whatever may be the reason I stated watching SKR but...
My respect for Ram has sure increased
(As I had so many questions before than reg Ram)
The show has succeeded in that front

You know what Mano,many people who read the Ramayana are quick to judge Ram that he abandoned his pregnant wife and that he was cold hearted and stuff.But they fail to see the other side of the coin.

When I was a kid and my granny told me this story,even I was very angry at Ram that he left Sita.Then Granny said something which I never forgot.

'You are hurt because Ram left Sita.But you can't even imagine the pain which he inflicted on himself when he took this decision.He was not punishing Sita.He had punished himself.Sita was his very soul.His life was meaningless without her.Every moment was difficult when she was away from him.After she left,he was nothing but a shell.His life was devoid of happiness.But as the Upholder of Rules,he had to take this decision.He was bound by the rules of the society.It's not easy to be Maryada Purushottam.Not everyone can become a Ram.So,I advise you not to judge him.Understand Ram.Understand him as Sita did.'

It was after this day that my devotion for Ram increased a hundredfold

I am sure that SKR will answer our questions.
