Alaknanda comes home and starts screaming for eravati and sulakshna.
ammaji and everyone else comes and ammaji asks, alak, you never raise
your voice, why today? eravati and sulakshna make faces...
alak tells them she jsut came from chhobe maharaj and he told her who
made the wrong kundali. eravati and sulakshna - you made the wrong
kundali right? eravati says i am not the one at fault, i jsut went along with
sulakshna. sulakshna says eravati why r u making this my fault, this is all
your doing. eravati says alak knows how much you hate her and her
daughter. they start fighting, blaming each other.
alak says stop it, sulakshna you have daughters, how could you do this to
someone else'e daughter. eravati, what did shagun do to you? eravati
says, you do whatever u want, say whatever u want, we did what we
thought was right. eravati now says that we had to get shagun married off
so we could get u married to our brother, shagun was already well known
in banares, so we had to do this, we asked him for help. sulakshna says i
told eravati then that be careful. eravati says that then why did u go to
shagun's sasural and talk about akhand sobhagyavati? alak says u know
what u were doing, what if we my shagun becomes a widow...cant finish
saying the word.

slaps her...at least i think it was him, too busy typing. ok, it was her
husband who slapped her, now he reminds her that she is also a
daughter, he drags her to alak and says that eravati should be punished.
agni is watching all this from the top. ammaji speaks up, punishment?
both of them have given us punishment, today mom and mother in law
are both ashamed from the bhrdwaj daughter and daughter in law. i didnt
have this expectation from these two. sulakshna u were my oldest bahu,
u are supposed to take on the principles and morals of this family, what
can i expect from you that i see while am still living. she pulls eravati and
say u are this house's daughter, daughters only think of the best for their
family, but u live her and u can only think of bringing this family. i see big
splits in this family. agni thinks, raajeshwari u said it right, there wont be
too much time before this family is split apart. sad music. everyone goes
their own way.
alak is still crying. husband comforts her, shantanu tells her alak not
now, you have to have courage. we have to be shagun's courage.
shagun is in her room on the floor crying(nice carpets!) alak and shantanu
come to her room, see her on the floor and they cry. shagun and alak cry
in each other's arms.
damini and triveni are happy again - in the kitchen, discussing how great
it was. damini says she walked around sumer's room, he wasnt happy.
triveni says its true sumer will be unhappy without shagun. i didnt
understand this conversation at all.
sumer is looking at a picture of shagun. damini comes running, says
bhaiya lets go, something is wrong with mom. triveni is on her bed,
damini says triveni is hungry and thirsty since yesterday, triveni says this
is shagun's present to me. how could we make such a mistake. how could
we get such a daughter in law, we were keeping her on her eyelashes, we
didnt know she was so awful. your dad couldnt sleep either, wasnt just
me. sumer is now more disturbed - i guess thats the plan to make sure
sumer will be against shagun again. damini starts to cry again. triveni
says whatever happened, you don't let it get to you sumer, we are all with
you, you're the oldest, you have to decide whats best for this family.
sumer says i understand my responsibility, whatever i decide it will be
good for this family. both women are smirking...
sumer says his eyes are now open.

triveni wipes off her crocodile tears...they both laugh. triveni says now he
wont shagun in this house again, she will be in her maayka crying for the
rest of her life.
shagun is shown crying on the floor again.
Tass - i can do this tomorrow also, and maybe a couple of days next
week. leaving india soon and wont have tv access for a whle...
