Today before going to analysis of yesterday episode want to highlight couple of other things

1) 1)Happened to hear Mohan Bagawat's Vijayadashami Speech. What caught my attention was couple of sentences he told. He clearly told our ancient knowledge, traditions has to be made in line with the needs of the yuga we are living in. And we hold the power to do so. Second the practical knowledge to survive in this world which includes western science and other modern technology they have to be used in such a way so that our culture and tradition is not lost. In short on this day of Vijayadashami, day in which the first step towards knowledge is given to a child with Maa Saraswati's blessing he was calling for the integration of knowledge of east and west. We all know it is possible. And throughout my analysis of SKR I have stressed on this point. Ramayana and MB is not books that should be kept in pedestal and worshipped, but to opened and read. They have knowledge that can be made inline with the needs of present yuga if we try. These books remain religious because it is seen through that time period, no through the prism of present time period. If you personally ask me why I had loved SKR so much it is because they presented Ramayan as per the needs of present society with relevant beautiful dialogues as most of us are incapable of understanding the ancient symbols, its meanings. They translated that knowledge for us people of Kaliyuga to understand and implement in our daily lives at least 5% in our language. And if Sanathana Dharma needs to survive we need that. Our epics, scriptures spoken in the language the people of Kaliyuga understand it. It is like Akshay Kumar coming in the movie Oh my God. Telling based on Yuga God also change. Their dress also change. What we have in photos is their attire in the old yuga. The mute question has to be by understanding Ramayan can we recognize a Ram or a Krishna in a man who wears shirt and trousers who carries a laptop and mobile. Who rides a bike , who chills out in a mall or enjoys with a group of friends. Can we see a Sita in jeans and kurti clad girl, typing in a computer, having a mobile phone, balancing household and her professional ambitions, playing monopoly with her kids or having a nice chat with her husband, celebrating with her friends then yes to some extend we have understood the essence of Ramayana beyond the realm of Yuga.

2) 2) Second point is on a book I am reading called Chaos Point by Erving Lazlo. I have not read it yet completely as it is very deep and quite intriguing. But the moot point of the book is the present generation is at a decision window from where our decisions will ensure whether the world will breakdown, or we define a new path which leads to break through. A path that can reduce sufferings, reduce poverty, reduce wealth imbalance , power imbalance for our future generations. The point is our actions may not directly benefit us, but the benefits of our struggle will go for the coming generations. Do we have it in us to change their future. Are we willing to struggle for their sake using freewill than being selfish and leading the life the way we want. Think about it. Thought of sharing it as a good Vijayadashami thought.

Now coming to the analysis. The most interesting point for me yesterday was Ram's dialogue. Yes I will talk to them but after defeating them. I simply loved it. That line defined Narayan yesterday, reason what was the defeat he was talking about. It is not the physical defeat Ram was talking about, it is the emotional defeat of Luv-kush he is talking about.

What is the emotional defeat. Lifting of Maya. The fact that Sita was abandoned in forest without any care. It is not the truth. Sita will come, come with the knowledge that Ram has cared for his wife and kids. He has not neglected her. He had sent his favourite and trusted Sevak Hanuman to take care of them. Hanuman was with them throughout taking care of them, protecting them. What he couldn't do , due to his responsibility as a king, he did it via his sevak, his elder son equivalent. Luv-Kush will know their brother was always with them. They were not abandoned. Why the father did it the way he did it was to ensure that they question. They question the maryada of Raghukul so that the maryada can be changed. That was always his intention and what they did was what he wanted. Just like he wanted the world to question him and not Sita. The Leela of Narayan, the leela of Hari was in full flow yesterday, opening up beautifully in front of Mahalakshmi. He expected her to stand up for the justice of daughters of Ayodhya trusting her that if their kids raised the question as a woman she will follow sthreedharma to allow them to question the injustice towards a woman. Ram knew Sita that much. What she will do, what she wont. That's Hari the one who knows all. He knows who will walk along the direction he has kept and giving him what he wants without him raising a single finger. I felt the smile of Krishna in that dialogue when Krishna lifts the chakra and sun shines through with Jayadrath in direct line of fire. Lifting of Maya. Lifting of Maya is always beautiful to watch and Hari's Maya well less said the better because when you experience it, you understand the beauty of it.

Look at the palace now. Brothers are guilty. Mothers are guilty. Mothers even feel strongly the kids are princes of Ayodhya with a deep connect to Sita. Everyone is in the right frame of mind for laws to change.

Now Hanuman. He has come to fight. Kids say they don't fight as Hanuman as caused no damage to Sita. Hanuman says he has come to fight with them as per Ram's orders. Kids say attack, we cannot fight without you attacking. What I loved in the cuteness of Luv-Kush was no one really wants to fight them. Everyone is fine getting defeated by the cuties. They have to raise bow and arrow they are raising. But emotionally all of them are with the kids demands. But as per dharma only when they are defeated the aswamedha horse will belong to the new owners. New owners is the new sanskriti that will be established by Luv-kush. They have stopped the old sanskriti, restraining it which till that point was having a free run.

