instead…. Enjoying her smile… Her blush…. Her closeness….. Her sweet perfume…. Her stammer…. The stutter…. The flutter of her eyes….😳

The breeze was blowing her hair all over her face and his face… But she just didn't seem to care… Been so close to him…. Tickled her sensations…. In and out she felt dizzy because of his closeness…..☺️

Tucking the flying hair behind her ears he whispered….😉

Aryan: Maine suna hai ki jab ladkiyaan naa kehti hain to uska matlab haan hota hai!

Dipika smiled a little closing her eyes shying… Then slowly turning to face him, looking into his eyes she whispered…

Dipika: Aisa kya? Maine to nahi suna hai!

Aryan: (Smiling at the retort, took her hands) Abhi suna naa!

Dipika laughed a little nodding and said….

Dipika: Baatein bahut achcha bana lete ho!

Grazing his fingers on her bare shoulders he whispered back…..

Aryan: Kya karein? Jab se paida hua hoon aisa hi hoon….😉

But Dipika had not heard anything as sensation flooded through her making her breath come out in rapid gasps…. His closeness was making her weaker by seconds…. And she was losing to him by those seconds….

Not able to bear his closeness anymore she lightly pushed him off and tried to move away…. But he was faster than her…. He caught her wrist from behind making her stop… Smiling, blushing she retreated back to him with his very light pull… From behind he wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her closer to him… He nuzzled closer to her, cozying around her neck and lightly grazing his lips on her temple… ☺️

All the while eyes closed she enjoyed his naughtiness…😉

Dipika: Aryan! Please… Cho….

She lost to him finally… She let him do what he was doing…. Fiddling with her fingers…. Kissing them… Teasing with his nails around her neck and back…. And she liked it… Him been so near to her… So close… So… She had no words to describe all the feelings rushing through her…. Physically and mentally….☺️

Slowly he turned her around and kissed her on both her cheeks and forehead…. She wrapped her hands around his neck and at last opened her eyes to look at him… Oh how much she wished she hadn't…. His eyes were even more mesmerizing now….🤪

Seeing her blush thus, he felt more the urge to tease her… Play with her… He smiled to himself… He was the luckiest guy on earth to have got a prospective partner in Dipika… He knew his life was going to be the best in his future….👍🏼

He bent down and to her astonishment carried her in his arms… Smiling she laid her head on his shoulder…. He liked it…. He carried her to the broad swing and made her sit there…. Standing he kept looking at her, arms crossed, hands on his chin….😍

Looking up at him staring at her like that she asked…

Dipika: Aise kya dekh rahe ho? Jaise pehli baar dekh rahe ho!😳

Aryan: (Smiling) Pehli baar to hai… Sab kuch…. (After a pause) You are looking gorgeous! ⭐️

Blushing she smiled and extended her hand towards him… Taking it he sat down beside her and kissed her hand…. He leant back on the swing and she leant on his chest, his hands wrapped around her shoulder… His other free hand and her other free hand entwined, over his chest…. 🤗

Swinging slowly and enjoying the soft music playing from below it was no wonder that they forgot the world… There was nothing to talk… Nothing more to speak… Nothing more to do… Just to be close and enjoy the togetherness! ☺️

They enjoyed each other's company…. No hunger… No thirst… No nothing could disturb them now…. How long? How many days? How many months? All for this moment… This very moment… To be close… To be for each other… To love each other! ❤️

Saying Sandhya closed the door……….. 😊

Finallyyyyyyyyyyyy! 😛

Taking a deep breath and relived that the party was finally over, shaking her head she turned around and burst into peals of laughter…..

The whole team was flopped down where ever they could find places…… In fact where ever they were standing when the last guest left for the night, they were flopped down there……

Sofa…. Chairs, heads on tables….. Stair case….. Zubin was lying down on Purvi's lap and Purvi had her head on his….. 😳

It was an exhaustive evening….. Dancing, eating, celebration…. Lots…. And lots and lotss…….

Dinner was fantastic...... Everyone liked the orderly arrangement more…. No hassles and the dinner went smooth…. The guests had finished giving their blessing and gifts to the newly-wed….. So after dinner, a little more dance….. With only romantic songs in the background was played….. So even the elderly guest enjoyed their evening dancing, re living their long lost memories….⭐️

The whole team did notice and miss Aryan and Dipika….. But they knew well enough not to go and disturb them…. Because their plan had wonderfully given results and they couldn't disturb anything at the last moment!?!?!?👍🏼

The elders had already retired to their rooms!

Rolling her eyes Sandhya came back in and looked up the stairs to see Mrs. Naik trying to grab her attention…. In sign language she asked what for which Mrs. Naik indicated the decorated room….. Sandhya smiling nodded and Mrs. Naik reassured went back inside the room….😳

Sandhya looked around once more searching for the couple of the night….. ⭐️ And saw them….. Seated at a table, holding hands gazing at each other…. At each other only.... They were the ones supposed to be tired out standing on the platform all evening, but they still seem to have time for romance….. Jai Ho their activeness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😉 😆

Before going over to the others she swept the room and saw Vishal standing near the window looking outside deep in thought, his back to her…. She felt deep down what her heart wanted.... All she wanted to do at the moment was run over to him, hug him tight and cry her heart out….. But her conscious self told her that this was not the moment 😕

Dragging herself out of her thoughts slowly she tip toed to the others and got them to get up…..

Shotgun: (Seated on the sofa🥱) Yaar ye kya?!?? Abhi to relax karne ka mouka mila hai…. Ab….

Rolling her eyes she gave him a little hard push which made him slide on to Cynthia seated beside him on the sofa….. She was resting her head on the sofa back and feeling something slide on her woke up screaming…. 😲

Sandhya rushed over to close her mouth and shushed her up….

Vishal turned around from the window at the scream and rushed over to see what the commotion was about…..

Sandhya: (Hand on Cynthia's mouth hissed) Sssshhh…. Tum to sabko jaga doge yaar!

Vishal: Kya hua!??! What?!?! Cynthia!!!!!!!!!!!! Kya hua? Is tarah chillayi kyun?

Pulling off her hand Cynthia pushed Shotgun off her and scolded him in a low voice….

Cynthia: Shubroto! Theek se to baitho….. Dara hi diya mujhe ki kuch upar se gir gaya!

Shotgun: (Sleepily 🥱 confused 😕😡) Hey…. Jaise maine jaan boojke kiya…. Kisi ne mujhe dhakka diya!!!!!!!!!!

Cynthia: (Angrily) Sapne me!

The scream having woken them up……

Purvi: (Coming over to them) Kya yaar? Kuch der tak relax bhi nahi kar sakte kya!? A very very long day yaar… Do dinon se theek se soya bhi nahi hai!!!!!!!!!

Zubin: (Yawning) Hmm….. Ab jaake kuch aankh band karne ka mouka mila hai!

Shotgun: (Puzzled) Lekin mujhe kisi ne abhi dhakka diya….

Cynthia: (Glaring at him😡) He is just dreaming…. The tiredness is creeping into his brain.... Neend me yoheen

Sandhya: (Pulling Cynthia on to her feet) Cynthia! Maine hi dhakka diya!!!!!!!!!!

Shotgun: (Getting up stunned😲) Dekha…. I was not dreaming!

Cynthia: (Confused😕) Lekin Sandhya…. Tum Shubroto ko kyun dhakka dogi?

Sandhya: Uthane ke liye!

Cynthia: Par ab kyun uthaya hume? We are dead tired Sandy…… Kal subah hi uththe… No need to go to rooms also…. Jahan chaho jaise chaho, abhi yaheen so…

Sandhya: (Interrupting) So lo…. Jitna chaahe so lo…. Lekin ek aur kaam hai, use poora karne ke baad!

Cynthia: Oh Sandhya! Ek aur kaaammmmmmmmmmm!??!? No no no no no no…. Ab nahi baba….. I can't even take a step forward….

Purvi: 😒 Hey Sandhya! Ab is raat ko kya kaam yaar?!?! Jo kuch bhi ho kal kar lenge naa….. Ab chalo…. Sab sote hain!

Saying Purvi turned around to go upstairs….. Frustrated Sandhya lunged to catch her…. Missing her hand by few inches she stumbled forward and fell…. Well…. Didn't fall….. Because before she could hit the floor a strong hand came around her shoulder and another around her waist and she was hauled up straight….. 😳

As an instant reaction Sandhya wrapped her hand around Vishal's neck to compose herself.... She looked at him concern written all over his face…. Moving her hair away from her face he asked lightly, with no particular expression in his voice….

