Regardin madi expressns, yes she z quite gud in soft scenes. Earlier as unmarried princess, she was okay in arguments as well. i remember her scene with malyavan in mithila..dats wat is d apt one...it's mostly hard for me to relate to vanvaasi Sita of SKR wen she z in an argument...

I agree. Earlier Sita's arguements were in a very dignified manner. She put forth her points without being hurtful to the person in front. Now she reacts a bit too haughtily which contradicts her soft nature

@tssvenkat bu both in Ramayan n in SKR Lakshman z gonna be shown as attackin surpi as part of protectin Sita...anger n self defense do have a difference...here Sita ma was terrified seein d attack of surpi so Lakshman in an instantaneous rxn to the attack came to defend his Bhabhi.

yes, that's the real cause of shurpi's nose cutting, she was attacking sita and lakshman was protecting her. it was not some punnishment.

Yes you are right, this is what is going to happen but not sure how they have executed the scene. if Surpanaka is just attacking Sita from behind and he cuts the nose in defense or she is begging for forgiveness or a chance to live and still he cuts her nose is what I am not sure.

Ok, I finished watching this week's episodes, and boy, were they as wierd
  • Mayavi never knew about Rishi Matanga's curse on Vali. He did go to Kishkindha & challenge Vali to fight him, but on seeing him, he developed cold feet & fled. Also, while he did scream when he was getting killed, he didn't do a Mareech - shout out Sugreev's name. It was Sugreev who wrongly assumed that he had killed Vali
  • Here, they showed Tara dress as a widow, which really is whitewashing Sugreev. The vanara conduct did allow widow remarriage, and Tara actually became Sugreev's wife. That actually was probably the main thing that pissed off Vali - sitting on his throne was one thing, but getting his wife something else totally. That was why he seized Roma. Wrongly, of course, since Sugreev took Tara thinking that Vali was dead, and Tara returned to him once he returned, whereas nobody thought that Sugreev was dead that Vali would get any rights on Roma
  • Jayant's story has been made really convoluted by first making him lose Roma to Sugreev, and being upset at that, setting amorous glances at Sita. There is nothing to suggest that he had any amorous designs on Sita: he just enjoyed pecking her feet w/ his crow beak. Also the way they showed Rama invoke the weapon was more like the Brahmashira - which Ashwatthama tried to use against the Pandavas by pulling out a blade of grass. What Rama used was the Brahmastra, and even though Jayant surrendered, the Brahmastra couldn't go unused, so it took out his left eye (not right, as they showed)
  • Shurpanakha arrives in the forest and just sees rakshashas around her getting killed left & right, and simply admires Rama? I liked Dushan upbraiding her for having fled Lanka. And Shurpanakha doing her shringhar for Rama? Really, Shurpi should marry Jayant 😈 - he's after Sita/Roma, and she's after Rama. Why not match them together?

The promos that they're showing - Sita angrily berating Lakshman on the behalf of womankind for cutting off Shurpi's nose? 😡 I'm actually gonna be thrilled when ⭐️Ravan abducts ⭐️Sita and takes her to Lanka. At least Lakshman will be free of her lectures.

Jaya, it looks like the writers want the blame of the haran laid squarely on Lakshman 's feet. Heck.. why should they worry if it was Sita or Lakshman at fault?
Raavan in his lust and Surpi in her need for vengeance decided to do something that caused the destruction of their kingdom. But the writers😡

Btw seeing the video, it looked as if Lakshman in his anger advances on a surpi cowering in fear.

Hi guys..till now I've been a silent reader ..and i used to love siya ke ram...but ever since the vanvas track started i feel that the essence of ramayan itself is missing in siya ke ram . This new promo of portraying surpanakha as innocent is going too far. Having read both valmiki ramayan and ramcharitamanas by tulsidas..it is mentioned that lakshman reacted only after being prompted by ram to teach surpanakha a lesson. I dont know why the cvs are trying to portray lakshman's character in such a bad way..

As I predicted, Lakshman will be put to blame for the haran, when it was Ravan's lust and Surpankha's need for revenge. And her lust as well.

I am fairly certain that Shri Ram, Shri Lakshman, Sita Ma and Shri Hanuman are very angry with the horrible portrayals of the other characters 😡😡
