thanks 😃 i understand that solhah means 16 but what about singaar? How is it translated into English?

It means dressing up....in Hindi...basically it means that married woman dress up with jewellery and stuff do solahh singaar ........

OK I am going to take a shot at understanding the title....Solah singaar is done by married women in India and Widows are supposed to stay away from it so the title reflects the story of the widow in a regressive society. Meera is supposed to bring solah singaar back into Alaka's life......