Jhanvi Di happy dusshera. Post whenever u can.

@shruthi di thanks for sharing. The first message is what I have been learning a lot from ur posts. Ramayan just as it is can't really help us in this yuga. The layers have to be removed slowly just like skr did it. The essence of ramayan is what I find this thread which I can carry with me and helps me each day of my life.
The second point was really thought provoking.
And u uncoded Hari maya beautifully. Pls post yesterday's analysis.
I loved this part
That's Hari the one who knows all. He knows who will walk along the direction he has kept and giving him what he wants without him raising a single finger.

Sita doesnt want justice. Sita doesn't want any battle. You will come with me this second. If my children has insulted Raghuvansh or its maryada please forgive them as they are kids. Amazing dialogues and the truth shines through. Ram knows who the kids are. Guru Vashistha knows who the kids are. Ram's expressions were superb. The moment he sees Sita, the moment the realization happens to him who the kids in front of him are the bow falls from his hand. How can a father fight his kids. That too kids who are observing all rules of war including paying respect to him before the war. He told he will not take back Sita. Because in Raghuvansh decision is made only once and it remains binded. But seeing Sita he cannot fight, fight for Raghukul ki maryada.

But the point today was Sita. Her dialogue to Ram and Luv-Kush reminded me of Arjun in battlefield. " Madhav I don't want to fight. What will I gain fighting my Pitamah, my guru, my brothers. Wont the world call me sinner for fighting with my elders. No Madhav I cannot fight. I don't want kingdom". He sits in the chariot keeping away the Gandeeva. What does Krishna do. He gives BG. Why Arjuna has to fight. He is not fighting his near and dear ones, but the adharma of the system. He is not punishing his near and dear ones, but the adharma in them. If he doesn't fight this war to establish dharma or justice then the future generations will suffer more.

Same is the case with Sita. Yes she doesn't want justice. She is satisfied with Ram's vachanpalan. But does every man has maryada like Ram. Will her kids accept the injustice meted out to her. Precap shows they are angry. They reject Raghuvansh as they say they will only accept their mother's kul and not their father's kul. Is it right. Can a mother allow the kids to reject their father. No. She knows Ram. But if Luv-Kush has to understand Ram and accept him, she has to speak to them in their language. The way they understand. For that she has to raise the Gandeeva and fight the battle not for herself, but for her sons to understand their father, to change the one sided rules of Raghuvansh, not Raghuvansh itself for a better life for her daughters and daughter in laws.

She has to make Luv-Kush understand that while Narayan's power was with Raghuvansh, swayam Narayan was with her and them, Rudra was guarding their flagpost as Hanuman and where Narayan and Rudra is there can Mata Gowri or Shakthi stay away. She will always be there. In short Sita their mother is with Ram and Hanuman. But Sita the woman, Sita the woman has to reject Ayodhya's one sided rules by refusing to go back. That is her battle. The distinction she brings between Sita the mother and Sita the woman to kill the one sided Raghukul ki maryada but at the same time protecting the lineage of Raghuvansh. As Valmiki says Sita has to fight that battle. She cannot run away from the field. If she runs away, the question remain on Sita banishment. Ram has given Sita an option to fight with him and Hanuman on one side and the power of the system on other side. If she understand it, she will have to fight.

In Dwapara Yuga Arjun got the same choice. Me without weapon on one choice and my power on other side. Arjuna chooses Krishna without weapon. Narayan comes as Arjun's charioteer holding the direction of his battle. Hanuman sits in the flagpost offering protection to Arjun. Narayan below, Shankar above Arjun stands in the chariot and fights as he is blessed by Mata Gowri herself. Narayan takes the power from other side at appropriate time

In our life also we have to fight our battle. We always get the choice of Narayan's power and Narayan without weapon. If we follow his direction and do action, he will take the power from other side. After all it is his power. We need to understand God has to oblige everyone. You, me and every other being in this world. He has to answer everyone's prayer. He cannot say no to anyone. He wants to protect dharma only if you could help him by understanding him, trusting him and instead of going asking for something, give something to him. Even if it is the one handful of rice which sudhama gave or a piece of silk cloth with which Panchali tied his wound with love and care he will give back to you multifold when you need it the most. Adharmi's ask for his power, if you believe in dharma ask for him, love him in any form you believe suitable. He can be your father, brother, lover, friend anything and if you remain true to that relation with him, he will remain true to you within the purview of that relation. If Adharma has to go from this world, we have to do our own little bit of dharma in whatever way possible understanding Lord's direction without demanding his power. If you too wants his power what is the difference between you and an adharmi. So think. If you are facing challenges, hard battle on most occasions he is with you, urging you to fight change is just around the corner. Keep going.

