Only if he knew his Bhabhi will accompany them to the forest and his demon will order him to take care of her sister, he would not have decided to follow his brother to forest instead would have tried to convince his brother to stay back by taking a promise from him.

Duty and Desire

Laxman and Rishi informed Ram about the troubles caused by the demons. Ram and Laxman went to destroy them and save the people. Many people from Ayodhya heard about Ram and Laxman's fight against demons and started visiting Chitrakoot frequently. After killing the demons, Ram decided to move from Chitrakoot. Ram, Laxman and Sita traveling nearly 7 Km by foot, reached Sage Atri's ashram.

Ram: Pranam, rishi Atri

Rishi Atri: Welcome to my ashram, Ram. It was good to hear that you and Laxman killed the rakshasas in Janasthana.

Ram: We did only our duty, rishi.

One kid in the ashram who knew about Ram and Laxman stories of killing demons, interrupted their conversation.

Kid: Pranam ShriRam, Is killing a duty?

Ram is shattered for a moment.

Ram: Killing the evil people is not wrong, its Kshatriya dharm.

Kid: Did the Kshatriya dharm says to kill the evil person or their evil thoughts?

Ram: When the people/rakshasas refuse to change their evil thoughts even after getting many chances, it becomes the duty of kshatriya's to destroy them.

Kid: I heard Maharani Kaikeyi also had an evil wish, should not be she killed? Why Shri Ram obeyed her wishes and encouraged her evil desire?

Ram: Manush drama is greater than the kshatriya dharm.

Kid: I didn't get you.😕

Ram (with a smile): As a manush, first I was duty bound to my parents. I have to obey the order of my parents. So I came to forest, but I didn't promise her that I won't follow my kshatriya dharm. Now when the time teaches the person about their human dharm, no more punishment it required. Maharani Kaikeyi understood her mistake and regret the same.

Kid: Sorry to ask further questions. So how many times we have to forgive one's evil actions? How will we know that the person will repent for his/her wrong doings?

Ram: It is not about the number of times being forgiven, but about the quality and quantity of the evil actions which are considered.

Rishi Atri: Beta, your questions will never end but first allow the atithi to enter our ashram and let them take rest.

Ram: Its okay, rishi. Nowadays I am used to unstoppable questions.😉

Sita whispered to Laxman: I am so happy that even in discussion with others, your brother always remembers me.

Laxman: I remembered Urmila even while fighting with demons.

Sita: What???😲

Anusuya: Welcome to our ashram. Sita, are you okay?

Sita: Pranam matha Anusuya, when I am with Kaushalya nanthan, I will be fine only.

Ram whispered to Laxman: Right question to a wrong person. She should have asked me.

Laxman mind voice "Oh my god, if matha Anusuya ask the same question to me what will I say"

Ram, Laxman and Sita stayed in their ashram for the day.

Two eyes shed immense tears thinking the curse of her husband and his intractable evil desires.