Vishal: Tumhari ye girne ki aadat kab jaayegi? ❓

Sandhya: (Smiling mildly😳) Kabhi nahi.... Jab tak tum mujhe bachate rahoge tab tak main girne ke liye taiyaar hoon.... Hazar baar.... Laakh baar!

He looked on at her very well reading all the love and affection pouring from her eyes straight from her heart into his…. Butttttt 😕

Coming back to the harsh reality he released her and she slid her hands from his neck a little upset…..

The others were suddenly busy talking amongst themselves…. Too interested in the already withering decorations!

Purvi had stopped when she realized Sandhya had slipped…. But now was busy, very busy scolding Zubin for dropping food on his kurta heeding no ears to his protest that he didn't, but a kid had accidentally dropped food on his kurta!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😃

Sandhya composed herself and saw the others busy with each other…. Smiling she knew they were acting so on purpose….. Thinking something she looked behind the group and saw Ajay and Neha still seated at the other side of the stairs, holding hands eyes set only for each other…. Surprised, she wondered if they had gone temporarily deaf to all the commotion that had taken place just then…. 😲

Grabbing everybody's attention she indicated them and nodded upstairs indicating the room…. The group now understood what their pending work for the night was and smiled nodding…. Well now this definitely could not be tomorrow.... Had to be done.... Then and there! ☺️

As Sandhya walked over to Ajay and Neha the others followed silently taking care not to make any noise…. As if it would have mattered anyways….. When they could not hear a scream, loud talks how were they to hear the light clip clops of heels!?!?!? 🤪

The group surrounded the table looking down at the eight world lost couple smiling… 😳

Purvi bent down on one side and Cynthia on the other side…. They looked at Ajay, Neha, Ajay, Neha…. Um…. Hum….. No response….😉

Purvi put her hand in front of their faces and shook it up and down…. Stilll…….. Nope!!!!! ❤️

Straightening they shook their heads in failure at the others….. 😕

Vishal nodded grinning… Shotgun with Zubin's help grasped the table on either ends.... With one pull and push they removed table from in between Ajay and Neha…. With the table removed, Ajay and Neha who had their hands on it lost their support, stumbled and were about to fall down…. 😆

But before they could hit the floor Vishal supported Ajay and Sandhya Neha, and helped them up….

Startled and surprised Ajay and Neha looked at them and the others standing arms folded with a stern expression on their faces…..

Vishal: Ab tum naye nawale dulhe dulhan ko neeche girane ka paap hum apne sir par nahi le sakte naa! Isliye bachaya!

Sandhya: (Holding Neha to give her time to compose herself) Exactly…. Agar ye baat nahi hoti to tum dono ko neeche girane ka itna sunehera mouka... Hum kabhi nahi khote!!!!!! 😉

Ajay: (Grinning sheepishly😃) Er…. Vo…. Bas… Hum to…. Yoheen….

Purvi: (Mocking) Haan haan Ajay….. Kaho naa…. Ki time paas kar rahe the….

Ajay: (Protesting but with failure) Nai…. Matlab…. Time pass nai….

Neha: (Shaking her head) Ab tum sab bas bhi karo naa… Hum bas yoheen baatein kar rahe the…. Koi galti? ❓

Ajay: (Impressed) Oh! My dear wifeeyy! 😳

The others looked at Neha stunned….. 😲 Then looking at each other they shook their heads in disbelief…. Then folding hands they bent a little and Sandhya said….

Sandhya: Unbelievable! Suna hi tha…. Ab dekh bhi liya….

Shotgun: Nahi to kya…. Jo Neha pehle humare saath milke Ajay ka dimaag khaati thi, ab usi ki tarafdaari?!?!? I mean!!!!!!!!!!!!! Say what!???!?!?😲

Hearing this Neha bit her tongue and smiled blushing a little…..

Cynthia: (Grinning😃) Tumhe kyun itne jealous ho rahe ho Shubroto? Wifey apne hubby ke maaaaan sammmmaaaaaan ki raksha kar rahi hai, isse dekh in fact hume proud hona chahiye!

Shotgun: (Instantly) Wahi to!!!!!!!!!! Tum kab hum sab ko proud banane waali ho? ❓

Cynthia: (Shocked😲) Shubroto!!!!!!!!!!!!! ☺️

The others laughed at the intermediate short romances and blushes.…

Sandhya: Ab bas bas…. (Looking at Ajay and Neha) Zindagi bhar to ek doosre ko hi jhelna hai…. Dekhna hai…. Baat karna hai… Ab to thoda sabar karo…. Chalo Neha!

Ajay: (Instantly stunned) Kahan!??!?! ❓ 😕 ❓

Vishal: 😃 Oie hoie!!!!!!!!!! Ajay baaabuuuu…. Kaha naa…. Thodi der ke liye sabar kijiye…. Aapke liye jab bulawa aayega tab aap jaa sakte hain….

Zubin: Exactly…. Ab ke liye…. Humare saath chal! 😉

Saying the guys dragged a bewildered Ajay away from the hall….. The girls laughing and teasing Neha led her upstairs…. 😳

Hearing a knock on the door Boxer opened it….

Cynthia: Dulhe ke liye bulawa aaya hai!!!!!!!!!! 😉

Giving the message laughing she went off, in fact ran off upstairs….

Turning around he looked at the other guys and at Ajay….

Boxer: Chalo Ajay…. (Grinning😃) Bali ke bakre ka time aa gaya!

Vishal: Boxer! Ye to subah hi bali ka bakra ban gaya hai…. Ab to bas iska grand finale hai…. (To Ajay) Agar tum isme paas ho gaye, to zindagi bhar raja banoge… Warna….

Zubin: (Completing the sentence for Vishal) Bahut mushkil hai!!!!! 😔

Shotgun: 😃 Experience bol raha hai Ajay…. Sune le….

Vishal: (Leading him out the door) Aur maan le!!!!!!!!!!

Ajay: Guys tum log to bas un ladkiyon se battar ho… I mean housla doge ye socha tha…. (Making a pitiful face😕) Lekin is tarah khud dara rahe ho!!!!!

Shotgun: (Climbing the stairs) Ajay!!!!! Isme darne ki kya baat hai??? N…. Oh oh!

Seeing Shotgun's stunned reaction the boys looked in the direction and gave the same reaction….😲

Vishal: Ye ladkiyaan, kitna churayengi yaar humse!!?!?!? 😕

Sandhya who was sitting down on the floor her legs spread in front of the decorated door looked up at him popping a grape into her mouth…..

Sandhya: Rights hai! Neki hai! Subah to hum jeete the…. Lekin baazi aapne hi maari thi naa? Paisa naa deke!!!!!!!!!!!

The other girls sitting around her eating fruits nodded in agreement and said….

Cynthia: Payal ka idea tha to achcha! Lekin humare liye kuch to faida hona chahiye naa?

Zubin: Isliye? ❓

Purvi: Simple! Jeb khaali karo!

Boxer: Nahi kiya to? ❓

Sandhya: Vo aap logon ke peeche jo seediyaan hai… Jissse aap abhi upar chadke aaye the…. Usi se neeche chale jayiye aur apne kamre me jaakar takiye ko gale lagakar…. Tch…. So jajiye!!!!! 🥱 😆

Vishal: Ye to bahut achcha idea hai…. Agar aap kehete nahi to bhi hum yahi karte! Chalo boys!

Saying he turned around to go… The girls sat upright looking at each other stunned…. I mean they couldn't just leave!?!?!? 😲

But before Vishal could keep a step forward Ajay grabbed his hand from behind and exclaimed….

Ajay: Hey guys!!!!!!!

Boxer, Vishal, Shotgun and Zubin stopped and turning around looked at him and gave an expression as if it they were seeing Ajay there for the first time and his been there striked them just then….

Boxer: Oh! Ajay!!! Tch…. (Looking at Vishal) Ab iska kya karein? ❓

Ajay: (Stunned😲) Oie Chaachu!!!!!!!! Kya yaar?!?! Kya karein ka kya matlab?

Seeing his stunned expression and shocking voice the others including the girls burst out laughing….😆

Zubin: Ajay! Ajay! Relax…. Tumhare khaatir…. Aaj tumhara din jo hai…. Isliye in ladkiyon ki maang poori kar dete hain!

Shotgun: (Patting his shoulder solemnly😳) Dost ke liye kuch bhi!

Ajay: (Rolling his eyes) Yeah yeah…. Thanks!

Boxer: Bolo… Maataon! Kya maang hai?

Sandhya: (Getting up) Wahi…. Subah ki maang…. Same neki! Same paisa!

Vishal: (Really stunned this time😲) Subah ki maang?!?! Are tab to itne saare lakdiyaan theen.…. Lekin ab to kum hi hain naa? To wahi demand kyun? Kum karo!

