A wonderful episode. Shruthi and Janhavi the cvs spoke your words about Gowri and Shakti. Sita is broken in spirit and with the unpredictable assaults from both friends and foes she is completely drained of energy. At this juncture her pleas reach the right ears and she is answered by divinity itself.

Sant Surdas in one of his songs says that he was able to see god only when he closed his eyes from this world...Isn't it true that realization comes only when we turn our face away from Maya{sorry Shruthi, couldn't resist}. Sita tunes out the outer world and she sees the divine force standing before her. The divine presence gives her the direction to know and understand the core of herself. Sita today represented us humans with her queries and questions .Her enlightenment ultimately comes from within her. If you note her surrender to Ram was her first step towards knowledge and ultimately enlightenment.

I know the Jaya-Vijaya story, but seeing it on screen more or less simplified the understanding. So thank you Cvs. One more thing I loved that Hari was not shown in blue ...I have never understood as to why we limit God to a certain color or attribute.

From yesterday's episode I felt bad that Meghnadh does not really get it. In his overzealous need to prove Sulochana wrong and at the same time blindly follow his father ,He forgets the basic foundation for any relationship-Trust and respect. If he had talked to her when she was planning the rescue and made his position clear ,then his trust and respect would have been intact.

One more thing I keep forgetting to mention that I love and enjoy the background veena score for Ravan ...On a lighter note the voodoo thing yesterday did creep me out{never could understand why snakes and other creatures had to take human form on tv} but nice save Cvs with today's episode.😆
