Today this was the most important lesson of Ram. We need to know that yes Ram is the 7th avatar of Vishnu. But he has taken the form of a human to live the life of a human. To put effort the same way a human does and to show a path and prove to the world a man with his right actions can indeed achieve success, indeed achieve greatness.
Vishnu had to show the humanity the way of life based on dharma not by preaching, but by living. I loved it when Ram refused to keep the divine Vishnu Dhanush with him. It was just taken to show Parashuram who he is and to let him know the purpose of his avatar is over and now Ram is taking the destruction of adharma from him.
So what that line means to us. In current scenario there are people who believes that it is because God is unkind to them they are unsuccessful in getting the purusharth. No. The problem is in the understanding. God gives you the opportunity. But to make use of that opportunity it is with you. A teacher teaches a subject in a same way to all the students. But to clear the exam you have to write it. God cannot write the exam for you. Yes the supreme power can give you favourable questions, but writing or doing the practicals you have to do it. No matter what.
Another example I will give from my personal experience. There are many freshers who come to me thinking if I refer they can get easy job in my MNC. It is not ture. Though an employee I can only refer if employee referral is open for freshers. Second there are specific cut off marks. If the person doesnt have the cut off marks I cannot do anything. Then written test and interview. Person has to clear it. So if an employee referral is open I can refer, but everything else after that is in the person's hand.
So if employee referral is not open, I give alternative options to these freshers. One is giving referrals in some small company through my friends and contacts. Then these people have the next set of questions. What is the salary. How long I will need to work. I cant work after 6. But there will be people without any question go and attend the interview. They get into the small company, work there for 2-3 years , gain good knowledge and move to MNC in a better position or maybe a better salary too.
And during recession times and all I ask people to go for job training which does cost some amount. But I know an reliable institute from where post training all the people I had referred so far has got job. Maybe they started in small companies. But after a couple of years they are doing good. People feel because I dont want to help them I am giving them such options and they dont take it. Then crib and even say she didnt help.
Same is the case with God. He brings opportunities in multiple ways. Some direct, some not so direct. If we dont understand them and use them currently dont put the blame on God or fate. Blame it on your ignorance or wrong priorities. We can have success through our actions. That is going to Ram's lesson to humanity. Better we understand it and follow him with actions than keep him on a pedestal and just do pooja