Purvi: Ladkon ka dimaag aksar ghaas chadne chala jaata hai ye suna tha…. Ab dekh bhi rahi hoon! 😉

As the boys glared back 😡 at the girls Cynthia said….

Cynthia: Subah ki demand girls ke number par thi…. Ab…. Occasion ki importance par hai…. Subah ke occasion se zyada ab importance badi hai naa? Isliye!

Shotgun: (Shaking his head in disbelief)Tum logon se chor chori karna seekhe!

Vishal: Phir ye kya hain? Ye bhi chor hi hain… Din dahade….. (Pausing) I mean…. Tube light ke dahade raat me is tarah batuwa chura rahe hain!

Boxer: Maamu! Agar aaj raat tumhe Neha ka chehera tak dekhna hai to batuwa khaali kar!

Ajay: Lekin…. Main ab koi paisa nahi laaya! 😔

Zubin: (Shocked😲 😉) Kya?!?? Paisa nahi laaya? To chalo…. Raat bhar tumhe bahar hi rukna padega!

Ajay: Hey guys…. Kuch to help kar do naa….

Vishal: Help!?!?? Isme hum kya help kar sakte hain? ❓

Purvi: Well…. Hum idea de sakte hain.... Ye nahi ki paisa sirf dulhe se aana hai!!!! Dulhe ke bhai bandu bhi de sakte hain…. Hume bas paison se matlab hai! 😊

Shotgun: Wah! Wah! Wah! Wah! Wah! Tum logon ke liye hum kyun paisa dein?

Boxer: Aur nahi to kya? Ajay…. Ye tumhari aur tumhari saaliyon ka problem hai…. Hume nahi padna is jhamale me! Chalo boys!

Saying again he and the other boys turned to go but Vishal stopped them this time and said….

Vishal: Guys…. Jo kuch bhi ho…. Ajay humara buddy hai yaar…. Uski madad karni chahiye hume! Tch…. After all… We are one for all and all for oneeeeeee!!!!!!!!!⭐️

The boys stopped and looked at him for a long time…. Then at Ajay… The girls in turn and as if finally coming to a solution nodded their agreement….

Boxer: Right! (In a true villainous tough tone) Hum aakhir humare buddy ka saath nahi chod sakte! Don't worry Ajay! Hum hain! 👏

Ajay: Thank you so muchhhhh! 😃

Saying he punched Boxer on his arm as the environment lightened further with laughter from the gang…. 😆

As the boys pulled out the money from their pockets Ajay commented….

Ajay: Mujhe sataye bina to tum logon ko chain nahi milta naa? 😊

Boxer: (Putting the money in Sandhya's stretched out hand) Kya karein Maamu? Aaj hi aakhri din hai….. Aakhri raat hai.... Kal se to tum hone waalo ho Neha ke official gulaam…. Ab gulaami karne waale ko aur kya satana? 😉 😃

Grinning he gave high five to Shotgun as Sandhya counted out the money the boys had pooled in her hands….. She wrinkled her nose and commented….

Sandhya: Thoda sa kum hai…. Lekin chalega…. Dost ke liye itna sacrifice jo kiya hai aap sabne!

Putting the money in the purse she had specially brought for this, she bent forward spreading out her hand in front of Ajay smiling….

Ajay: (Taking a step forward) Thank you very much!😳

He went to the door… But before going in he turned around and saw the others still standing there looking at him…. He smiled at them and said haltingly….

Ajay: Goo…. Good… Good night guys!☺️

All together everyone shouted "Yeah yeah…. Good night Ajay….. Good night!!! All the best!!"😉

Shaking his head he hurriedly shushed them and hissed…..

Ajay: Is tarah chilla kyun rahe ho? Aur main koi exam thodi dene jaa raha hoon? All the best and all!

Zubin: Ek taraf ka exam hi hai Ajay…. Ye andar jaake pata chalega tumhe!

Saying he glanced sideways at an already blushing Purvi….. 😉 ☺️

Grinning the girls and boys stood there talking with each other earnestly while Ajay stood at the door hesitant…. He glanced back at the door, back at the gang and back at the door…. He just couldn't go in with them standing there.… And these guys didn't look like leaving the place!

Ajay: Er… Guys! 😳

Boxer: (As if noticing Ajay only then) Arrreee Ajay!!!!!! Yaheen door pe khada rehene ka idea hai?

Ajay: Guys… Tum log yahan…😳 ❓

Vishal: Hum log yahan matlab? Are corridor par hi to khade hain hum….

Ajay: (Hesitant) But….☺️

Shotgun: Dekh Ajay hume to abhi neend nahi aa rahi…. Kuch guppe shuppe maarke hi jaane waale hain…. Agar tujhe humare saath join karni hai to kar…. Kyun guys?😉

Cynthia: Yeah yeah of course….. Pehle tired the…. Lekin ab nahi!

She silently smiled to herself seeing the ever so confident Ajay standing there like a dog wet in the rain…. All so much innocence written over his face…..😆

Just then a voice from behind them said…. "Pata tha! Itni der hone par bhi aap log andar nahi aaye to, pata tha kuch na kuch yahan gadbad kar rahe honge!"

Startled at the sudden voice boys and girls turned around to find Mrs. Malhotra standing there, hands on her hip glaring at them….

Vishal: Maa….

Mrs. Malhotra: (Coming over to the group) Chup! Doosron ko satana bahut achcha lagta hai kya? (Hitting the boys and shoving them down the stairs) Chalo…. Nikalo…. Apne kamre me jao! Chalo sab!

Vishal: Okay okay jaa rahe hain…. (Giving a small hug to his mom) Good night!

The boys waving winked at Ajay and went off to their room!

Mrs. Malhotra smiled at her son and turned around to the girls….

Mrs. Malhotra: Tum logon ko specially kehena padega kya? Jao tum bhi!

Mrs. Malhotra: (Smiling) Iske liye tumhare dost khud maante nahi…. Ab andar jao… Neha intezaar kar rahi hogi! Good night!

Saying, without another backward glance, Mrs. Malhotra went off to the girl's room….

Her right hand flat on his chest, his left hand over it ever so softly…. 😳 Her left hand wrapped around him and his right hand protective around her shoulders….. Her head against his chest she could hear the faint beat of his heart….. ⭐️

Feeling the warmth of her against him he felt something different in his heart which he was in fact a little afraid she might feel…..😉 ❤️

Aryan: (Eyes closed, lightly pushing the swing) Dipika!

Dipika: (Eyes closed) Hmm!

Aryan: Tumse kuch poochooon? ❓

Silently Dipika nodded as she enjoyed the warm pressure of his arms around her…

Aryan: When did you know you were in love with me?

At this Dipika slowly opened her eyes and looked up at him smiling, blushing a little… He was looking down at her eagerness brimming in his eyes and voice, which she had heard too….

She moved away from him and turned around to look at the vast ocean… She saw the wide sky touching a line of ocean visible far away…. She smiled even more as Aryan taking her hand kissed it….

Dipika (In a soft whisper) Pata nahi! Maine kaha naa... Jab main Special Squad aayi thi tab mere man me life, marriage in sab ke prathi koi bhi idea nahi tha… When I saw you I was impressed…. I saw a very dedicated, over committed police officer in you…. You were looking at your job very personally…. Even though I understood, I never wanted you to continue with it… Jab hum apne job ko personally lena shuru kar dete hain, tab kuch bhi theek nahi hota hai Aryan…

Walking over to the end of swing she continued….

Dipika: Pehli baar to mujhe kuch bhi mehsoos nahi hua tha…. Lekin dheere dheere…. When you were starting to go out of control, I didn't know why…. I....

She had to take a deep breath to control herself, because she feared she might cry that instant…. Because those moments when he was hurt she was equally or even more hurt than him.... And she could never express her feelings to anyone too... The months he was unconscious with no time of return guranteed were torturous.... Nights were she hadn't slept a wink.... Days where she was never herself.... Composed outwards, but a turmoil was going on inside her!

Before she could think further, say any further her breath stopped a moment and she had to sharply intake air to compose herself, as hands wrapped around her bare hip, inside her saree pallu making her gasp in pleasure and a chin rested on her shoulder…. Shying and smiling she looked sideways at him as he continued for her….

Aryan: (Upset tone😔) You always felt hurt!

Dipika: (Nodding slightly and placing her hand on his cheeks) Lekin tumne sab kuch jaan boojhke nahi kiya tha Aryan…. Ye bhi mujhe pata tha…. Bas tum apne kaboo me nahi the… Lekin dheere dheere…😳

As Dipika paused to think whether she should say it, Aryan pulled her yet closer to him, squeezing out any unknown space that might have crept in between them…. Nuzzling closer he said charming…

Aryan: Tumhara concern mujh tak zaroor pahooncha Dipika… I saw it in your eyes…. (Smiling cheekily😉) Jab tumne rules ko bend karna shuru kar diya tha, you had said you had done so because of my dedication and passion…. But…. Somewhere down the line I knew it was not so! ❤️

Moving away from her he grasped her shoulders and turned her around….