The whole episode was multilayered...some layers explicitly visible but the core remained hidden. Sita realizes Hanuman's truth and expresses her heartfelt gratitude for his sacrifices for her. What is not said by both is that they know the chief architect of this sacrifice. She wants to know about Ram, but does not tell Hanuman about her visit in spiritual form to the palace where she not only realizes the immense love Ram has for her but also his crushing guilt. One sentence stands out in their conversation, that Sita did have the layer of disappointment at Ram's actions to cloak her pain and anguish, but Ram did not even have that solace. Her expression showed a moment of introspection...it perhaps made her more determined to alleviate his suffering.
Ram comes to know about Hanuman's defeat and prepares for his battle with Luv-Kush. There were two shades that were again unacknowledged -his intangible bond with them and his pride for the boys who are standing for his Sita's honour.
I absolutely loved their interaction .The whole convo was serious and seemingly on opposite sides but what the kids don't know is that Ram is already on their side.
The irony for Ram is that his father wanted him to break his word and not really go for vanvass and his sons want him to acknowledge his mistake in sending his wife to the forest...a loop revisited.
Ram glimpses his wife and his bow falls to the ground because of some unacknowledged truths come to light. He takes a step forward and stops...She notices that and perhaps deduces that a king is again unable to accept her and to some extent their children. She moves forward to apologise for her children's behaviour but in such an impersonal tone that it shocks him into silence. He is going through the same emotions that she would have gone through when he addressed her as Devi after killing Ravan...another loop closed.
Shruthi I thought that Sita has been fighting her battles incessantly. From her determination to accompany him the forest, her constant battles with Ravan ,her agni pareeksha to be reinstated in the Raghuvanshi fold and not the least her second vanvas and bringing up her children single handedly. She has always stood tall as a woman fighting for her identity and honour.

@Savitha you are absolutely right. The epi was very much multilayered. Loop closing yes it was indeed loop closing of Devi. And thanks for bringing Hanuman-Sita convo. I kind of missed it. When Hanuman tells I knew everything but still couldn't alleviate your pain reminded me of Krishna in MB on 13th day of war. He knew what Arjun will hear on end of the day. He knew what pain Arjun will face. But still he takes Arjun to the other end of the battlefield.
Hanuman knew what Sita was feeling. He saw Ram's pain. But still he stood mute allowing the destiny to open up itself. Because certain things have to happen the way they are. That's what the master architect wants. Hanuman understood him perfectly and behaved the way he wanted. Even when he fights with Luv-Kush it is not the boys who are defeating Hanuman, but he decides to oblige them as he knows what they are asking is right.
Luv-Kush says look at Ram. He doesn't lift the bow. But it is not Luv-Kush that distract Ram's focus. But it is Sita who is coming.
Sita's battle this time is hard Savitha. That was what I have been telling. She says to Valmiki she doesn't want to go to Ayodhya because she doesn't haven't in her to suffer humiliation and rejection once again. That hesitance. But she has to go. Go for the sake of her sons and take the battle against Raghukul ki maryada not as kulvadhu of Raghukul, but as mother of Luv-Kush as a woman.
She was Kali for Ravan, Gowri of Ram. Now she has to become Kali of Raghukul ki maryada at the same time remaining Gowri for Ram by giving him Raghukul's lineage well bought up. At this point Sita doesn't want to become Kali for Raghukul ki maryada. And it is true also. It is very difficult for her. Because if she becomes one her fate will be of Kaikeyi's who had to take all the blame as Raghukul loves to blame its woman. But she has to fight that war for justice. Only she can do it.
12 years of drought in Mithila. A baby girl came and the land blossomed. 12 years of unhappiness in Ayodhya. The same lady comes and her battle will bring out a new dawn for Raghukul.

What a path crossing. Dasrath -Kaikeyi Bharath. Ram-Sita Luv kush. Posting analysis soon.
@Sanju most probably she will have to go to Ayodhya. If the society questions the paternity of luv-kush can a mother take it sitting. She has to establish her son's paternity and that is her battle. She will establish it and she will reject the society that questioned her. Bhoomi pravesh has to be rejection, solid brutal rejection of Ayodhya's society by Mahalakshmi

I am confused watching today's episode. Especially Ram...
I think he knows Sita does not want to come as he knows her character(self respect). But he wants her to comeback and be with him and the kids. 😕Hope they clear misunderstanding between Siya Ram as still Siya wants an answer why abondon her without informing ?Was Sita not pregnant when she was abandoned. Everyone knows that and why the pujari is questioning them. Shruthi can you please make me understand today's episode ?