Dipika: 😊 Haan… Sirf tumhara dedication karan nahi tha…. I… I had….

Blushing she put down her eyes but he understood…. No more had she to say anything or he….. Everything was understood… Everything was felt… Heart to heart!

Taking her face in his hands, he whispered a kiss on her cheeks, making her shudder…. As he moved on to kiss her other cheek she gripped his hands tight, nervous that she would collapse!

She slowly looked up at his eyes and how long they stood thus, they never knew….

After a while…

Aryan: Bahut pareshaan kiya hai naa maine tumhe? ❓

Dipika: (Shaking her head smiling a little) Tumne kuch nahi kiya hai Aryan… Shareer me jab hume kisi wajah se chot aati hai aur agli baar jab us jagah se guzarte hain to achanak sa dar hume gher leta hai… It's an infatuation but we have to come out of it!

Aryan: Humare beech sab kuch infatuation hi tha naa? Nothing we believed was true!

Dipika looked up at him perfectly understanding what he meant…. 😕

Initially when she had realized her love for him, she waited for a positive sign from him…. But then something made him to cover himself in his own cocoon… Ignoring her… She had thought she could feel him for her, but he denied them strongly… She had mis understood the reason as Shaina when it was his fear of relations, commitments which made him maintain a distance from her…. 😔

And since she had not wanted to trouble him more with her affection, she had moved away from him… But this one act of her ignoring him had torn him to pieces…. He had become desperate and violent again… Again there was a distance between them…

When he could not bear this distance any more, any little less…. He knew he had wanted her… He needed her…. Time and again situations were never always right for him to approach her… His growing outwards concern made her more confused and weaker by days…. She could not resist him…. But still had maintain a safe distance just for his sake…. Another of her torturous days! 😒

And now… Everything…. Everything was right… It was all perfectly fine…. Nothing to lose… Everything was their gain…. ❤️

Dipika: (Nodding) Haan… Humne jo kuch bhi samjha tha, vo sab naa samjhi thi!

Aryan: (Wrapping his hands around her waist pulled her closer) Par… Ab sab kuch theek hai… Aur tum mere….

Dipika smiled shying knowing what was he was going to say next and do next… She slipped her hands behind his shoulder and gripped him tight as his lips smoothed the side of her neck, making her breathless with growing passion…. ☺️

Aryan: …meri baahon me! 😳

Dipika was sitting on the swing, swinging lightly, with Aryan's head on her lap… 😳

She was oh so tenderly smoothing his hair as he played with her fingers, their eyes gazing at each other only…. Her smile knew no bounds like her heart which was now soaring high in the sky….❤️

As Aryan lightly kissed her finger tips Dipika felt warmth wash over her entire body…. Smiling she lowered her eyes looking away from him when her sight fell on her watch and an involuntary 'Oh' escaped her mouth…

Dipika: Oh!

Aryan: (Surprised😕) Kya hua?

Dipika: (Showing her watch) Time dekha? ❓

Aryan: (Pulling her lower to his face) Tch…. (Shaking his head) Zaroorat hi nahi padi….. With you here!

She looked at him mildly stunned for a while…. She didn't know whether to be surprised with things he said and did or get used to seeing him do them….. Because she was seeing a very different Aryan with her.... To be truthful to herself she had never expected him to be this romantic.... A serious, strict police officer was going all mushy wishy with her.... Her blush brightened to a crimson red as she remembered his tingling touch over her body..... Her breath came out in gasps just thinking about it! ☺️

Blushing she smiled and then shaking herself out of his thoughts, trying to be a little stern said

Dipika: Aryan… Ab hume chalna chahiye!

Aryan: (As if it was of no importance) No! 😔

Bewildered she shook him lightly and taking hold of his hands showed him his watch and said again….

Dipika: Aryan time to dekho… It is so late…. (Looking at Aryan who was looking back at her upset😒) Sab log neeche dhoondh rahe honge… Chalo… Utho naa!

Aryan: (Casually) Koi nahi dhoondhega Dipika… Koi yahan aayega bhi nahi… Because they had manipulated this meeting and they are not going to interrupt it themselves.... Will they?

Dipika: (Pushing him off her) Lekin Aryan, humare yahan aaye kitna samay ho gaya? Surely koi aayega…. And it isn't right too..... Ab chalo naa! Please!

Saying she stood up and pulled his hand but he didn't budge…. Making a puppy face shook his head…

Aryan: Mujhe nahi jaana! (Pulling back at her hand)

Dipika: (Rolling her eyes heavenwards) Aryan! Bas bhi karo… Chalo ab!

Saying she pulled him again but he didn't move even an inch … So she dropped his hand and said irritated…. 😳

Dipika: Mat aao… Main jaa rahi hoon!

Saying she turned around to go but stopped suddenly…. She smiled blushing a little…. 😳Her saree pallu was been caught from behind… Smiling she turned around and saw him seated like an innocent child, looking elsewhere too interested in his nails… 😉

Surprised she looked where the end of her pallu was and found it caught by his watch… Her smile faded…. She did feel a little disappointed about the fact that the watch had caught her saree pallu and not… Well… Hrrmm…. Him… ☺️

Composing herself she bent down to retrieve her pallu and stopped midway stunned… She looked at his watch and him and back at her watch…. She chuckled a little noticing him give her side glance…. 😆

At first it looked like her saree end had got caught by mistake in the watch but only when she went closer to relieve it she noticed that it was not caught in the watch but neatly wedged beneath it…. 😃

Hands on her hips she looked at him with mock severity shaking her head…. Seeing her give him those looks Aryan asked her ever so innocently…

Aryan: What?

Dipika glanced down at his watch and back at him… Seeing it he replied casually….

Aryan: Oh…. (Smiling a little) Weeeelllll… Mere watch ko bhi pasand nahi ki tum jao…

Dipika: (Understanding) Ah haan… Watch ko pasand nahi? (Lifting his hand a little high) Sarees get caught in watches Aryan… Not wedged! Tumne hi kiya naa? ❓

Saying she pulled her saree end from beneath his watch and put down his hand….

Aryan: (Smiling strangely as if having something up his sleeves😈) Kya karoon mera watch hai…. Jo main chahatha hoon vo karta hai! 😉

Dipika: 😃 Ah!!! Ahh….. No sir…. Aapka watch ab kuch nahi karega…. Pakad me zor nahi tha…. Chuda diya naa? Ab koi mujhe nahi rok sakta…. Aana hai to aana….. Main to chali….

Saying she turned around to go when Aryan replied….

Aryan: Madam…. Mera watch alag hai…. It not only knows to catch but also to… Catch strongly… 😳 😉

Saying, before Dipika could react Aryan reaching out for her hand pulled her back to him… Not expecting this… Not at all expecting this Dipika turned around stumbled and fell on him making him slide back down on the swing, hitting against his shoulder…

Stunned she looked at him angrily…. 😡

Dipika: (Sternly😳) Aryan Khanna! ACP, Special Squad?!? Zabardasti karoge?

Aryan seeing she was taunting him retorted similarly…

Aryan: Haan… Karoonga… To?

Saying he pulling her up closer to him…. She was inches away from him and could feel his breath… She tried to look at him sternly so that he would relieve her but seeing his eyes boring into hers, she finally had put her eyes down, a smile forming around the corners of her mouth… ☺️

Seeing this it took his whole strength to control him… She looked ever more was so beautiful more closely and the way she put her eyes down blushing made his heart go crazy…. ❤️

Aryan: Haiiii! Tum ladkiyaan is tarah choti choti harkatein karte ho… Ki… Kuch bhi naa karte hue bhi sab kuch kar jaate ho!

Hearing this her smile widened making blood rush to her ears….. Placing his hand on her cheeks he lifted her face and purposefully blowing on her face asked softly…

Aryan: (Whispering) Jaana zaroori hai? ❓

Dipika looked at him for a while and slowly shook her head smiling and buried her head deep into his shoulder… 😳

He smiled… He won…. No… He lost… He lost to her… And he felt happy in that… Never had he thought in his life that he would feel so happy in losing to someone! 😊

He partly laid back on the swing supporting his back at the hand rest of the swing…. Catching her chin he raised her face to make her look at him…. She closed her eyes in response…. She didn't dare open her eyes with him been so close…..

His fingers reached up to her lips and fingered them… Her heart beat rose steadily… Smoothing her lips he studied her changing expressions on her face… Blush… Happiness… Shy… Fear… Ecstasy…. 😳

Her hands on his collar tightened as he closed the remaining distance between them… Raising her face a little more higher… He paused for a while….

Would she oblige? Was he been hasty?

She opened her eyes.... Slowly her gaze sought his.... Her rapid gasps for breath and the soft blushing smile on her face indicated to him clearly what she wanted…… Instead of accusation, he found approval, instead of anger, acceptance..... He released his breath slowly tired of fighting the battle he couldn't win.... 😳

And he did exactly that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😉

He wrapped his hand around he back of her neck and gently pulled her forward.... And..... Without another word captured her lips! 😲 😳 ❤️

Her arms circled around his neck and gripped his hair tight….. She really needed some support to stop her trembling….. She was losing it all to him…. She had the universe in her… Nothing was around her…. Everything was in them….

He kissed her slowly, tenderly, sweetly teasing her lips until her head rolled in his hand in abject surrender! ☺️

As his lips explored hers she reciprocated equally…. Both showing how much they loved each other… The years of anticipation came pouring out and there was no dam to control it!

A woman's first kiss…. Which she always looks forward to, with nothing to hide in it…. Pure love and affection pouring from it…. 😳

And this was exactly how it was for Dipika.... It was par beyond anything she might have imagined…. As a delicious weakness took over her she knew this was going to be a memorable night with him for her entire life time…. ☺️

The long breathtaking adventure had to finally come to an end and both felt as if they had won the world… Feeling contented and peaceful!

She looked at him smiling as he softly placed a kiss on her forehead…. ❤️

She twisted around, lifting her legs up and lay back on his shoulders…. He adjusted for her keeping one leg up and the other down supporting her…. Clasping his hand around hers he wrapped them around her body… ⭐️

As he lightly rocked the swing, they looked up at the twinkling stars…. Looked like all of them were dancing happily to an unheard tune… Some sort of happiness which they too felt… But in fact they were the same always… It's just that when you are happy they look happy too….. Reflecting your state of mind…

A little while ago when Dipika had looked up at the starry sky it was blurry image…. Blurred by tears of grief… But now the stars were clear and shining, like her heart was pure and happy! 😊

She really had trouble believing this was really true… Was it? Hope she wasn't dreaming… Instantly she looked back up at Aryan and smiled in relief… Seeing her looking at him he asked her "What?" in indication…. She slowly shook her head smiling…

Turning back she took his hand and kissed it… Smiling he kissed back in her hair…. Feeling very warm and cozy Dipika wrapped his hands around her even closer and closed her eyes…

As waves of beauty pulsed through her she knew she was where she had always wanted to be.... Home was here.... In this man's arms! ❤️

Since months this was going to be a peaceful night for her!

Aryan peeped front a little and saw her close her eyes smiling…. When she had turned back suddenly to look at him he saw some sort of fear in them, which was instantly replaced by assurance… Maybe she thought this wasn't real!?!? He knew… He understood… He felt the same way too… But seeing her in front of him, feeling her gave him all the assurances he needed… He was happy…. He was filled with untold, explosive ecstasy… ⭐️

His world… His universe…. His family…. His daughter…. His wi…. He smiled and looked down at her, not closing his eyes to catch even a wink, the rest of the night!😳😳

Sandhya was even more tired than she had expected….. But instead of falling asleep she lay awake staring at the dark ceiling, fighting fatigue and mulling over the times she spent with Vishal…. All those beautiful moments over the months since she came to know him…. 😊

She turned around careful not to disturb Cynthia sleeping beside her…. She turned once again and frustrated sat up…. Pushing back her hair she rested her hands on her knees and supported her head in her hands…. She had been feeling restless the whole evening… Even though she never could show it…. But she couldn't sleep as the silence of the night pressed around her….

What was wrong?!?!? Where was she going wrong?!!? In her life she had never made any mistakes….. All her decisions were calculative and had reaped the perfect results required…

Looking around she saw everyone sleeping soundly….. She needed to get out of here…. She needed fresh air… She pulled on the coat of her night gown and slowly tip toed out of the room not making a noise…. Deep in thoughts she started walking not knowing where her legs were taking her….

The biggest decision of her life… Vishal…. He could never be a mistake…. Since their first meeting she knew, he was both intelligent and intense…. He stood apart from the others in more ways than one…. There was always something she found about him intriguing… 😳 And that always dragged her to him! ❤️

Then why was he not reciprocating?!? Their evening's performance had erased out any doubt or minute percentage uncertainty she might have had regarding his feelings towards her….. She now knew 200% that he loved her…. Loved only her…. And forever she would be the one he loved…. Then why!??!? 😔

She sighed frustrated….. She never could leave any puzzles unsolved…. Even when she was doing crosswords or Sudokus she never left them unsolved…. It made her crazy…. And now not knowing the answer for this question was maddening her….

Had she done something wrong which made him angry on her and not accept her love!?! But if that was the case she would have seen hatred in those deep dark eyes and not love…. Pure deep love! ❤️

Then what else could be the reason!?!? As she sighed frustrated and helpless she startled feeling cold breeze blowing her hair around…. Surprised she caught her hair and looked about and found her standing on the landing steps of the terrace….

She came to her full senses realizing that Aryan and Dipika were still here and had not yet come down…. She sighed relieved thanking herself for not making any noise… She turned around to go back down when her eyes caught some movement…. Curious she went to the landing window and peeped out…. What she saw made a smile form on her face…. 😳

Aryan and Dipika on the swing, his hands wrapped around her…. A beauty smile on both their faces…. She noticed that even though Dipika had her eyes closed Aryan was looking down only at her…. Awwwww……. How sweet!!!!!!!!!!!!!😳 ❤️

She felt so happy for them…. Even though she had not known them for long, she had heard everything about them from Neha and others…. She knew how much they had loved each other but could not even express their feelings…. Due to various reasons!!!!!!!!

Immediately her thoughts rushed to Vishal…. If she was feeling so happy seeing them she could just imagine how he would feel when he saw them…. 😊

Thinking something she rushed back down lightly….. She went to the boys' room and tried the door… Thank God the door was opened…. She peeped in and saw everyone sound asleep…. She scanned the area and saw Vishal missing…. He was not here?!? 🤔

She looked around the room once more and around the hall… She saw the main door opened lightly…. Doubtful she went over and looked out…. And she saw him… He was standing in the lawn looking up at the sky, his back to the house….

He couldn't sleep too!?!? Her heart went out to him…. He could at least reason out things to her…. She would help him out….. But he refused to even mention about it…. As she walked towards him her mind traveled past to the day she first met him…. Months later… Her seeing him in the restaurant…. And the rest of their meetings which she had written in Golden Words in her life history…. ❤️

Just as she came and stood behind him he turned around….

He looked into that beautiful moon lit face and a smile automatically formed on his face…. With her around he had all the reasons to be happy…. Because she made everyone happy…. He was right when he had sensed her behind him…. Since the time she had stepped out and had started walking towards him, he was composing himself, tying him up again in his block to not let lose his emotions as he had done during the dance….

Vishal: Maine socha tha bahut achchi neend me hogi…. Humse phir se jeetke apna purse jo bhara diya!

Sandhya: (Smiling back) Purse to bhara diya isliye to neend nahi aa rahi…

Vishal: (Surprised😲) Kyun? Paise kum pad gaye?

Sandhya: (Walking around him to stand beside him) Naa baba…. Paise zyada ho gaye isliye to neend nahi aa rahi…. Ye soch soch ke ki un paison se karein kya?

Vishal: (Chuckling😆) Tum ladkiyaan hoti hi aisi ho…. Agar paise nahi mile to bhi neend nahi aati ye sochke ki kaise paisa vasool kiya jaye aur ab is tarah!

Sandhya: (Looking at him sideways) Kya karein? Aapka kiya dhara hai…. Jab maange tab nahi dete aur jab nahi maange tab dher saare de dete ho ki hum uske liye taiyaar hi nahi hote…. (Softly) Chaahe vo paisa ho ya…

Sensing the pause in her voice he glanced down beside her….. He very well understood what she was about to tell….. With months of just knowing each other he could read her mind and understand what she meant with every word she didn't tell…. He wondered how his understanding of her would be if they were….. 😕

He immediately snapped back to reality cursing himself for thinking otherwise and smiling a little looked away and said…

Vishal: Aap logon ki yahi problem hai…. Kuch karo to bhi problem agar nahi karo to bhi problem…. Waise options nahi hain to kuch suggestions de sakta hoon!

Sandhya: (Sighing) Options to kayi hain Mr. Great… Isliye to confusion hai…. Kum options hote to choose karna aasaan naa hota?

Vishal: (Nodding) Yeah… 😃

Sandhya: Ab ye to clear ho gaya ki mujhe neend kyun nahi aa rahi…. Lekin tum kyun is raat ko yahan bahar khade ho?

Vishal: Kuch nahi… Achchi raat hai… Hawaa bhi achchi hai… Socha iska mazaa loon… (Thoughtful) Pata nahi baad me aisa mouka milega bhi ya nahi!

Sandhya: (Instantly) Kya?❓

Vishal: (Looking at her stammering) Nahi… Mera matlab tha…. When I get back to work…. Aisa kabhi relax karne ka mouka nahi milega naa…. You know my profession!

Sandhya: Oh! Yeah.... Desh ki seva me desh se badkar kuch nahi hota!

Vishal: (Turning around towards her sharply) To tum maanti ho ki desh ke liye apna sab kuch tyaagna sahi hai?

Sandhya: (Confused with his sudden question😕) Well…. Haan….. I mean zindagi ko jab desh ke naam likh diya hai to…. In a profession like yours country and country men come first…. No doubt in that!

Vishal: (Smiling) Thank you!😊

Sandhya: (Puzzled) Thank you?!?! Lekin kis liye?🤔

Vishal: Nothing… Bas kuch soch raha tha aur tumhare jawaab ne us doubt ko clear kar diya hai!

Sandhya: (Burrowing her eyebrows still in confusion) Oh… O… Ok…. (Remembering) Waise thank you meri taraf se bhi… For the dance…. Bahut achcha tha! Sabne kaha!

Vishal: (Embarrassed a little😳) Yeah sabne mujhse bhi kaha tha…. It did come out good naa?

Sandhya: (Looking at him accusing😈) Lekin is tarah to tumne rehearsals me nahi kiya tha…. Chehere par jitna ho sake utna distaste hi tha…. I was in fact not so sure that this dance would turn out so well!

Vishal: (Smiling teasing😉) Agar confidence nahi tha to mujhe jhela kyun? Kisi aur ko apna partner bana leti!

Sandhya: (Nodding) Hmm… Should have…. Lekin time nahi tha… Aur…. (Pausing)

Vishal: Aur?!?❓

She looked at him wondering whether he really didn't know the reason for dancing with him…. When she had heard this song for the first time she knew if she ever danced this song it would be with him…. And she also knew this was not possible in the near future with him not even speaking to her about their relationship…. She also knew that he was going to be a very good volunteering gentleman…. He had to be dragged into this someway and she had found the way….

Vishal: (Repeating his question) Aur?❓

Sandhya: (Tartly) Aur?!?! Tumhare siva koi last minute me mila hi nahi…. Isliye Dipika ke suggestion ko maante hue ye karna pada….

Vishal: (Mildly) Looks as you are regretting!

Sandhya: (Immediately) NO! (Composing) Err…. I mean…. Jab dance achcha hua hai to regret kyun karoongi… You were a good choice…. (To herself) You always will be a good choice!

Vishal looked at her smiling and turned away trying to find a reason to move away from there….. He couldn't bear standing there anymore with her so close and alone…. Their light conversation itself was making him weak and he couldn't afford to break the dam he had with great difficulty built around him….

Vishal: (Turning back to her) Vo… I think hume andar chalna chahiye…. It… It is getting cold…. I mean… Raat bahut ho chuki hai….

Sandhya: (Feebly remembering their relationship) It has always been very cold!

Vishal: (Puzzled) What? 😕

Sandhya: Kuch nahi… Raat hai to thand bhi lagegi… (Then remembering her main purpose for coming down to meet him, smiled and said) Lekin aisa koi hai jinhe naa ye raat ka ehsaas hai naa thand ka!

Vishal: (Confused) Matlab?? Koun? (Guessing) Ajay aur Neha… Of course….

Sandhya: (Shaking her head) Nai… Mere saath chalo!

Saying she caught her hand and dragged him with her…. But he held his ground and didn't move… When she turned around questioningly he asked....

Vishal: Lekin kahan? ❓

Sandhya: (Sighing😒) Ghabrao mat.… Bhagake shaadi nahi karne waali… Bas kuch dikhane le jaa rahi hoon! (Sternly😳) Ab chup chaap chalo… Warna….. Uthake leke jaana padega!

Sandhya: Maine aisa thodi kaha ki main tumhe uthane waali hoon… Tumhe mujhe uthake leke jaana padega andar! 😈

Vishal: (Immediately) Phir to behtar ki hum abhi andar chalein!

Saying he started walking towards the house with Sandhya smiling to herself….

Sandhya led him across the hall and up the stairs…. At the stairs he stopped for a second and looked at her questioningly…. She just indicated the stairs and shrugging his shoulder he followed her…. When he realized they were going to the terrace he stopped her and hissed…

Vishal: Ae…. Upar kyun leke jaa rahi ho? Tumhe to pata hai ki wahan….

Sandhya: (Hissing) Pata hai… Bas chup chaap chalo naa…. Ussse pehle….

Coming down she went behind him and said…

Sandhya: (Tapping his shoulder) Thoda jhuko!

Vishal: (Glancing over his shoulders mildly surprised) Kya?

Sandhya: Bina sawaal kiye juko naa!

Murmuring about 'Bandaron ko dimaag hi nahi hai ab pata hai!', while she retorted to that 'Of course, unke dimaag ko aap jaise chilgose jo khaate ho' he bent down a little… She closed his eyes from behind and told him to resume climbing the stairs… 😃

Coming to the landing window she told him to keep his eyes closed… Coming forward he adjusted him so that Aryan and Dipika fell directly in his view….

Then moving away she whispered….

Sandhya : Ab aankhein kholo!

He opened his eyes and what he saw was out of the world…. Involuntarily he took a step forward towards the window and a million dollar smile formed on his face…. She stepped closer to him and peeping from the side at his happy face said…. 😛

Sandhya: Yahi dikhane leke aayi thi… Dipika ke liye tum kitna parehsaan hote the, mujhe pata hai.... (Glancing at Aryan and Dipika) Ab uski life settled ho gayi hai, issse zyada tumhe aur kya chahiye?

Vishal: (Stunned caught her hand and said urgently) Aye bandariya…. Vo karo naa!

Puzzled having not expecting such a reaction from him she looked at him and repeated….

Sandhya: Kya vo karo? 😕

Vishal: (Looking at her impatiently) Are wahi… Vo jo… (Trying to remember🤔) I mean bade karte hain naa…. Jab kuch achcha hota hai!

Sandhya: Bade karte hain!?? Aashirwad? ❓

Vishal: Vo bhi… Lekin.. (Racking his brain) Are yaar…. (Showing his hand) Haath se kuch aisa aisa karte hain…. (Remembering) Subah Ajay ki maa ne uske kaan ke peeche kala…. I mean kajal lagaya tha kehke ki…

Sandhya: (Interjecting smiling) Nazar naa lage? Ab tum mujhe inki nazar utarvana chahathe ho?

Vishal: Exactly! Please karo naa! Ye to ladies hi karte hain naa? 😆

Sandhya: (Smiling at his understanding of the subject) Welll…. Nahi…. Lekin.…

Vishal: (Interrupting looking back at Aryan and Dipika) Explanation baad me dena…. Just do it!

Sandhya: (Fluttered the way he was excited nodded) Okay…. Okay…

Saying she positioned her hand exactly so that she could capture Aryan's and Dipika's frame in them…. Then twisting her hand she pressed her knuckles against her forehead…. Man…. Sounds erupted from them….

Sandhya: (Surprised she looked at Vishal) Vove!!!! Itni nazar!??!? Such me kyun naa ho? They are worth….

Her voice faltered as without another word Vishal turned towards her and smiling hugged her…. A crushing hug which made her go numb as a stun gun had been shot at her…. 🤗

She tried to steady herself but couldn't…. After a lot of debate she coiled her arms around him…..

Vishal: Unko meri hi nazar lagi hai….. Thank you so much Sandhya… Isi waqt ka intezaar tha mujhe itne maheenon se! I…. I never…. This moment… This very moment I will cherish my whole life….

Sandhya: (Her voice soft and unsteady) It…. I…. Wel…😕 😳

It seemed that the world had stopped around them as it faded behind them where each could feel only the other…. As her hands completely circled behind him she felt his hand tighten around her! ❤️

Sandhya was not used to feeling this close to edge…. She had never experienced his closeness so much…. And it was slowly raising all the tensions which lay deep down in her heart…. She closed her eyes to savor his touch, his closeness…. She could feel the steady beat of his heart against hers mixed with the male fragrance of him…. She sighed deeply wanting this moment to freeze! ☺️

Something about the breathless husky sigh of hers snapped him back to reality…. He opened his eyes shocked to see her like this in his arms…. As immediately as it had come he released her and stepped back…. 😲

Slowly he raised his head and studied her…. She blinked confused or dazed!!!??

He was instantly filled with regret….

Vishal: That should never have happened!

She said nothing and just looked on at him as he continued…..

Vishal: I promise you that it won't happen again!

Her eyes flickered with anger…. She opened her mouth, then abruptly closed it again…. Before another second passed she turned and rushed out of there! 😡

Stunned his mind whirling Vishal descended the steps….. It was a long day….. More emotionally exhausting too…. Sandhya…. Just saying her name produced an aching sensation in his heart…. An ache that had started the day he had met her in the restaurant…. But he could never approve her in his life…. It was all wrong…. If his fate had not turned against him he would have…. ❤️ 😕

As he passed the hall to go out tears stung his eyes…. Never…. Never before had he succumbed to his feelings like this…. He was a policeman…. He had lived like one for years…. Strict…. Strong…. Weighing all the decisions before he could strike on it…. But today…. With her… He was lost….

He went out and spread out on the lawn, lying on his back….. He was never going to win over his heart at this rate….. He prayed that this would be his last meeting with her… Never again he wanted to see her…. Because if he did he would never be able to handle her priceless love… And if he agreed to it, he would never forgive him for giving her a lonely life thereafter!

Tears of grief flowed down for the very first time against the sides of Vishal Malhotra, The Great's face! 😭

Sandhya rushed into her room…. She rushed over to the end of the window and caught the window grill for support…. She tried to fight back the tears threatening to fall lose down her cheeks…. But it was heart wrenching…. She stifled a whine coming deep down from her abdomen….😭

She hurriedly grabbed a pillow and folded herself into the far dark corner praying no one awakened…. Hugging her knees, placing her head on top of the pillow she tried her best to stop the tears flowing from her eyes…. She closed her eyes and pounded the pillow, trying to force herself to relax…. But even with closed eyes all she saw was him!

Damn him! She hated him…. She hated him for making her hate him…. But…….

Her voice screamed in her mind against his smiling face…. "I love you idiot! Not that you care or notice anything else…. You don't understand any of what I am feeling, do you? But you do...... Then why?!?!!?"

She wept uncontrollably into the silent night! 😭

Morning! Morning! Happy Morning! Beautiful morning! Sweet Morning! Cute Morning! Splendid Morning! 😳

Fragrance filled dawn peeped out from behind the house casting a soft orange glow along the wide blue horizon over the sea….. The early morning air was chilling than the night's…. 😳

The chilly air made Dipika slightly shiver raising goose bumps along her bare hands…. But immediately the shiver was replaced by warmth created along Aryan's hands as he rubbed his hand over her arms easing out the chillness….☺️

Smiling she looked up at him and saw his eyes were closed…. But he was smiling…. He was awake…. Little did she know that he hadn't even closed his eyes the whole night and was just content with watching her in his arms….😍 Only when he felt her shudder he had closed her eyes, because he didn't want her catching him sneaking glances at her..... He was not ready for any scoldings from her... He didn't want her to get upset with him about anything resulting him in losing her closeness! 😳

She hadn't slept as well, but had her eyes closed to feel his touch and warmth around her…. She wanted to capture it in her senses forever…. And another big reason was if she opened her eyes and looked at him she would have gone weak as like now….❤️

Dipika: (Softly) Good morning!

His response was a wider smile as he pulled her up close and grazed his cheek against hers….

Aryan: Mmm….😳

She blushed as the chillness increased but this time having nothing to do with the early morning sea breeze…. Seems she might soon be running out of blushes because he made her blush with every of his soft, feathery touches… And he seemed to do that a lot now!☺️

She lightly turned her head and gave a peck on his cheek…. His smile widened further as he adjusted himself and turned his head showing his other cheek…. She chuckled lightly as she straightened herself but still having his arms around her and placed a soft kiss on his other cheek….❤️

This time he sat up and opened his eyes… Looking at her directly he said….

Aryan: I want my mornings to be always as wonderful as this!😳

She smiled at his comment and waving her hand through his hair said sincerely….

Dipika: It will!

Her response required a gift which he acknowledged with a loveable hug equally reciprocated by her…. 🤗

They stayed thus for a while not wanting to leave each other's company even for a second…. Somewhere the twittering birds had started their day bringing back this lover birds to their senses too….

Parting from him Dipika looked at her watch and back up at him questioningly…

Aryan: (Smiling nodded) Chalte hain!

Dipika: (Smiling) Is baar bina kuch pooche hi maan gaye!

Wrapping his arms around her pulled her closer and said….

Aryan: Kyunki ab koi na koi aa jayega…. Hume nikalna jo hai!

Dipika: (Standing up composed herself and her saree) I see! Samajhdaar ban gaye ho!

Aryan: (Smiling) Aapka asar hai!😉

Standing Aryan stretched himself as Dipika stood beside him looking at him…. Just him… After doing few stretches, up and down he turned around and saw her looking at him….😍

He raised his eyebrows in question and she smiling just shook her head…. He looked at her understanding…. He knew what she was thinking….. The same as him……

Everything seemed like a dream…. He still couldn't believe she was standing in front of him like this… So close…. So beautiful….. They were together whole night…. With no one…. With Nothing… To come between them…. He had her only for him and she him….😳

Electricity coursed through him as he remembered her in his arms yesterday… His touch along her soft smooth skin… Their first… (He smiled☺️) kiss… Wooo…. He breathed out slowly feeling the sensation seep in him again… He was having a trouble of his time holding back his hands from her!

She looked at him sensing his feeling hit her like a tidal wave… She knew the way his eyes darkened in passion that he was thinking the same as her…. Even now her skin tingled with the sensation of his touch…. And her lips trembled slightly when she recalled his feel on hers…😳

Suddenly she felt shy with him standing so close to her…. An immediate air of intimacy got created the moment…. Shying, smiling she turned around when she felt him grasp her wrist…

She stood there not turning around as he closed the distance between them… She looked at him over her shoulders and said…

Dipika: (In a soft whisper) Sabke jaagne se pehle hume neeche jaana hai Aryan!

He raised her wrist to their eye level and smiling left it… Smiling she caressed the place he had touched and walked over to the parapet wall….😳

Aryan: (Surprised) Wahan kahan jaa rahi ho? Darwaza to wahan…

He said indicating behind them…. But he stopped talking when he saw her walk over to his coat and pick it up…. Smiling she turned around indicating it and said…

Dipika: Yaheen chodne ka irada hai?❓

His smile was her response…. Shying she walked few feet along the parapet wall to collect her braids…. Oh… As she collected each braid her breathing increased thinking of how he loosened them from her hair, the feel of his hand in her hair…. The gentle way he massaged her neck…. His nuzzle on her neck… The hair on her neck stood up just thinking about him and his touch!

Oh what was happening to her!?! What have you done to me Aryan Khanna? 🤪

Closing her eyes s he shook head as if shaking her head would clear his feelings…. Well…. Seemed it did for a while at least…..

Smiling she wiggled out of those sweet memories and collected her braids…. She had turned around to go when she stopped suddenly… Sharply she turned around and swept the lawn area…. In the dim morning sunlight, she saw a form lying back down on the lawn… She strained her eyes and to her shock saw it was Vishal….😕

Dipika: (To herself) Vishal! Is waqt yahan kya kar raha hai? Is waqt ya raat bhar yaheen tha? Itni thand me, neeche zameen me kyun leta hai??!😒

As her thought whirled around her friend's strange behavior she heard Aryan call out…

Aryan: Chalein?

She looked at the sleeping form down on the lawn for a while… Then turning around still puzzled she looked at Aryan who was looking at her concerned…

Aryan: (Walking towards her) Kya hua? You look strained!

Walking the remaining distance between them she forced a smile back on to her face and said….

Dipika: No… Nothing… Must be the cold! Chalo…. Chalte hain…. Sab uth jayenge!

Aryan nodded but still was not convinced about her behavior… Wrapping an arm around her waist he led her downstairs!😳

At the stairs….

Dipika extended the coat to him… Without speaking anything aloud he took the coat… All the while eyes set only for each other he walked back down to the boys' room while she walked up to the girls room…

They had enough of each other anyone would have thought with the time they had spent with each other… A full night having spent together…. But that seemed very less…. It didn't feel enough for their hearts…. It was just the beginning…. They had their full life ahead and any time together would never be enough!😳

Smiling she bade a small bye to him before going into the room… His response was a short wave indicating his disapproval at the separation…

Finally their room doors had come after an eternity and they forced themselves to get inside and get settled before the others woke up!

Aryan stepped inside the room and slowly looked around…. Breathing a sigh of relief he saw that none of them were awake… He slowly made way to a corner and lay down as silent as possible…. They still had an hour before anyone woke up…🤔

He debated whether to freshen up or just lie down until others woke up…. No… If he waited till the others got up he would have to face the guys… His night was beautiful with beauty in his arms… But it seems he might have to pay for that… He wondered about his state when the guys got up!😃

So as silent as possible he took out things from his bag…. Walking over to the bathroom he searched for his worst nightmare, Vishal around…. But was surprised not to find him there…. He had woken up so early in the morning!?!? Puzzled he went to get ready….🤔

Dipika opened the door slowly caring not to make much noise… Sunlight warm and light seeped in through the open window…. She peeped in and saw everyone sound asleep…. She slowly tip toed inside and to the end of the room where there was a little space…

What was she to do now? She looked at her watch…. In half hour or so everyone had to wake up to get ready to leave…. She looked around thoughtful and decided better to get ready…. Anyways she was not feeling sleepy and could not sleep anyways…

She got her things and went to freshen up… 😊

Later....

Coming out of the bath she saw that the others were still asleep….. Breathing a sigh of relief that no one had yet noticed her she walked over to the window toweling her hair….

Thinking of yesterday night brought a beautiful smile on her face enough to light hundred galaxies…. Her breathing grew shallow thinking about her first kiss…. The heat of her blush reached her cheeks thinking about Aryan's warm touch that created feathery sensations scampering across her skin….😳

He was caring, sweet and very light… He hadn't hastened…. For her everything…. Love, life, to be in a man's arms like that was new…. First in her life…. She knew it was not like that for him…. But somehow she didn't feel that in his touch… She knew and had felt his nervousness when he had kissed her… It was as fresh as first time.... But when it deepened both of them feel at ease with each other….

She smiled sensing his hand smooth across her arms…. She turned her head lightly to look back and hit herself lightly on her head…. Her imagination…..

She shook herself out of the feel coming back to the reality that he was not with her the moment…. Just then she noticed that she had stopped toweling her hair…. Hitting herself mentally again for been so vulnerable she dipped her head down to towel her hair….

As she straightened, her smile vanished replaced with a slight frown…. She thought she saw someone at the corner end of the room behind the wooden clothes barrier …. Tracing her steps she walked around the clothes rack….😒

She stopped dead in her tracks realizing it was Sandhya…. Her hair was disheveled and she was lying down hugging a pillow in a crumpled heap…. Concerned she hurried over to her and lightly shook her….

What had happened?!!? Why was she like this? Was she not feeling well? Why was she lying here? Thousands questions raced across her mind as she tried wakening her up.…😲

Dipika: (Whispering) Sandhya! Sandhya!

She stirred lightly and opened her eyes…. Looking up with shrunken eyes she said groggily…. Her eyes were red and puffy...

Sandhya: Dipika!🥱

She tried to sit up but had trouble as her whole body had gone stiff…. Dipika helped her sit up, the pillow slid from her grasp…. Sitting she stretched out her hands and legs yawning…. She looked around and noticed day light… It was morning…. She wondered when she had fallen asleep when she knew or had thought she could never sleep…. Even though she didn't want to, her body was weary of all that had happened and wanted to rest it seemed….

Seeing Dipika still looking at her concerned she smiled wanly and wished her morning…

Sandhya: Good morning!

Dipika: Are you alright? Kya hua? Tum yahan is tarah…😕

She paused and taking a closer look at Sandhya noticed her tear stricken face and asked numb…

Dipika: You cried… All night?😒

Sandhya: (Smiling feebly) No… Where did you get that idea from?

Her voice seemed strained and it was with great difficulty she was saying those words…. And Dipika could sense it… But she was clearly trying to hide it from her… She remembered seeing Vishal outside on the lawn like that…. Never before had he behaved so….

Dipika: (Probing) Phir tum yahan is halat me? Soyi kyun nahi?

Sandhya: Soyi to thi Dipika… (Showing her the pillow) Look… Bas neend nahi aa rahi thi raat ko and I was sitting thinking something…. Waise hi kaise aankh lag gayi pata hi nahi chala!

Dipika: (Grasping her shoulders tight exasperated with her excuses😡) Kya hua that kal raat ko? Vishal bhi bahar lawn me so raha hai… Raat bhar waheen tha kya?

At the mention of his name Sandhya's eyes clouded as she just looked up at Dipika without answering her…. Sandhya didn't have to say anything, but Dipika could read the answer in her eyes…. If she knew her friend so well, it was no trouble in understanding the woman who loved him so much….

Dipika: (Sternly😳) Kya hua tha? Kal raat…. Tum aur vo…

Sandhya stood up suddenly and looking down at her said…

Sandhya: Kuch bhi nahi hua Dipika…. Kuch bhi nahi….

Dipika: (Standing up irritated) Phir tum is tarah kyun….

Sandhya: (Interrupting) Kuch bhi nahi hua Dipika…. Yahi to keh rahi hoon… Kuch bhi nahi hua…. Naa usne kuch kaha!

Dipika: (Dazed) You talked to him yesterday night….

Sandhya nodded feebly and said….

Sandhya: He is hiding something from us…. He is attracted towards me…. But still doesn't want to get involved with me… He loses his guard when I am around…. So he plays fake with his feelings….

Dipika: Sandhya ye to hume pehle se pata hai…. Lekin kya chupa raha hai kaise pata lagayein? Agar kisi ke baare me jaanana ho to unke parents se, doston se pooch sakte hain… But when he is hiding things from us itself…. I am helpless! Not to mention hurt that he doesn't believe me to tell everything about him!

Sandhya: (Determined) If he wants to feel miserable been away from me…. (Looking at Dipika) He can try…. Because I will not let him feel miserable…. Mera pyaar dard me ho aur main vo dekhti rahoon!?!? Never…. Let him fight away from me… Dard to hota hai mujhe… (Aching for him) I ache for him… Lekin mujhse zyada use dard ho raha hai…. I have seen that ache in him too… Maine dekha hai us dard ko uski aankhon me…. And I am not going to let it be! I am as stubborn as him…. Just that he is stubborn in not letting me near him and I am stubborn to get him! 👍🏼

Smiling Dipika hugged her and said… 🤗

Dipika: Oh Sandhya! Thank you! Thank you so much! Vishal is lucky to have you in his life! Mujhe nahi lagta aisa koi hoga jo us pagal se is tarah pyaar kar sakta hai… Sab me itni patience nahi hoti!

Sandhya: (Parting from her smiled) Pagal hai, isliye pagalon ki tarah ussse pyaar karti hoon… Stubbornness is my birth right… I can never leave it…. (Softly) Nor him!😳

Dipika didn't know whether to laugh or cry at the state her friend was in… She knew she didn't have to worry much about him…. But she had all the while feared that if he kept shunting Sandhya and if she really did leave him, her friend would become lonely and lost…. But seems her fear was unnecessary…. The way Sandhya hooked on to him, man Vishal was not going to easily loosen her off unless and until he agreed…. And this made her relieved….😊

Dipika: (Walking her to the bathroom) Jao… Jaake fresh ho jao…. (Looking around the other sleeping forms and at her watch) Sab uththe hi honge…. Neha ka Grahpravesh hai naa!

Sandhya nodded and went to get her things…. Seeing her Dipika was surprised…. She had never seen any woman like her…. Stubborn and out right bent to get on what she had her eyes set….

Dipika herself was not like her… She followed rules… Procedures which were right….. She was of course stubborn with her rules… But when it comes to love…. ❤️

She was in the same circumstances few months ago when Aryan had refused to accept her love… But then she had let him go because clinging on to him was giving him pain… Later looked like her decision was wrong…. Letting him go had instead increased his pain….

Sandhya was different…. She was not going let Vishal go… Not so easily and not without a fight…. She was fighting her love from her love…. What an irony!!!!

In a way she was happy for both of them but a little concerned that Vishal was getting trapped with a vicious creature he would have to handle his whole life! Grinning she thought of how he was going to handle her!! And with the way he was treating her, finally when he does agree about which she was 100% sure of, Sandhya was going to make him pay for all the pains he had given her…. She would never let go of that man so easily!😆

She dearly waited for that moment wondering how Sandhya's sweet revenge would be! And this all made her assured that Vishal and Sandhya were going to be one and one forever! She awaited and prayed that moment come soon, like hers and Aryan's!

His name always brought a smile on her face…. Sigh…. This was lovely…. After years of struggle mentally and psychologically she had won her heart from her heart!☺️
